Great place with friendly/knowledge staff and wide range of products. Lisa was particularly helpful kindly letting me know what type of irons would work best for me. She also gave me a number of pointers for next time Im on the course.

I was looking for a complete set of clubs with bag. I was assigned to with a very young man at the door which was fine since I don’t care how young you are as long as you know what you’re talking about. He was nice but very distracted and even kept talking to his co workers instead of remaining focused on me. Shortly in to our exchange he handed me off to a young girl who was also very nice but seemed like a deer in the headlights when I asked her some basic questions about the clubs I was trying. After about another 5 minutes the young man returned and relieved the young girl. He worked with me a bit more until I was ready to try putting with the set he picked out for me. Once I finished he thanked me and was about to walk away and I asked what I might need to buy with the set in terms of accessories. He pointed across the building and said I’ll find everything over there. A little annoyed now at how unbothered he seemed to be that I had no idea what I needed or how to find stuff. I had to ask a couple more staff members in the area to find some of the things like a towel, ball retriever etc. When I went to finally pay for everything, the the boy behind the counter said he was new and that he needed a bit of time to figure out how to put the cover on the clubs. He struggled for a time which is fine I understand being new. He then started to tell me about the rewards membership program. (This is where it all finally came to a head). He wasn’t sure about what the actual rewards were. When I asked if he could get someone to clarify, he grabbed the same young girl who didn’t seem to know much earlier. She had a completely different version of the rewards/membership and was equally as unsure about it. Finally I said (within earshot of several employees who were standing around the register area) “You know I’m a little put off at this point by how I’ve been treated. I think I need to think this whole thing over”. I left and not even one staff or manager tried to intervene. Shame because I went across the street to Van’s and dropped over a grand on a new set and it was night and day. I was treated like a king there.

Extremely helpful staff. Wide variety and selection of both clothing and golf clubs. The store actually has some items that the PGA superstore website says they do not have. Its worth the ride to check it out grid

We went on today to discover an error had happened on a specialized offer. My husband and I were pretty upset since we are going on vacation soon and needed my clubs.The management stepped up, researched and went above and beyond to make things right. I super duper brand new to golf and went to this store to purchase golfing attire for lessons and other basic needs. Kate a wonderful amazing employee there assisted in getting me everything I needed as I didnt really know what to buy in terms of clubs and gloves. Very happy with my purchases, the customer service from Kate, quality and sizes of the clothing offered for females and the prices!!!! Will be back!!!

Today while I was at the PGA Store walking around looking at a new driver to purchase, I received some of the best customer service I ever received at a golf store. I was very fortunate to work with Jackson W. while I testing a few Driver ( TaylorMade, Cobra, and Titleist) I informed Jackson that I wouldnt be purchasing anything today, that I just want to get the feel of these Driver, Jackson continue to help me with a smile and very positive attitude and made me feel extremely comfortable in the simulator/ Driving Bay even as I sliced more than a few balls haha. with Jacksons wealth of knowledge and help, we were able to narrow down which was the best option for from the Driver head to the shaft and even its weight (45 gram). It truly was a pleasure working with Jackson.

Excellent customer service. Bought Calloway Apex irons last month and was in the store the other day and noticed the clubs were on sale. Management reimbursed the difference w/o any hassle. Every experience with staff has been positive and pleasant.

Had lesson with their new pro, Greg. Hes very knowledgeable and professional. After the lesson, he sent me a few videos to recap what we worked on. This was nice because lessons go so quick, its nice to rewatch them before I go practice at a range. He also showed me a few drills to do to help with my swing. Highly recommend him.

I really like this store! Always merchandised very well and always neat and clean. Very friendly employees, eager to help. Just came back today after having three putters customized for me. Store not crowded and sloppy. I will shop this store first for my golfing needs first in the future.

Great store maybe a little expensive but the did get 4clubs re griped quickly and the service was very good.

Saturday 5/9 3pm walk in, signs for social distancing everywhere and hand sanitation stations throughout store which is great. However 5 employees standing right at the entrance, no masks, directly next to a social distancing sign doing nothing but talking amongst themselves. I looked at Puma golf shoes, Scotty Cameron putter and was given zero help or attention. Almost can’t be mad at the employees as these are simple signs of lack of leadership within this location. Was happy to make my purchase across the street.

Walked in and no service at all. Walked back and forth looking for left handed complete set and not one person even acknowledged my presence. If this was my store I would be embarrassed. Shoot I might even send a friend in to see how bad it is. There were only 2 people in store shopping btw. And six staff

I needed a new pair of golf shoes and bought the Under Armour Speith3 on sale over Fathers Day weekend. At first I really liked them, the 3rd time on the course I realized that they were blistering the tops off 2 of my toes.I called the store and talked to Jessica who said to come right in and she would exchange them for something that would be a better fit. I ended up with the Adidas xt360 and couldnt be happier. 2 rounds later, no fit issues at all. Kudos to Jessica and a generous store policy.

I went in with my son this past week and even though im thankful there taking extra mesures with all these scares of the virus, I was straight ignored and my son and I both decided to just take our business somewhere else, and it only seemed the only help we got is when the employees thought we looked like we were thieves, to me the way a person looks mite really surprised you and you shouldnt just a book by its cover. We came to this store cause it was recommended but now I would not even invite my sons sons teammates or club to shop here very unprofessional...Sin, Sixto Matus

PGA store is a lot better than the other golf stores Ive visited. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The sales personnel are helpful but not annoying or high pressure. Been treated great while in the store with my young kids. All I can say is that I wont be visiting that golf store that is just in the shopping plaza next to PGA Store.

Recently moved to Tucson from SC, and made the 45 minute drive to this store the first week here to check things out. Great selection of anything golf (obviously). Staff on the floor and at the counter were all very courteous. Ended up with clothes for both myself and the wife. Headed back there today just to walk around.

I spent about 1/2 hour in the store looking to buy a new set of Ping irons. Not once was I asked if I needed any help. When I approached an employee to ask for help, they quickly turned the other way. No customer service......

I went there and bought$200 FootJoy shoes,$50 pro v golf balls, and with the intention of buying a new driver. The place was empty and yet they would not let me demo a new driver,they told me this was not a driving range and I cannot just come to hit balls, I felt because the way I was dressed in work clothes they thought I had no game. I took my game to vans and bought a new driver. Youll never see me there again

Grips on my Driver, 3wood done in 15 minutes and remembered new spikes.

We went there to buy a new set of clubs for my wife. The salesman acted like he had no interest in helping my wife. It bordered on abusive. I brought it to the attention of the manager and was treated so disrespectfully we will never go back.

Purchased a set of g30 pings from here, no complaints about the clubs. As far as customer service not a great experience, Im a beginner and was looking for some feed back and some pointers but got nothing, I forget the gentleman name who helped me but he made me feel like I was bothering him. Terrible energy and just blah about trying to help me. Been there a few times after this and still just get nasty looks from employees.

Bad customer service reviews are accurate. Walked around for 30 mins wanting to buy a set of clubs and no one asked if I need any help.

Went to this location to get someClubs re-gripped, and also got a driver cut down for my GF. Staff was knowledgeable and knew their products. Have went here multiple times since and same experience!!!!
