This will be a review for Friday 7/23/21 and Friday 7/30/21.Took my car in for an oil change and to have my suspension checked. Sure enough, it was time to get new shocks/struts, along with backs brakes. I told them to go ahead with the job since I knew it was needing to be done soon anyway. I also told them I had new tires to put on, just didnt want the same problem with tread wear like what I came in with. Jason and the service manager told me to bring the tires in, along with front pads and rotors and theyd get them done for me so I wouldnt have to worry about that for a while. Service people like them is why I keep coming back!!! Thanks to all the shop team members on making sure my car is safe to drive and giving me honest facts about stuff needing to be done! Very happy customer here 😃

Drove out from Nashville to visit had a great experience. I would describe them as transparent, no pressure, straight forward, and honest. Many dealers are stuck in the 90s trying to ask about payments and trick you into warranties they pulled none of that $hit here. Worth a visit especially if you do not like your local RAM, JEEP, DODGE dealer make the drive.

I am retired military. I purchased my Chrysler Pacifica in Sicily. It’s a 2018 with about 43K miles on it. I am new to the area and needed a new shop. A shop that I could trust to take care of my families primary mode of transportation. I took a shot in the dark at Stan McNabb and hit the bullseye. I can honestly say I didn’t get a warm fuzzy the first time I went to their shop. I had different expectations to be honest. The maintainance managers sit out in the bay where the work is preformed. And it works. I am very impressed with the quality of work that I received. I was due a lot of things since I didn’t have a dealership that could be trusted where I was. The folks at Stan McNabb took care of it all and then some. I received multiple calls throughout the day to keep me abreast of what what was going on. I think I have found my home dealership.

Everyone I have dealt with has been very nice & helpful. The Lady who sold me my car, Marissa has called off and on to check see if everything has been going alright or if I had any issues. When I did have issues she connected me to the Service Dept. who has been helpful. The only reason I’m giving a 4 and probably should be lower in a way is I did have an issue that I reported and disappointed with how helped and results. Because in the end my issue was claimed that I never reported not long after getting the vehicle and when I took in for my 1st service and when I finally figured out what the actual issue was it was to late they said on having vehicle so I’m stuck with the damage. But with everything else they have been nice.

The staff was amazing! They were able to deliver exactly what I needed and made me feel great about my decision. I would highly recommend them!

Very disappointed, don’t let Neil handle anything for you at this dealership. We had been asking about a particular truck BEFORE it even come to the lot. He said all it needed was a detail since it already had a mechanical service inspection. He said once it arrives, he would give us a call and let us know. Haven’t heard back from him since Thursday, so we called this morning (Saturday) to check up on it, and we get told ITS ALREADY BEEN SOLD. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst salesman experience.

The Stan McNabb service department did a great job fixing my A/C. They where fair and honest and the bill was even a little lower than they said it would be. There was only one thing that I could complain about and it was that they scratched my window tint. So now every time that I am in my Jeep I see it and it drives me nuts. With all that said I will be going back for more services when they are needed.Update:Bought a truck from this dealership and had a great experience. They are great and make you feel at home. They even let me take the truck home to show my wife since she was home with the kids. The icing on the cake was they filled up the truck when I bought it. It’s been a long time since I have seen a dealership do that. I recommend this dealership.

I bought a new key Fob for my car. They took care of it very quickly, got it programed and had me rolling. Neil in the service dept did a great job ensuring everything went smoothly.

I’m returning to edit my previous review from a 5 star to a 1 star after being a loyal customer and only using this place for my Jeep Wrangler I feel that Jason the service leader lied flat to my face told me I needed services that I indeed found out from another mechanic shop I didn’t need. I did need one of the services he mentioned but not the others it seems he was just trying to create more work that didn’t need to be done. He quoted me $3,700 worth of work and even said he was trying to save me money by applying my husband’s military discount. My Jeep is now fixed with only the front axles needing to be replaced all for under $900. I don’t know if they are needing to generate money in the shop or if he is trying to get a certain percentage but I’ve never been so mislead. I feel that going in with just myself and my daughter I may have looked like someone who they could just lie to without me knowing. Which would have worked if I hadn’t ran it by my husband who took it to another mechanic after explaining that all the problems quoted didn’t make sense. The mechanic then confirmed after checking all the problems quoted that it was only my front axles needing to be replaced and really only the drivers side was bad and the passenger side did have a bit or wear and tear but could wait however he encouraged to just replace both while my Jeep was in the shop because it’s easier and would eventually have to be done anyways. The mechanic I took it to is someone my family knows personally and who i trust. Thanks but no thanks Stan Mcnabb

I took my van in to be serviced (tires and tune up) and there were several problems found including wires and lines destroyed by a rodent nest and a worn belt. The service departments was knowledgeable and professional. They prioritized the repairs that needed to be done to make the van safe and fully operational, while keeping in mind the financial impact such a large repair bill would have on my family. The extensive repairs were made and my van was returned to me within 2 days!I am so pleased with my experience at Stan McNabb. As long as I have this van (which will be a lot longer now thanks to their diligent work), I will continue to have it serviced at Stan McNabb.
