The technician was extremely helpful and gave us great advice to fix our vehicle. My husband and I actually talked about how great and easy this experience was! I would highly recommend this store to anyone who needs help or advice on fixing their vehicle!

The employees I always deal with at AutoZone are super friendly and extremely helpful. I always like to call ahead of time, and they get what I need super fast and for the best price they can find. They always steer me in the right direction when they see me coming in for something random. I feel like I’m not a nuisance when I walk in.

Last Sunday lady stated couldn’t change my battery due to being Ford Fusion ecoboost. Walmart did it no problem - no extra cost. Lady was rude & very pushy that I get mobile service to come to me. Didn’t make any sense. My battery was right on top.

Awesome! Got new windshield wipers. Elaine was a the sweetestin helping me find the right ones and the guy that put them on did it in like 2 minutes.

Today they had 2 employees and they tried their best but I waited between 10 and 15 minutes to be waited on, not enough employees to handle the volume of customers.

Definitely my favorite place to pick up Auto parts. The staff is pretty friendly and knowledgeable (especially Jessica & Tammy at the Tullahoma branch). They have fair prices and normally have what I need in stock.

It was raining really hard and when I left my house I realized that my passenger side windshield wiper was gone. I went straight to Auto Zone to purchase a new one. I am 59 years old and in poor health. There were 2 young people working, a girl and a guy. The young man waited on me then gave my wiper to the girl to ring up. He walked away and I paid cash. No one even offered to install the wiper for me. I dont think I will purchase anything from this store again.

I got what I went for but shoping online was impossible. I had to make the trip to town to see if they had parts & price. (Edited) The store was clean and staff courteous as well as they give a benefit for us Veterans on our purchases. Thats a + for this Vet. As I said above, the problem isnt the store, but web site...

My check engine light came back on after getting it fixed at the dealership. I stopped here and the same codes showed. He explained to me what the codes meant and even recommended trying a product to see if it helps.

Oil prices are wayyyy too much! Spent $15.99 on a 6 quart box of havoline at Walmart (which my car needed 6).The cheapest was like $22 for a 5 quart, so it would have been almost $30 at Auto-Zone to do a 6 quart oil change and thats for the CHEAPEST oil they had. Almost double what I paid at Walmart!! Ridiculous, they need to lower their price! Its supposed to be the zone for autos maaaaan

Im just going to say that not all the staff is very friendly to females buying parts. Im in there a lot because Im no stranger to working on cars and only a few talk to me like Im not there for my husband and maybe I should call him. Its disappointing to say the least. I usually try to buy my parts on line now.
