Ice Creams are delicious! And a small portion is really large. :) you dont have to even get out of the car to get them, so its cool.

Banana splits sounded good but the ice cream was melted and it didn’t seem to have a decent topping, used to chocolate pineapple and strawberry but it looked like just chocolate.

Finally a place that has icecream.Perfect size and very friendly service I will come back again good price. Dairy Queen is my Lets go get icecream tradition with my grandkids every time i visit them and these are only 4 out 15 grandkids that came with me lol

People go to these places for a treat for family and to have a night out, not to go somewhere and feel like not your depressed lol so, get people who like their job and not ones that rub their hate for the job all over you

You cant go wrong with dairy queen. The peanut butter sauce is so yummy I always order extra on the side. Cotton candy blizzard is super good

Who doesnt love dairy queen? Although the ice cream is rather expensive you pay for the convenience. At this location however the staff is not that friendly and it feels rushed to get through the line and if you dont know what you want right off you feel pressured to pick something right away. I would have given it a higher star rating however the staff as I mentioned were very unfriendly.

Service was quick and workers have their customer service skills down!! We were greeted with smiles and even a little joking.Ice cream was delicious and they hooked it up with the toppings!! ♡

The staff was awesome despite thecrazy out of control line of people. I got through the line just before 10 and it was still backed out into the street. The team was quick, and kept the ever growing line moving with smiles, even though it looked like theyd be there well past closing time. 😬

The staff are super friendly and the service is fast. We love going here. Tonight Eric was our server at the drive thru and he remembered us and what we like to order. Five stars from me.

Eric and the staff have been great! I have been going here five days a week since May and its been a pleasure! Staff expressed disappointment and well wishes on my new adventure. It is nice to have a staff who really appreciates their customers! I started going to Dairy Queen because of the quality of products. I chose to go five days a week because of the wonderful staff. Customer service can use some work! I really like the one on Valencia and midvale but the one on Park in Irvington they are not professional and they are very rude. But I didnt sense the customer service I was looking for at this one so I give it a two-star hopefully they can get it.

What can u say about Dairy Queen other than i love it! Had a hot fudge sundae, my Mother got a butterscotch sundae ...both were yummy! And our order taker was very polite and nice also picked up a box of Dilly bars to take home ...six in a package for just short of 10.00 ...thats a good deal for a delicious treat you can take home and have at your discretion)well enjoy ice cream lovers ...you know ill be back😍😁

This location has buy an item, get the second item for 99 cents...coupons are on the back of Frys receipts (22nd and Kolb). This makes the line long..but they move super quick. And its yummy yummy Dairy Queen!!

Bad experience at this location tonight. Took the guy at the drive up window 3 times to get our order right. He asked for us to park to the side and wait for our order to be fixed only to bring us the same incorrect order he have us the first time and argued that it was correct the two times he gave it to us. We waited a third time as he waved us to walk up to the drive thru window to collect our blizzards. This is unacceptable.

Depending on the time of year, the service is either great, or kind of poor. It really depends on whos working. Despite the occasional slowness, the food is good. Its all sweet and cold (great for Tucson), its cheap - like, really good prices - and there are options for everyone. Like chocolate? Fruit? Caramel? Cake? Theyve got it all.

This is a ice cream only type Dairy Queen. Blizzard was great, they filled the to go cup up a little too much, but it was very good. Also tried this cake and berry thing with soft serve, that was really good. Overall fast, good value and the service was polite.

One of Tucsons originals. The building is from the 80s which adds to the nostalgia factor for us old timers.The crew is top-notch and friendly with quick service and a smile.Be forewarned, the drive-through is quirky and will have cars backed up to onto 22nd very quickly.

It is a Dairy Queen. Not a whole lot can be said. The key thing was service. It was fantastic. They took our order promptly and drove around to the pickup window. Our order was ready within a couple of minutes. The Blizzards were blended very well. Some places half blend them. The staff was very friendly and wished us a great day. We will be back.

DQ always has good ice cream. I tried the new Harvest Berry Pie Blizzard tonight and thought it was pretty good.

Very nice customer service. The ice cream of course is one of the best around! It does seem a little skimpy on the sundaes most the time and on the hot fudge a lot too. But worth it! However do NOT ask for or say yes to the nuts and/or whip cream its ridiculous they charge extra for that now a days... but thank you very much do your thing and we will see you every day until the 31st when our BOGO card expires😁👍🏼❤

I went to the 22nd street location yesterday and ordered a blizzard. I got about 3/4 of the way through it and found a big strip of plastic in it. I called the place and spoke to an employee who told me to save the blizzard and bring it in for a refund or new blizzard. She said they have had issues with it a lot lately. My question is 1. Why should I have to save a nasty old cup, and 2. If this has been an issue before, why the hell havent they taken measures to ensure this doesnt keep happening? (She said it was the neck of a container).

I order a milkshake and tell them to make it with chocolate ice cream every time. Call me old fashioned, but a chocolate milkshake is made with chocolate icecream. It tastes different. They never do. And I refuse the shake at the window. And i sit and wait while they make it how I ask. Why this concept so hard to grasp? I eat their food. Love the chicken fingers and gravy. Then I go to Freddys for my milkshake.

It was great the ice cream was delicious. My grand daughter was baptized today so my friend took us to dairy queen for her treat.
