Professional Stone Products did an awesome job making our custom outdoor kitchen! It was a hard project that needed to be measured exactly to fit between sidewalls and a back wall. They measured very accurately and placed all the appliances in a pleasing manner. Lots of beautiful countertop space and rock!What is appreciated when doing a custom project like this is the willingness of a company to communicate and work together with the customer. Professional is in the company name and it fits!

We are absolutely thrilled with the customer service at PSP. We hooked up with Adam who drove samples to Kent, saving us a long drive to Tumwater. When we werent quite sure about the best match, he called warehouses to find certain colors that had been d/c, but had enough stock on hand for our project. Then arranged fast shipping so as to avoid any delays. He was easy to reach and even did some color-mixing on our behalf. No more Brand X for us! This is a locally run, family owned business that exclusively sells natural stone products and the customer service here is great. Ive been to their showroom a few times and met Alfred and the owner, Charles. They were really helpful and taught me a lot about their veneers. Their prices are pretty freaking good too, but what I liked most about them was their service.

Owner cut my family off in line at the McDonalds in Lacey just now. He cut in front of two families who were waiting in the drive thru line patiently when he drove up in his company truck then went around two of us and cut in line. I would never hire anyone who acted like this and hope others wouldnt encourage this type of behavior.

Wow, I cant say enough good things about my experience here. These people are so nice and helpful, reasonably priced, and the stone I bought is absolutely beautiful! Charles, the owner, was so helpful, he literally talked me through how to put stone on my fireplace, step by step, over the phone. I am completely new to home renovation and I had no idea how to do it. So a big thank you to Charles and his employees for helping me through the process. I will tell everyone I know to go through PSP, and they also made me a customer for life. Now I need to figure out WHERE I can put more stone in my house, haha!
