The new manager for Auto Care is excellent and very good when dealing with customers...Unlike the previous one. Probably he thought that Walmart work on our cars as charity!!!!Thanks Walmart for the new manager, is about time you changed the other one!!!!

I sent my 16 yr old to get his left rear tire fixed. When he came home he said they said there was nothing wrong with the tire. They took his money to rotate the tires and the left rear tire still goes flat. I guess the problem stayed with the axle. I bought a $500 set of tires previously and Ive only rotated once since they probably wont do it anyway. Awesome management at Walmart. Not!

Though the prices have always been good, the customer service here is always bad. Every person Ive come in contact with over my oil change and tire visits has made it seem like Im inconveniencing them by being there. I took my Subaru Outback in for an oil change today, and they didnt have the oil filter needed. They told me I could either pick it up without work being done on it or I could purchase a filter from an auto parts store and bring it back for them to use. But they would only take $3 off the price of the oil change even though Id be buying a $20+ filter out of my own pocket. The guy telling me all this was verging on rude, too. I wont be going here in the future if I can avoid it. Its just not worth the frustration.
