Had a delivery date of 9/9. I received a call stating they tried to deliver on 9/7, 9/8 × 2 & now I would need to go and pick up my package. If I had been told to expect my package sooner, I could have planned to have someone home to sign for it. Instead they made it seem like it was my fault and if I didnt pick it upin 7 days it goes back to shipper.
Tucson hub left a voice message to me to correct my shipping address. But the electronic system wont transfer me back to that location.
They are unable to print a FedEx label to ship a package... The UPS store down the street was happy to print it for me. If I am able to choose my shipping service it will definitely Not be FedEx.
Still waiting for a package from a financial services company that overnighted the packaged on May 20, 2021, last word on the package was that it was on the vehicle May 21,2021 8:22AM, however no one at seems to know anything about it. This was an important package and I was home all day on the 21st waiting for it. Very poor package tracking, I guess next time I will ask they use UPS, or USPS.
I only give 1 star because I walked in carrying a big heavy box and there are 2 employees one just got done helping customer then looked at me and walked away. I waited for other employee to finish I walk up and he rudely pointed at masks saying you have to wear a mask in here. No smiles no greetings no acknowledgement whatsoever. I told employee I needed receipt and he did not hand it to me he rudely put it on counter. I would avoid this fed ex station.
I had my tracking info readily available but the attendant walked back and forth 3 times to check the info on the computer to try to locate my items. Everyone was friendly other wise and other workers offered to help while she was away.
I have my reptiles shipped here for pick up and they always keep them in a climate controlled office so they dont parish in the warehouse. Im truly grateful for them being so caring.Wonderful service from the front desk lady every time I ship or pick up animals!

I dont like FedEx but the staff here are phenomenal compared to your average FedEx outlet. If they can help you they will and they even try to fix things they sometimes cant.
Always greets me courteously. Always takes care of me as they are able. People are masked. I mainly drop off packages for overnight and never have I detected any rudeness or chicanery. I have used other centers around the city and the Walgreens dropoff and things get lost or misplaced. Here I have never had a misplaced package. Employees show a great standard of customer care.

First overnight never makes it by the guaranteed time. Good luck getting anyone to help you before 8:30 even if your package is there. Most of the staff could care less.

I was informed item purchased was left on my front door. Fact, there was no and there is no package on my front door. I got notification at 6pm stating package was delivered at 1142 am. I worked all day on my car waiting for this car part and there was no Fedex truck delivery truck to be seen around my home all day. To top it off I tried calling the customer service to find out where is the disconnect and find out where my item is and the customer service phone number is not working and the website says the number has been disabled. FedEx you need to get your act straight!

Lazy drivers who dont bother to ring the doorbell, no message on the note at all about where my package ended up, having to bounce back and forth an attempt to pick up an expensive package. Terrible customer service - both the drivers out of this substation and their general customer service line. Honestly, if you can avoid using FedEx or have a choice in delivery - that would be my advice.
I have had multiple packages so to me using FedEx over the years. I cant remember one time that it wasnt at least a day late or lost. When I contact their customer service they cant tell me anything more then the app.

FedEx is garbage. Was having an item delivered and due to restrictions by the shipping company they had to have it signed for when delivered. I got the restriction lifted but FedEx refused to change the policy. I changed my schedule so I could be home during the time they wanted to deliver (of course at the same time of day when noone is home) and they said they attempted delivery but noone came! When we called they lied about it and said noone was home. Garbage
Ordered a new s21 ultra, they knocked for 3 seconds and dipped. I work from home so I answered the door within a minute. Now I need to wait another day to recieve a preorder. Terrible drivers.

Shipment delayed 3 days, now showing pending delivery. Called Target to see if they can find out anything, FedEx told them 70 lb package just sitting on truck. Couldnt tell them why and of course dispatch didnt pick up the phone to give more info. Target told me to call them Monday with update on delivery. Called FedEx directly and they couldnt tell me ANYTHING, didnt even know it was just sitting on a truck!!! Created an investigation case for me. FedEx is horrible, really dropping the ball when UPS and USPS is doing just fine. Will update...

Driver didnt deliver package--I was home, he claimed I was not--and was half an hour or more, returning to site. While I was waiting inside, another customer made a similar complaint. Front guy ok, but no one seems able to fix this issue.

I stopped to pick up a package and when she pulled it up in her computer she asked me, politely, if I was married. I said yes and she asked for his name. Upon providing it she asked if I would like to take his package too! This was very thoughtful and saved us the extra time of retrieving our second package. Thank you! Youre awesome!
I had a box mis-shipped of a VIP package to this facility and drove down from PHX metro and they handled everything with absolute class. Its in a rough neighborhood, but they got the job done for me.
The staff in the store is very kind upbeat and fast. I was told that the package was already delivered it in my home that morning and I had been there all morning waiting not one knock at my door even though they said they attempted I had to go out of my way did you find a ride and pay for gas and I am disabled and I do not drive, so its a toss-up between my experience

Im sure theres better days, but when I was there, there was a computer glitch. The line was backed up our the door as the team looked for.packages. The reason for the rating is that they sent employees home during this...I cant imagine the apathy of walking past a line of 15 customers and leaving just a few co-workers to bust their butts. Poor management and poorer employee engagement :-(
If you have to ship something from FedEx you need to go here and ship it otherwise if you go to one of the little FedEx stores its always such a hassle

Typically I order things online to have them delivered. Not to leave a sticky note on my door and then giving me a chore to go into town when my schedule doesnt allow it. This is why Amazon will be destroying your company. If I order it then leave it. Everyone else seems to understand this concept. Never using fedex again.

This FedEx is good to go to if youve already got your package ready to ship. If you are like myself & need to purchase packing materials, I would go to the FedEx on Speedway or Broadway . Nonetheless, the staff are very kind & helpful at this location.
Would not allow me to pick up my package due to an autocorrect issue. Although I had ID and order/tracking information still not allowed to pick up item. Shipper also said I should have been allowed to go and pick it up. The shipper was nice enough to email fedex and offered a refund to cover shipping fees. I declined the offer as it was not their fault. It was fedex not allowing me not to pick up my package. I see why I dont recieve many packages/deliveries via FedEx. Thanks for being the worst.

Whoever was at the front desk, today 8/12/2020 at 6:45pm, needs to wake up. I was told my package was at this location via phone call with Fedex, and got sent to another location by whoever was at the desk. The location said my package was at this location, that I just came from. Now it is past 7pm for pick up. Get it together!

Zero stars if I could. I had a package I had signed for electronically online, and asked for it to be left at my front door. FedEx decided to leave me a door tag instead, stating my package would be on hold at this station for the next five days.I called customer service to have my package re-delivered the next day as I would be home or in sure someone would be. Had great communication and was even instructed that if I was not home, to sign the door tag and leave it at the front door.10 minutes later after that phone call I received a call from this station from an associate by the name of Nadine.In a nutshell, this beligerant lady called to tell me that my package was to be picked up and on hold because I had requested to have it picked up a certain date. When I said I did not ask for a certain date, she angrily began to attempt to argue that I had called to ask for it to be on hold for pick up. She rephrased it in so many ways to get me to agree to have it picked up and not delivered. I reiterated that I had not made such request and she continued to say she was just following a note on my file. Common sense should tell anyone that you should listen to the customer you called and not insist on following a bogus note. Even if it was true that someone by accident put it in, I was there clarifying it myself.When I made it very clear that I felt she was hostile and not willing to put the package back on the truck, she became very passive aggressive and condescending. When I called her by her name, she did not realize I had paid attention to her name and she said fine, she would put it back on the truck for it to be delivered the next day.Extremely poor customer service and they’ll do tend to get me to drive all the way out there from Dal extremely poor customer service and they’ll do tend to get me to drive all the way out there, when they messed up in the first place.A little common sense should prevail here and why would anyone call to request their package should be on hold, when it clearly states that it’s on hold for the next five days and available for pick up before being returned back to sender. Had to ship auto parts that were shaped awkwardly, was having trouble finding a box and packing it with out the package being huge. Lucky for me, Marvin was here to help me out he went out of his way to make it work.
Had a bad experience tonight, and observed several others having a bad experience. I was simply trying to mail a cell phone for return to Motorola. Their instructions told me I would be provided a box (had a printed FedEx shipping label). Not only did Antwan (Assistant Manager) make it very difficult for me to do what I needed to do, but basically gave me conflicting information from moment to moment about what box would work, what I would pay for, and eventually told me I couldnt use a FedEx box at all because the shipping was FedEx ground vs. FedEx express. He told me I would need my own packaging. I had a nice padded envelope with me, but he noticed that there was an old label on it (would have been easily covered with FedEx label), and told me that I could not use an envelope that had been in the mail before. Are you kidding me? He made me buy a new envelope from their store, and even after that told me that because I wasnt using an official FedEx box, my phone might not make it in one piece. Overall a bad experience, bad customer service. Also noticed several others having a hard time tonight too. Sorry for the rant! :-)
They had a gate code and still didnt bother to drop off the package. It says they tried to deliver at 3:08 on prince and stone. Lazy. Was by the door waiting

FedEx as a whole has been nothing but issues. Almost every time my package gets bounced around and for hours no one knows wheres it even at. When they cant figure it out they transfer the call to someone else for no reason. Latest was cute sent me to live animals. Really that doesnt even make sense really glad I paid for am item to be shipped and they loose it then dont wanna fix the issue. What a joke. Sits at the local office for 3 days then they cant get it 7 miles away to the location. Specifically Nadine was extremely rude and disrespectful.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in, service was fast and all my questions were answered throughly.
I use this office at least 2-3 times a week to drop off. The customer service is always excellent, and the lines are usually pretty short. The hours are decent, usually open until 7pm most nights so its convenient and its certainly easier than driving cross town to the 24/7 location to drop stuff off.

I will never use FedEx again they have messed up too much. They left a tag on my door yesterday that my package, that I needed today, would be delivered today, Now that its too late to go get it I find out that it isnt coming until Monday. Their customer service has been going down hill over the past few years and this was the last straw for me.
Traveling and finding this location was hard. I had to use my navigation system for Google Maps to find it. However, the staff was courteous and quick and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes
Paid for expedited delivery. Driver claims he attempted delivery and no one was home. Both my husband and I Were home. No door tag, anywhere, and no clue where the driver attempted to deliver this package. Contacted FedEx and was told that the package was still on the truck and would be here by 8PM. At approximately 5PM I called to confirm that delivery was still happening. Was promised that delivery would be made before 8PM. At 621PM the package was returned to this facility. Now if I want the package I paid to have expedited to me before Monday I have to pick it up myself. Very disappointed with FedEx and will never ship FedEx again.

Package has been stuck in Vail for 2 days when the package has been traveling between states way faster than that! Could have had that item way sooner but they decided to follow shipping time instead.
I received two boxes this morning upon reading the invoice which was shipped separately I realized I had been shipped the wrong items, I loaded the boxes in my truck and took them to Fedex for return. I was told by the lady at FedEx that the boxes were unacceptable and she could not ship them, they were good enough to ship to me but they werent good enough to ship back. I guess when youre Jegs Performance theyll take it but when youre little insignificant me its not good enough.
They have an agent calling people and disrupting . rude and unprofessional. I will not use Fedex for any services.

The low rating is for inaccurate info from the agent in the Tucson office. I shipped 2 large boxes via ground delivery from Tucson to Knoxville on a Tuesday morning, I was told they would be delivered the following Saturday. They arrived on the following Tuesday! The driver told me they work Monday thru Friday, and Monday was a holiday! Wtheck?? Very dissapointing because I needed the items by Saturday!
The shipping center experience was good, but I had to visit because FedEx missed a delivery date by 2 days.
Re-routed a package before it even got to Tucson, now that its here no one can tell me where it is. The agents see what we see, on line, no in depth tracking, worthless! Called and they told me that the package tracking wont be available till tomorrow, 48hrs later,and even then they will contact me for the time to pick it up. I cannot stand Fed X, their delivery service gets worse as the years go by instead of better. What a Cluster F@$%!!
