I had placed an order from the deli for an event I was hosting, I was and am satisfied with the quality of food but I left unsatisfied with the quality of service. I asked for the grand total when I made the order, when I called a day before I picked up the order, and the morning of pickup and was told they dont know how much. It wouldve even nice if they had taken the time to ring it up so I wasnt last minute gather the funds. Another thing that left me unsatisfied is that they didnt and wouldnt take the time to cut my salami or cheese or bread for a platter. After just under $200 spent I expected more.

Best customer service Ive ever experienced. The managers are amazing. Not only do they listen to customer concerns but I had one bring me a replacement electric cart when the battery died in the one I was using. And the employees are caring and professional. They are always prepared to answer questions and even walk me to items Im looking for. They know exactly where things are and go above and beyond to help their customers. They are a little higher in prices than other stores but I dont mind paying the extra cost for the great service I receive. Thank you FM for making my shopping experience a great one!

Does NOT close at 11. It closes at 10. Which is important to know!The store has a good selection and is clean, but not a very friendly atmosphere.Also good to know: masks are required for everybody.

Very clean store with very nice employees. Lots of selection. Prices of sale items are great. But regular priced items are kinda high.

3 years ago it was a great place and they really cared but over the past year it has gone downhill since a Pharmacy Employee by the name of Michelle. She is rude, and uncaring and I have since changed Companys due to her. The Grocery Department has always been clean and one of my Favorite Places to shop but all that has changed since I changed Companys due to her rudeness. I would hate to have to work with her. Notice in my photo shes not wearing a Mask & seldom did until People started complaining Im sure & even then it was seldom seen until she bought a Total Plastic Face Mask

I just want to give a big thank you to Carol! I was in the check out line when I realized I had forgot an important ingredient for my dessert. I guess she could tell by the look on my face that I had forgotten something and she offered to run and grab what I needed. And she did. It was really appreciated. Thank you, Carol. I walked in and was looking for food, never asked anything but was promptly told that the deli was closed. Thats fine, but I can still look. Idk it made my mood sour and I left.

I don’t usually shop at Fred Meyer but I’m new in town and decided to give it a try. The clothing is so ridiculously overpriced then they mark things down 40% to give you the impression you’re getting a good deal. Secondly, the amount of unmasked idiots walking around scowling at me was unsettling to say the least. Top that with a limit of 2 gallons of water. What a joke!

Friendly staff, but surprisingly bare shelves. We went in with a short shopping list and came out with just a case of water. Everything else we wanted was sold out. The soda aisle, for example, was just the odd stuff (like that funky Diet Coke version nobody buys, but none of the other Diet Cokes, at all). Must have been a busy weekend and no deliveries.

Best place to go to support local. They most definitely have the best organic foods selection and impressive health foods with vitamins. Only place to shop if you can afford it.

Organic foods in Twin Falls. This store is pretty much the best bet youll find an organic option, at mostly a fair price. Magic Valley is one of the hardest places in the west to find organic food. Even Hailey Idaho has a better selection.My guess is that if people request something in organic, that they could bring it in. Ive been to these and other Kroger stores in the west and east, and know that some are excellent resources for organic food. Others... Could be.Fred Meyer is a well rounded store that seems to carry better brands, and offers a wide range of products. My pictures only reflect a small segment of this store, because it fills one of the hardest obstacles for toxic food conscious people, as they reduce the toxic load on their bodies with safer organic food. Organic = produced without known toxic conventional pesticides and herbicides, hormones and fungicide.There ARE Gluten-Free options at Fred Meyer! Some are also organic. Paleo and Keto friendly options in the organic section too.Fred Meyer is a certain first stop for the best selection in quality food for nearly every dietary need.Purified Water station here is the most frequently maintained station in all of Twin Falls that I know of 👍🏼👍🏾👍.👉 Certainly important in a city that fails to comply 👎🏾👎🏼👎 with legally safe drinking water standards 12 out of 12 quarters of mandated testing.Bravo Fred Meyer, thank you! 🌲

Staff always helpful even price matching. Went to the pharmacy mostly. Staff was always pleasant and helpful in pharmacy. Met alot of people when reviewing pharmacy. Enjoyed there fresh fruit selection, natural selection, deli and when the employees would barbecue ribs outside.. Thanks. Twin falls idaho

So we bought a new TV super excited to get it home set it up and the screen was damaged. We took it back expecting to exchange bring it home but there was no semblance of coherent customer service in the electronics dept, just a shrug oh well that was the last one and we “ain’t got no more”. Just awful experience.

My review is specifically for the florist at Fred Meyer. Carol is my go to lady for any arrangement that I need. It’s apparent that she’s been doing the florist profession for a long time. She has an amazing talent for putting together some of the most beautiful arrangements and I get so many compliments as I carry her designs out to my car. She is so friendly, and helpful, and always willing to customize something gorgeous for me. I have saved hundreds of dollars by going to Fred Meyer for my floral needs. Most of the arrangements I purchase from here are between $35 and $50 and they are always medium to large in size. At any other florist they would be double this price. The flowers are fresh and long lasting, and truly just beautiful! If you’re looking for incredible talent and wanting to save a buck, go see Carol at the flower shop in Fred Meyer. You will NOT be disappointed!!!

Pretty disappointed that the store isnt open its 6:30 and I need to buy pants for work.

This is where I shop for most everything. Yes, the dry goods(packaged foods) are a bit more expensive, but this is where you get the best produce in town- especially if you want it to be fresh for more than a few days. I try to shop once a week, and the majority of my fresh foods last as long as I need them to! I think JOHN (one of the Managers) is the BEST!!!! He truly cares about his store, and the service customers get! Before he was a Mgr, he tore through the fresh food stock to get me something I was looking for, then searched for me all through the store to deliver it to my basket! I had given up, but HE DELIVERED!!! Awesome home town feel store! Worth it to shop there everyday!!! OH and great quality and assortment of other things too! Its like a high end Walmart. Lovin every bit of it!!

Shame. Before this, Fred Meyer was one of my favorite stores in town. I am so disappointed and disgusted that when I went in the store this week it was PACKED and 1/5 folks were not wearing masks. I returned an item to the Customer Service desk and asked about the capacity and mask policy and the worker said “there’s nothing we can do.” Not ten minutes later, I run to Petco to get dog food and there are two workers out front monitoring capacity and enforcing mask wearing. Costco, target, TJ Max, Petco, if they can do it, Fred Meyer can do it.Hundreds of thousands of Americans have died and more are sick and overrunning hospitals. I risk my life and everyone else’s when we enter your store. Do better Fred Meyer of Twin Falls. Shame on you.

Been going to this store for years. Feel comfortable at this store compared to most others, just prepare to spend more for the typical stuff your after.

I love coming to Fred Meyer its like my second home.

First off, I shop at Fred Meyers all the time no matter what town Im in... this past Saturday I went in and bought a Keurig K200 Plus machine because they were on sale plus I had a coupon for it as well. There wasnt an issue with the price and purchasing it, but I literally JUST opened the box to set it up at my office and the machine has clearly been used before! I showed several people where there was coffee splatter on the machine and water stains from being washed or rinsed. I am extremely upset that Fred Meyers sold me a USED appliance without even disclaiming it!! I will be taking it back today and expect to talk to a manager about this because it is unacceptable. I may or may not update my review after that conversation happens... well see.

Closing early compared to all other fred meyers and still had time to shop but got kicked out and followed out of store.

Fred Meyer is filling a great need in Magic Valley. I can usually find everything I need there. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love the rewards rebates! I appreciate that they still have ads in the paper and real sales that dont require downloading an app on my phone. Thank you Fred Meyer for making it easy the get what I need for my home, my wardrobe and my groceries as well as yard and garden, holiday decorations and the best prices on cosmetics. I like everything about you!

Conveniently located. Store has problem honering sale price item causing frustration with clerk looking up price when customer chatches error. Often times signage is confusing on sales items making it unclear what exactly is the sale item. Woud be better to have no sales and better pricing outright.

Was buying minimal groceries due to dealing with being sick. Picked up 7up that was marked 4/10.00 and then the shelf said 5/10.00. An employee seen me trying to figure it out and said he was confused as well but told me to make sure I told the cashier the shelf was marked the 5/10.00. I got to the cash register and when I explained to the cashier, her was Starr, they were marked 5/10.00 she ignored me and said I was still getting a good deal. I persisted and she asked if it was a digital coupon, I told her it wasn’t. She left the register without saying anything and returned a few minutes later, which she proceeded to fix the pricing but was anything but friendly. Someone with her attitude should not be working as a cashier and her badge said she had worked for Fred Meyers since 2014. I vary rarely shop there for just groceries and I’ve never had a cashier there treat me the way Starr did... she needs an attitude adjustment or not be allowed to cashier.

I would never shop at this store. People are rude and will ignore you. Nobody wants to do there job.I’m delivery food stuff to this store. After I deliver I usually park and g in and shop not now or ever again

Best place in Twin for organic foods. Solid grocery selection and one of the only grocery stores I’ve ever been into where I was asked if I needed help by an employee. Prices are reasonable, too.

Great supermarket with good customer service.

They were absolutely wonderful! They make me a huge cake that was supposed to feed 48 people and I only gave them a couple hours notice. They made it with a design that they didnt even have so they make me a custom one! I also ordered 6 dozen donuts on top of that. Thank you so much. I will definitely be back!

Sorry this may be a long one.I went in to purchase a couple items, one of which was an air mattress. Once I got to the register it rang up at $99, it had a sign right next to the product that stated it was $39. I had double checked the sign because it was a great price, sign stated Coleman brand and queen for the size also double checked the box next to it which was indeed Coleman brand and queen sized. I let Brittany the cashier (who was very sweet and friendly) know about it. She of course called to check and after waiting quite some time was told the sign was in the wrong place and that the best they could do would be to give me a small discount. I very politely asked her to call a manager to meet me back by the air mattresses so I could show him it was clearly displayed with a sign at $39. Once back there a couple other sale people were standing back there and had removed the sign. They said the sign was supposed to be for the one on the next shelf up and that someone had made a mistake. Moments later the manager named Larry also comes over and says sorry we made a mistake. I explain that I understand that but the right thing to do is to honor the price and then correct the error, he still refused. I asked if he was the store manager and he replied I am today. All of this happened with calmness on both sides but I left with no mattress and vow not to shop at Fred Meyers anymore. Trust me I get that mistakes happen but Ive also worked in retail most of my life, the correct thing to do is to honor the sign especially since every employee admitted it was their error.

Easy street access with parking. Good selection of food, clothing and home and garden. Friendly staff for a quick shopping trip with a delicious deli.

Good customer service and polite

I was strolling the store with my significant other and we were met by a bin of seedless watermelon. We sifted through the melons until a man named Jesus approached us, lifted a melon from the bin, and told us that it was the melon we desired. Upon a taste test we have determined it was the best melon we had ever eaten.Thank you Jesus.

I think its one of the best pharmacies in the Magic Valley. Always good with us and the customer service is great. The store has competitive prices and you can do a one stop shop. Clothing, groceries, some hardware, pharmaceutical etc.

This is my favorite store. I can always find what I need plus more. Everyone so friendly and helpful. One of my favorite employees is named Linsey she use to be over shoes now is cashier. She is very helpful, friendly and funny.

I enjoy going to Fred Meyer. I never lived near one, so its nice to go into once in awhile. They are pricey, but the meat and deli sections have quality offerings. I like their soups in the deli too. Ive had good experiences there, and customer service is top notch.

This is a clean store. It has a friendly staffed pharmacy. A deli with delicious foods. A beautiful produce section. You can buy furniture, clothes, food, pet supplies, medications. Etc. Downside? More expensive than most places.

Very clean and staff are great. Love the fruits and vegetables area very large and great selection to choose from. Love the seafood and meats always fresh. The sales on clothes and shoes are so nice I can afford to buy shoes here and buy more then one pair at a time.

Always love visiting Freddies. Just dont care for their prices. Plus, you dont get to see as colorful of characters as you get at any Wal-Mart. If theyd bring their prices down and loosen up their dress code standards, theyd probably get the 5 star rating.

Usually amazing, but today the cafeteria was less than acceptable. The tables were dirty, chili was empty, crackers were empty. No one to greet you or help us. Got chicken noodle soup two bags of crackers, thats all there were. Two employees behind counter, but I guess they were busy doing their work. Counter said closed. Had to pay at main registers. Then return to eat our food. Sad. We love coming here.

Went in to buy outdoor plant, l found one, at a good price, discounted plates & puzzle to do later. Puzzle dept has good selection. My cashier was Ken. He was friendly & conversed.

As usual the store was clean, organized and well set up. I had a problem with some steaks Id bought a couple weeks ago and the manager cut me some fresh ones and discounted them. Really like this store.

I love it. Its got so much and not everything is expensive. Plus they have an amazing health food section! Full of all those natural remedies and healthy foods and supplements. I love it.

By FAR the best store in Twin. Short lines and fast checkout no matter how busy they are. More diverse/quality merchandise than you-know-who. Best meat, best produce, amazing customer service. Employees will actually engage you and smile.. And they actually want to help! I live in Jerome, but go there for the PRX and to have a break from Walmart in Jerome. Oh, so sweet and worth the drive. If they are out of something, they will not let you leave without an upgraded version of what you came in for. AMAZING!

Best selection of groceries and many other sorts of merchandise under one roof that youll find in Twin Falls. There are certain things that I can only find here. Its a cut above most of the other supermarkets in the area.

Store is always clean and usually well stocked. Staff are always knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Groceries are sometimes a little expensive, but they usually have a good selection of decent organic foods (which is still not very common in Twin Falls).

The reason I am giving 3 stars is the new discount policy if having to purchase a number of items to get a better price, I dont want or need the 5 or more items even with a mix of items. Also digital coupons not good, 100 of shoppers dont have access so they miss out on saving, What was wrong with old way, coupons and buy the amount you need?

Its a great supermarket thats near me! I especially like the chicken and fries there.

Freddies is a Kroger store so they carry many brands stores do not have. I am especially grateful for the bulk foods, the health and organics section, and the clothing and home needs section. Its all there.

I really like the pharmacy. My entire family went in to get our flu shot and Trell explained everything and did a great job!

Anything which is a competitor of the Walmart klantation is on the right side of customer service experience and employment. I came in to the grocery store for dry ice which was conveniently located near self check out. A Chase bank is also inside near entrance. The store was clean and organized and the restrooms were also fine. Would happily shop here in defiance of Walmart everyday.

This place has been a nightmare. I bought a printer, went to return it they pull up my purchase and refuse to refund unsure it was me. The manager went thru security footage verified that it was me ask me to go home which is 2 hours away and get the owners manual I did took it back the next day treated me like I was a thief and refused to return it walked out with a new printer my computer does not work with printers is why I returned it so now Im out $160! Have never been treated so awful in all my life

The produce at Fred Meyer in Twin is outstanding. The higher price is usually worth the visit. Having a store of this variety is also helpful in the early hours.

I went in for prescriptions today.. the pharmacy staff is so friendly and helpful! They go above and beyond to help when there are refills needed from the Dr and take care of everything!
