I cannot say enough about Alice Rae!! They are absolutely amazing! I was very nervous not only to do a Boudoir shoot but also finding an outfit for the shoot, they were so amazing in helping me every step of the way! They brought ideas and style and helped me pick an outfit (or 2) that I absolutely love and feel so confident in! They also have great quality products in their store and went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for!!5 stars is not enough they need at least 10!

Customer service was great! I was assisted by the staff member, Christian, who even informed me that my insurance could cover the item I was considering purchasing. (I didn’t even know that my insurance could cover it). I appreciated their honesty & professionalism!

This is truly the BEST place!! They will always find you the perfect bra! They have so many options plus quality and customer service is outstanding! This has been my only bra place for the last several years. Since I have a larger cup but a smaller band size it can be extremely difficult to find any bra that fits correctly, but this place has tons of beautiful options!

Christine who worked there provided a great experience and helped me find the right fit and get what I needed. She was super helpful and attentive to my needs.

I was measured correctly and with their help, I found a good amount of selection and a fine quality in their bras. Christian was such a great help! I came in for my wedding corset so last minute but she made me feel so comfortable and she sized me right on the first try! This is the most delightful group of carefully trained, empathetic women I have ever met. They were very patient and fitting me with a brassiere that allowed me to put it on and take it off with ease despite having severe rheumatoid arthritis that has crippled my hands. I also was able to observe an exchange between a past client who needed additional help in being fitted with her mastectomy bra. The store clerk who was assisting her, and who had also assisted me, was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Making returns is a breeze, and if they do not have what you need in stock they will order it most willingly. Truly one of the best lingerie shops I have ever had the pleasure of patronizing.

Ive always had a hard time finding a bra that fit me well and was comfortable---that was, however, until I discovered Alice Rae Lingerie years ago. Not only is it a lovely shop with a lot to choose from, the staff is always so helpful and friendly. The personal assistance and the intimacy of a small shop are absolutely perfect.

This is Tucson’s best place to buy mastectomy related lingerie. They know how to fit you and give you the personal attention needed for this type of need. Plus, they quite often have fun items which everyone can choose to brighten their day.

Really cannot express how awesome this store is. You feel like you have a personal shopper. Not a charge for a fitting which was so nice. Just friendly smiles and help. After a short bit of discussion, I was in the dressing room and had just what I was looking for brought to me. No dressing and undressing to find something else. I know of others who have visited Alice Rae post breast surgery. I was told they also help those with insurance for lingerie after surgery. Amazing. A true Tucson treasure I hope everyone supports. Alice Rae has been my bra shop for (count them) 10 years! When I learned I had breast cancer and was suddenly considering mastectomy bras, it was startling and discouraging. The ladies at Alice Ray have always been so kind and helpful and most of all **knowledgeable*. I have never experienced such attention for bra fittings! If I find a sports bra or some other bra that I need a pocket for - they have always gladly sewn me a little pocket in the bra.I work as a breast oncology nurse navigator and love to share with patients my own personal experience with Alice Rae. It is a source of comfort for them to learn that there is a whole shop dedicated just for them for personalized care and attention. Thank you to everyone at Alice Rae!

Bra shopping can be tedious, annoying, and/or embarrassing depending on your body and your feelings about your body. The ladies at Alice Rae made me feel completely comfortable. They were kind, listened to me, and I walked out with two bras that I really love. They have quality products and amazing customer service. Unfortunately, I wear an unusual size bra. Alice Rea Lingerie has been able to order my size and lets me know when they get more into the shop. They have all been friendly, kind and courteous towards me and I would recommend them to anyone needing special care with any personal garments.

This place is great! During grad school I gained, and then lost, significant weight which meant that I needed to get fitted for bras several times. They were super helpful both times and found something for me that fit great and was stylistically what I wanted as well. I just moved from Tucson and Im very sad to not have access to this shop anymore.

Ladies ladies what can I say! If you want a bra and one that fits there are only two great stores in town! This is one of them! The ladies here are wonderful and spend lots of time helping you choose for right fit! The bras I needed are on order as my size wasnt in stock. That was a little disappointing when you want to buy and wear a new bra. Still, I know they will get it in and I will be thrilled to wear my new bra! This store also specializes in a lof of cancer bra wear. Thank you ladies for all you do!

For the most part, I try to avoid specialty bra/lingerie stores, because like most of you, they usually result in high dollar items. My experience has always been similar to the movie Pretty Woman with Julia Roberts, where Roberts character walks into a high end store on rodeo drive and is looked down upon and judged because the assumption is she doesnt have the money to be shopping there! Yesterday, I decided to pop in at Alice Rae Lingerie in Tucson to get a feel for the place. I must say my first impression was a good one. The store was neat, clean and tidy. The associates were not just sitting around with bored looks on their faces but actually smiling and made me feel welcomed as they greeted me upon entering. I only had half an hour to work with and dreaded starting my story in fear that I would get some pushback and scoffs at the quite specific things I was inquiring about. To me it felt as if I was walking into a store and asking them to make me a custom couture product that doesnt even exist! BUT... I was met with inquiry and compassion and helpfulness that was totally unexpected! I explained my situation and tried on a few items. Then left and said Id be back tomorrow! I felt good about getting my point across about what my needs were and felt even better that it seemed to be recieved well. However, I thought for sure it was not going to be the same scenario the next day... I returned Today 10/2/2019 to meet the bright eyed, smiling Stephanie, who even remembered my name! I have to say my afternoon went from apprehension to absolute pleasure while Stephanie worked with me, one on one, for over 2 hours!!! Explaining her ideas she had thought of overnight and giving me the best opinions Ive EVER had in any type of a bra fitting kind of situation. I must say that having a rare disorder/disability is hard most days. The kindness, empathy, understanding (or effort to understand) and compassion given by strangers makes the bad days tolerable. The amount of time, energy and effort that Stephanie showed me today is what true customer service is all about! She exemplifies what it means to have skill, knowledge, finesse and an ease about her that made me comfortable right away. I made my purchases and before leaving we hugged! I felt satisfied, accommodated and loved. I will be returning to make all of my purchases I the near future. I would recommend anyone looking for a normal good quality bra or the opposite end of the spectrum stop by ALICE RAE LINGERIE for your needs!

The women that work in this store are amazing and truly care. They will work to get something that fits and works well with your body shape. I wasnt able to find a nursing bra that worked for me, so when we did find the perfect bra Alice Rae had it altered to be a nursing bra. Highly recommend.

I had a personal fitting today with Ramona. Im a size 32-34.G or H. She was able to help me find a strapless bra that will fit super well after she alters it a bit. I was in between a 32-34 so shes gonna take a 34 in for me. I am super excited to find a shop that carries my size and has an on-site taylor.

I Went into Alice Rae in alot of pain, and I felt pretty defeated, I had just had my expanders swapped for implants and fat grafting to repair the defect caused by my mastectomy 5 days ago. Im bruised and swollen and the abdominal binder and bra they put on me post-OP was causing so much pain,& irritating my skin the thought of wearing it for six weeks was depressing.You Ladies were so inviting and intuitive you jumped into action to find me a binder that would fit properly and to lift my spirits. I left with an entirely different mood, not only becuase my pain was so much better but you truly lifted my spirits and made me feel better!!!!!!Ill be sending everyone of my patients and friends who need it to Alice Rae & its the only place Ill buy my intimates ever again!!! You ladies are making such a difference in womens lives! Thank you so much!
