The staff that answers the phone is ALWAYS extremely rude. My most recent call I was looking for some specific checkered flags that my course has ordered before and I couldn’t find them online (the website is impossible to navigate). You must’ve thought I ruined this ladies day asking her to look up my “120 order history” that literally took her 3 seconds to do and find the flags. Sorry that we’ve ordered from you 120 times this year! Maybe we should findsomeone else who appreciates our 120 orders***edit - Tim the manager called me and apologized and said he would take care of the issues. Very nice guy. Thanks.

Martin is 100% correct. The people they have answering the order deck lines are rude and seem to be getting worse every time i call. R and R management, if you read these and care just make a couple calls to your order desk and see for yourself.

I have used R and R for years and have always been very satisfied with the customer service and the products that they had provided until this year. The telephone sales staff had become rude, belligerent and downright difficult to deal with. Ive had wrong products mailed, defective and inferior products provided. I bet this year alone I have sent back more products than we have kept.Extremely disappointed with the deodorization of this company. Will not be using them any longer.

Do not order tires from this company. They receive them smashed flat so it makes it extremely hard to get them stretched out to seat on the rim.

Horrible customer service. Ordered aerator tines and checked off (per the only shipping option available on their website!) and PAID FOR Fedex 2nd day delivery. 3Rd day no package, called and was told item sent via UPS because i said in remarks box, ok for delivery to front porch. Spoke with Tim Pringle (cs?) who tried to convince me i ordered UPS even though their company doesnt provide that as an option. Now i wont get procduct for AT LEAST a week after paying for 2nd day air! BUYER BEWARE!!! Dont do business with this company!

A lot of golf courses I play use the fiberglass handled bunker rakes, the ones R&R sells are the culprit of tens of thousands of slivers in my hands if you slide your hand on the rake at all. So many times I now refuse to rake bunkers using that product. And no I dont care! They should be made out of plastic.

I ordered three boxes of 10 parts each, but received just three parts. FedEx shows that R & R got them back two weeks ago, but R & R is even slower about a refund than they were about shipping. Ill place my 3rd/LAST refund call to them Monday Morning. If not refunded promptly, then I will file with my CC Company and with the BBB - enuf of this run-around! BUYERS BEWARE!!
