So th is is the second time we have come within business hours and this location is not open. Last night at 6:30pm when the hours online say closes at 7pm and the hours on the door say close at 8pm. Then we came today at 12pm and this is the line outside. The store is still not open and this is getting ridiculous.

The manager named Arthur was one of the kindest and most helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting . He saw that I was very stressed and worked to help me feel comfortable. He listened to every word I said, and kept assuring me he would fix my problem for me. He fixed what 28 people at support could not do. He was able to do this and figure out the problem because he listened to what I had to say.Thanks man, you are the best.

This was my first ever visit. I was not impressed at all. There was no sign in book. No one greeted us period. We walked around, looked at available products, then sat down, until the 2 salesmen was free from other customers. They each was nice. The product we was looking for was not available. We was referred to Best Buy. But Best Buy does NOT have carry those phones either.

Tonight we pulled into parking lot at 6:20 pm. We checked the hours before departing for the store and it said open until 7 pm. There was even a calendar posted on the door with the hours for the month of October clearly stating they were to be open until 7 pm. Two service people were in the building hiding in the North part of the store. Why was the store closed early? The usual hours posted on the same calendar is 8pm. We understand people are challenged with staff shortages but if you say your open until 7 pm then do not close early or at least have the decency to answer the door and explain why it’s necessary to close early.

Stopped by today under the impression that I would need a new SIM card for a phone I had purchased. Met at the door by a young gentleman name Arthur, very polite and very helpful, instead of selling me a new SI card he told me that my old card would work just fine and helped swap them out. I know its a simple thing but he was very polite and helpful, KUDOS to you good sir.

Both times I have been in this store I have been informed of deals or promotions occurring and once I have paid the deal or promotion suddenly does not apply any longer leaving me with a large bill OR the option to pay a small fee to return to my prior agreement. Beware they lie to you and then act as though you misunderstood what the were offering.*Colby was very nice and did feel bad that I had been mislead by someone else

I would give this rating zero stars if I could. Nobody is helpful, only after I went to the store 3 times were they able to give me an answer I could have been told the first time I was in. They have maximum 3 employees and I’ve never had a pleasant experience with any of them and they have slim to no products in-store. I was astonished at Victoria’s customer service skills as a store manager, thanks for nothing.

I would give zero stars if I could. I booked an appointment for 3:00-3:30. Showed up and they were closed. Called the store and nobody answered. Automated voice told me that they were open today from 11-6 but they clearly werent. Dont understand why theyd book an appointment for me with no intention of keeping it. Will not ever return here.

I dont think this is a reflection of the whole store but when I asked about a phone to see if it was in stock because of my limited time close to this location. I was told multiple times (rep. seemed annoyed that I was asking) that the phone was in stock with out checking inventory and that I could order it on line to do curb side pickup. So I did this and expected to have the phone the next day. I still have not received an email that they have it. I will not be able to get the phone now and this caused a lot of unnecessary issues when I was able to get it from the local Best Buy the next day. I typically dont write reviews but this time it seemed necessary because of the experience I had from the rep.

At my last visit, the young man that helped us was very helpful and friendly. So, HE would get a five, however, my past experience at this location has not been so good. Staff act like they are not there to help you with tech problems, but to only sell you new phones. Most are not friendly.

Went to this store to start new service and was told I was put on the list. Expected wait time 1 hour. 2.5 hours later I drive up to the store to see why I still haven’t been contacted. Just to find out that I wasn’t put on the list and that the only store for a city of 100k people only has two associates helping customers. Don’t even think about calling customer service. After an hour of being on hold I gave up. AT&T sucks but at least they don’t treat you like this.

We went in to this store 10/24/2020 requesting information regarding switching our wireless service from AT&T. The agent that we were assigned to was very condescending and snapped that they require the masks to be up over the nose the whole time while in the store. Apparently when I was talking to him my mask has slipped a bit off my nose. I felt that coupled with the high monthly price for the same service that we are getting with AT&T and the condescension from the agent was enough to convince me that I’d never go with Verizon. Very satisfying visit

I scheduled an appointment with Verizon two weeks ago due to COVID making the store appointment based only (as advised by the Verizon team) . Two hours before my scheduled appointment they called and canceled on me due to my phone not being in “critical condition.” I tried explaining we already had spent hours previously trying to order online but due to the account being a business account it was extremely difficult. They kept running me in circles telling me to call customer service (which i did) but it then took me to a “live chat” which didn’t understand anything. The Verizon team was not helpful or understanding and had terrible customer service. The experience was EXTREMELY frustrating and I am still left with a shattered phone because that isn’t critical.

Ive never had a bad experience here, which I guess is high praise for a cell phone store. Wait times are usually pretty short, and the staff have always been very helpful. I wish Verizons plans were a little cheaper, but thats another issue. If you have to visit one of their stores, this one is pretty good.

Came in with a phone that had insurance and wasnt working, told the workers that it was a company phone on an account with over 30 phones. Needed the phone or a temporary phone by the next day for work because I was going on a work trip. Workers were rude, unhelpful, and wouldnt even let me talk to our business representative. Phone insurance through Verizon is a waste of money and a total scam. Ended up driving down the road to get my phone fixed at Metro wireless. Trash customer service.

Don’t waste your time with the middle man, just skip Verizon and head to the Apple store. Went one day to upgrade phone, quoted a trade in price and they said I just needed my password. Went back two days later with the password and they offered me exactly half of the value quoted. I have had this account for over 25 years, it is now a commercial account and they could care less. Always be aware of their promotions, they lead you to think that they are doing you a favor by offering interest free financing, complete BS. As long as that phone is financed, they charge a per line access fee of $20. I would much rather pay interest compared to this fee. Stay away from the Verizon store and definitely stay away from the authorized stores, both are completely useless.

Oh its a great store as long as you bend over and let them rear end you into buying random crap that you dont need such as a bundle deal when you tell them that youre not interested in a bundle deal they get all quiet and non talkative. So its a great store if you want to get screwed over.

Its a verizon wireless. What did you expect. No there are no free back rubs or personalized napkins. The people who work there are super nice and very well qualified. They have seen it all because this is a semi large town and sure theyll pitch you one or two things your not interested in but they arent pushy. Honestly customer service in Tuscaloosa is on average terrible but not here. These people are extremely nice, well qualified, and pretty efficient at getting you in and out that you may be about your day to study or do drugs or play with your dog or whatever.

Wow, very rude. The workers here were not helpful at all and do not know the difference between being an authorized or premium store. I expressed not knowing if they could help with my problem when talking with them because they were a premium reseller. The worker was adamant that they were authorized though then went on to say his store couldnt help with my problem and tried to tell me why as if I were a five year old. Not appreciated at all.

If you ever need to return any items...be sure to have your $$$$ with you when you take your items back. Thier policy is $50 per device for restocking fee but no where is it written on aby of thier paperwork that you have to have $$$ up front. They wont put it on your bill @ the store. Them wont accept any items back that you cant pay the restocking fee right when you return said devices back. However you can call VZ and ask for a UPS return label to be sent to your home. Then VZ will credit your acct once they get the devices back & in good working order. Just be sure to do everything in that 14 day grace period they allow you to return your items. Other than that Sean and his manager was nice, understanding, and helpful.

Ive had several bad experiences at this location. Its closer to me, so I always opt to stop by hoping that the service would improve over time. Yesterday, I went in because my iPhone 6 Plus (less than 6 months old) was dysfunctioning. I thought it was my headphones at first, because as I was listening to my music at work the sound went out. I tried several pairs of headphones and no, indeed it was the phones sound. The phone was playing music out loud, but would not play through headphones. Okay, so Im pretty tech savvy so this was no issue I couldnt handle. So, I received a phone call and realized that after attempting to say hello at least five times the caller on the other end could not hear me and I couldnt hear her. I could not hear a sound!! I freaked out. After calling back, I noticed the phone was dialing and the call clock was ticking but I could not hear anything. Well guess what, I placed the phone on speakerphone and I could hear perfectly fine. I knew then this was either a software issue or manufacture issue. The guy at the store ( I wish I knew his name), was very rude and told me my phone had water damage and I would have to replace it! Well, there was one HUGE problem with this. My phone NEVER made contact with water. Definitely was not the case and he kept telling me to file it through insurance, because it was my fault. He also said there was dust and debris in my port where the battery charges. Im still perplexed on how that can stop my iPhones speaker and mic from working. I left with no assistance or resolution to my problem. The only thing I had was a iPhone that k couldnt talk on. I felt the workers were unaware of their equipment and they also did not seem enthused about assisting their customers. Very poor service and I was refusing to pay for a new phone. Soo, after calling technical support, the guy was awesome that I spoke to and immediately told me that it sounded like a software issue and could have been a glitch from the previous software upgrade. I literally did a Restore my IPhone in the settings and the phone came back on working perfect!!!! Wow!!! This was great news, because I did not have anymore money to be dishing out to Verizon!! Youre better off to figure it out yourself than to visit this particular location.
