This is one of Costco’s largest stores. All the shelves are well-stocked And the store is extremely well-maintained. No trash or shopping carts cluttering The isle ways. One of Costco marketing strategy is to keep moving things around so you have to search entire store for your items. But eventually you’ll find what you’re looking for. I am not one to use the self check out but I made an exception on this visit. The team member was very gracious and patient at my grumblings of having to check out my own groceries. I have nothing but good things to say about the store

We have always loved shopping at Costco, but their prices have seem to have gone up a lot. We really just dont go there as often. We do love their vision center and is one of the main reasons we continue to go.

I love Costco, mostly. I spent $700 on food and I live alone. I didnt even buy alcohol!

This warehouse type store is a warehouse type store. Meaning if you keep that in mind while you are shopping there it should be good for you. Costco is one of the cleanest stores Ive seen here in Twin Falls. It is a membership program like Sams club. I do believe its worth the membership fee but you have to be clear whether or not you will be spending enough to pay for your fees. They have everything from candy bars to custom cabinets and auto tires and vacation packages. But stock is not always available from day to day. Again this is typical warehouse store issues where you can find something you like and go back the next week and its all sold out. But it also means you can get great deals on some amazing items because you dont know what supplies they have purchased.

This is a great store. Great service and great overall experience

It is nice to be able to bulk shop when I need too. The employees have always been amazing, and it never fails I always end up running into a friend. Which makes spending that much worth it.

Costco is a great place to shop. They have almost everything you need. The check outs are pretty quick even if it doesnt look like it by all the people. Everyone is nice and friendly and willing to help answer quetions.

Kenny in auto service was AMAZING! Our battery died while on a road trip and we thought we were SOL, but thankfully we came to the right place. He got our battery right away, let us borrow the tools to install it, and even walked us through how to install it. We were safely on our way in well under an hour, could not thank him enough!

Costco is a great place to shop. My big complaint and Im sure they hear it all the time. They move things around to much. I know why but its still irritating when Im in a hurry. Yes I could ship online and have it delivered. Do I want to look at something before I buy i?Yes.

They kindly offered masks at the front door for the past year for my elderly parents. This time the guy at the door was rude and told me they arent required so they arent offering them but I can wait in line to buy them. The covid risk is near its highest in Twin Falls and we dont have masks to shop with because we expected them to be there available to us as they have been for the past year but they are not. What changed?

Im from Utah so every time Im in a different state I check out their Costco. I knew they would have alcohol in the Twin Falls one so I went in for some. This is a nice, big store! Loved it!

Great place, minus the membership fee we likely dont use enough to be worth it yet... But best place for household toilet paper and paper towels among other items.

Prices are good, things come in large amounts.Also they have lots of food and produce is really good.Not the best with pricing furniture but better than most stores.

Probably the same as most any Costco. Not dirty, didnt get bad service or anything. Nothing really exceptional over any other typical store. Out of stuff quite often, but thats typical for Costco. One day they have something next day they dont.Although at this point theyre not forcing masks it does seem as though all the staff is afraid of getting sick and think theyre saving the world by wearing them all day. Lol

The staff was so kind and helpful!! Dave went out of his way to make sure my purchase was secured in the truck for our drive back to Elko!! They had everything we needed in stock!!

Wonderful shopping experience and the pharmacy is second to none! They are very kind and willing to help accommodate you. However, I must say, the repainting job to tan brown is really ruffling my feathers. Just know, I think this establishment is far too fine to be represented by this horrendous paint pigmentation. Please consider a neutral white, gray, and black tones instead. You could reference the Idaho Falls Costco.

Got unloaded in less than an hour. One thing that I do is call the store when I am an hour out and give them a chance to clear by the dock and get ready. 9 out of 10 times they are ready for me, also I try to find out ahead of time what door they want me in, saves a few minutes

Always love Costco. My wife and I could do a fashion show with the clothes we have bought there. Produce is fresh and delicious.

Costco is a great place to shop they have the best return policy and they have some of the cheapest gas in town. I always look for a Costco to fuel up at if there is one in the nearby town.

Ill just come out and say it... I love this place FAR MORE than Sams Club. They have more variety and their customer service is head and shoulders above Sams Club. Food court is amazing!! Prices are great! Selection is fantastic! Seriously, what more do you need from a store?

Horrible cashiers always throwing my food and other items around. Smash things don’t give boxes when I ask for them and if they do they pack them so heavy I have to take items out. Unfriendly I’ve backed Off from doing my shopping for my business there because of all this went back today same thing happen again called manager and they didn’t seem to CAre 😞😞😞😞

Unbelievable. Had a tire issue. Possibly covered under warranty. Cannot find out because of their mask requirements. I own a local A/V Company and (not any more) send dozens of customers to Costco to purchase TVs because of their selection and warranty. Never again. I will not be renewing my membership.

Love my Costco. My only complaint is it is always crazy busy! Like cant find a parking spot half the time. Staff is always friendly and helpful!

I love our Costco in Twin Falls Idaho. With gas prices going crazy when iam in Twin I always fill up and then I get all my fresh fruits and vegetables soo good and enough in packages to share with kids and neighbors

It is great however they do not take Discover quite a bummer, other than that it is a great alternative to the other options that are available.

Its a good location. The parking lot is cramped and annoying though. Just park over by the furniture store.

When I went to make a membership change to our account, the customer service desk employee was incredibly rude. Ive been a Costco member since 2005, on my own, without anyone else until this last year, yet she refused to allow me to make changes because I now have a husband and they made him primary on my Costco membership. She implied I was an angry ex-wife trying to cancel his membership. I asked if there was any way my husband could call in so I could make changes and she said no. He called customer service and we found out she lied to me. He made me primary again and we promptly cancelled our membership, right then and there.

I enjoy Costco. Only complaint is one of the sample ladies chases us down when we have the newborn baby and tries to get in his face to get a good look at him. Its happened the last 3 times weve been there. We have literally ran away from her. Not cool

They are super fast considering the day before the 4th of July and has amazing stuff.

So the danger of this place is you go in for a chicken and spend $100!!! One of my favorite places!

I LOVE Costco. LOVE. But this Costco needs some help. Obviously! Look at all the bad customer service reviews!!This Costco is a little different than others at which I have regularly shopped. The priorities of the staff at this Costco seem to be 1) customers following rules to the “T” at every moment and 2) Costco’s financial profit. I am more accustom to Costco’s employees caring more about the happiness / satisfaction of the customers.I still LOVE Costco and will continue to shop there, but the overall attitude of the staff at this Costco is definitely NOT as friendly and accommodating as literally ALL the other Costco’s I’ve been to.[One experience that was so ridiculous it was comical... my late 30s husband got carded for alcohol (which is totally fine) but when he handed the guy his ID the guy looked at him and asked him to VERIFY his birthdate with some edgy attitude. Seriously?? Do we also need to be ready give our SSN to buy alcohol now too?? And then refuses to let him use cash that I (clearly his wife given the fact we had our 3 children with us) had in my hand... it was my husbands money but I was holding it. Yeah, just kind of ridiculous. ...rule following to the “T” over caring for customers....]

My family and I love Costco. We have been members for as long as I can remember. I have to say though, my most recent experience was anything but acceptable. I have never had to exchange/return something to Costco, so I was unaware that you are supposed to go to the membership desk before you go into the actual shopping part of the store. I needed to return a heating blanket my mom bought me as a gift that didn’t work. I went into the shopping part of the store hoping to find the same blanket and make an exchange. I didn’t find the blanket, so I asked an employee where I could go to return it. He immediately accused me of stealing. I told him my parents had the receipt and were on the way if he wanted to make sure the item was purchased. He then made me follow him to the front and asked another employee if they had seen me come in with the blanket. This other employee then accused me of stealing as well. This employee didn’t even bother to check my Costco card when I had come in because he was too busy chatting with some people he clearly knew, so he most likely didn’t see me. My parents showed up at this point and showed them the receipt. With no apology, we were told we could go return the item and weren’t even returned the full amount my mom had paid for the blanket. Unacceptable.

Employees are so nice. I miss the samples though but great service in every department. Quick checkout lines in the main warehouse and snack bar. The Optical Dept is good too.... sometimes they take awhile but they are all nice and it goes a long way these days!!!

Always great service...even in the parking lot! Recently had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands and have to wear braces on my hands while driving and lifting. A young man was collecting carts and noticed I had to lift a box from the cart. He was there in an instant to help. So kind!

Our bucket list includes visiting all Costcos along our advantures to our Nationation parks.We were surprised at the differences between them. You know the difference?Not a thing, theyre all the same. This is so good for us.

I like Costco but their mask mandate is ridiculous. Here in Idaho we dont have to wear masks but in Costco we do. It is time to change that rule to shop there. Time to get back to normal, well as normal as possible given the times we live in. I changed the 5 star to one star and wont change it till we are free of the masks.

I was just tested for covid and harassed by a long straight haired skinny female at the self checkout!!! I put my mask up and she continued to speak at me about the virus! I put my mask up and said Bye she continued on about how I was rude!!!! Shes out of control! The only way to back her off was to threaten to leave my basket and shopelsewhere!

Ive been a costco customer for years, however I am done with costco. I ordered online earlier this year, they pulled money on of my account immediately ( expected) sat on it for a week and then canceled my order. I thought it was a fluke.I recently ordered $600.00 of flowers from them. I was double billed. They used my money for 24 hours. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!

Very disappointed that their in ink cartridge shelves are empty. Why sell a high quality printer, and not stock the ink??? Waste of money for their yearly membership!!!

I love getting gas here. They have best rate and best quality gas. I also love that they are open later than you expect, so you can get gas after work or if youre driving later in the evening. People are usually nice here. I havent had issues. I found out that you can call the store and ask them if they are in stock or out of something (like toilet paper) before making the trip too, so as to save you more time and hassle! That helps a lot if you dont have much time to shop!

Didnt realize my membership was expired, I was already in line with my total due but didnt have the money for my new membership but the nicest manager worked his magic and made sure I was able to get my groceries

Love the cheap gas, and free samples. Sadly covid has minimized the available options to choose from for samples. Once in a while though they bust out the pandas (you know the chocolate filled ones) and its the best.

I hate this store. The prices are outlandish and the staff appear to have been trained by the Gestapo. Having to pay the yearly membership fee is akin to having bamboo shoots shoved under your toenails by a colicky orangutan, the pain continues long after the initial agony.The produce section is mediocre at best and the meat section appears to have only rare cuts of golden unicorn brisket, at least its priced that way.Save yourself the humiliation.

Always busy early on and late in the afternoon, but usually not too bad during early midday. Big selection of products great fresh vegetables and meat.

Shopping was great, not very crowded tonight. The front end service was great as well, however the young man in the food court could use some manners ad customer service skills.

We will be shopping there more often thanks to the terrible mess Walmart has made in Elko NV.

Normally would be a 5 but today had a not so great experience with the cashier checking me out. Maybe she was having an off day or maybe in the robot zone but normally super friendly staff just not today.

I would welcome a Sams Club over this Costco. They very seldom have deals that you cant get elsewhere and the membership cost is outrageous. There are a few perks to buying bulk though. You dont have to go back for awhile. Oh,no I dont need a box for my fifty items. I like packing stuff from my car to my house one item at a time thats great cardio.

Really enjoy being able to shop early with the hour for seniors. Great service and good quality products.
