Store manager Jason Day is a criminal. Entrusted $30 money order to him and it refused to turn over funds when requested. Current front-counter help--excepting Andrea--is also extremely weak from the standpoint of competence and customer service. Delighted to take my business elsewhere. [Note: any staff response to this post will be suspect--i.e., defensive and false.]
Good service but overpriced. I understand the need to pay a living wage and hope all is well in the business. To be more specific I meant to let others know of the cost of printing vs nearby competitors.
If I could give them a negative star review I would in a heartbeat. I went in to ship a package needed it there on a Monday so when are you getting parties told me about the 2nd day air and told me it would be there Monday so I paid the extra money for it to be there one day sooner than the ground and yet my package wasnt delivered until Tuesday they wont offer a refund they hang up on you when you call him and put it on hold for a half hour they are not very professional I will never do business again with this UPS Store and I would if I was anybody to go to the store I would advise him to go to FedEx or somewhere else they take your money 4 a service that they wont provide and wont refund you want it when they cant a uphold to their service
My insured package was damaged in route from AZ to PA. UPSs national office was extremely unhelpful, but Jason and Andrea at the local store in Tucson were very helpful. It still took a month and involved a lot of work via terrible and outdated IT systems, but we finally got approval for reimbursement.
I have a PO box here, and no complaints. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable about their service, and do their absolute best to satisfy the customer. They do get a LOT of parcels, and how they manage to keep it all straight, I will never know. Maybe its magic. No, they just bust their buttons to get the job done. Anyone griping about young people having no work ethic, these kids prove you wrong. One thing I will say, if the owner reads this, is I think the vacant unit next door ought to be incorporated into the existing store. It would give more space to store ingoing/outgoing items, and make the shop a bit roomier. Other than that, great place.
Always friendly with great knowledge and customer service. Family owned and operated which adds a sense of familiarity. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Ive had several mailbox services over the years, and this UPS Store is my favorite one. The staff are consistently personable, helpful and effecient. The follow-through they have for various questions or issues that have come up remains impressive as well.
This is one of the most professional organizations Ive worked with. We have a business mail box at this location and they are always helpful and courteous to their customers. They manage to come through in spite of the very difficult circumstances created by the pandemic. Very happy with this company.

I unexpectedly found how great the staff is at this store, having bought a rather expensive fossil at the Tucson Gem, Fossil, and Mineral show, having it shipped and the fossil being damaged in shipping. I also managed to lose my receipt but fortunately I took pictures of the item when I purchased it from the vendor and then had pictures of it being broken. Ariane (forgive spelling) and other staff were great and worked on my claim to get a fair reimbursement to me for the damage. I am grateful and they have earned my respect. I cannot recommend this business highly enough.
I stopped in to return a package on New Years eve late afternoon and Jason went the extra mile to graciously help me even though they were closing. Thank you for the great customer service and I will definitely recommend your location!
The staff at The UPS store were Beyond helpful today. I was very impressedevery time I go in there they are super nice and helpful.

I just came in to send a package back to Amazon. I already had the item packaged and shipping label affixed, so the entire exchange took about 30 seconds, and thats only because I inquired about a P.O. Box and asked for a receipt. Employee was friendly, and overall the transaction was very efficient and professional.
UPS is always courteous and on time. The driver, Tommy, is very pleasant. What more could I ask for? I have been dealing with UPS for several years and Tommy, the driver, calls me by my first name. I live in a remote area and Tommy never complains about having to drive on the long uphill road that is not on the beaten path. IF I could give Tommy 6 stars I would do it.
Our non-profit has a newsletter printed each month at the UPS Store. They consistently get the job done in a professional, efficient manner. Their staff is always ready to go the extra distance to take care of us.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. If you need UPS services or anything else these guys do, I recommend you go elsewhere--anywhere else! The franchise owner and the staff have a terrible attitude and dont think it is required of them to treat their customers with respect or kindness.

I have been a customer for such a long time...I go there on a regular bases to drop off packages. This last time because of one person I have decide to no continue doing business with this location...Its so sad because I brought various carriers packages there but everytime I did they would give me their sore face...Thanks but no thanks anymore..
