Both managers were so nice and very knowledgeable about my storage needs. Robert Key was very helpful and answered all my questions. Robert was such a kind manager.

I have to say that scheduling a storage space prior to our stressful Cross Country move was not stressful at all! Thanks to Robert! He kept in touch with us regularly and even contacted us on his day off to make sure everything would go smoothly when we arrived.I can not be more grateful to both Robert and Derek. From the time we opened up 1 unit to two units. Everything was explained and had such a personalable experience. The customer service is Amazing. Our units were clean and checked out. I never saw a bug of any kind. Everything was very clean and organized. They were always there to answer questions and make sure things are running smooth. Very helpful and attention to detail with the rental agreement, monthly payments and emailing your receipt. It was nice to have people who knew what they were doing and took pride in their job. The inside units are easy to get to with the sliding doors that you can back up to and load and unload and they have the rolling carts to help you get your things from your unit to your car. Thankyou for the smiling faces that always greeted me when I came by. Im glad I used Cube Smart at Mirror Lake in Villa Rica, Ga. Derrick Eugene and Robert Key you guys are GREAT.

This has been a great place for us to store our furniture at. The place is very clean and secure. Management is very customer focused and helpful.

Moved back from Alabama paid online arrived at the unit they had taken my money and didnt remove the lock they put on the door caused me to pay an extra days rental for a truck and car trailer not to mention $222 dollars for a 10×5 closet unit with badly built doors definitely dont recommend this place one star for location.

Im am new to CubeSmart but have been very impressed by their customer service so far! Everyone I have talked with has been helpful and kind. I went in to pay for my storage unit only minutes before closing, but Randell, at the Villa Rica location, took the time to get me set up anyway. Moving is stressful, but working with CubeSmart has been a stress-free experience.The facility is very clean and I feel like my belongings will be secure and safe.

Since my review was taken down Ill repost... 5 stars for great customer service but 1 star for prices. Why do prices keep going up for the same unit that isnt even climate controlled? There should be no reason Im paying over $100 for a unit that isnt climate controlled.

Customer service at the Villa Rica location was Outstanding!

I have been a customer at this Villa Rica CubeSmart storage since August of 2017. Each time I have had to visit the office. The customer services from the staff have been spectacular. My needs are taking care of in a timely manner. The facility is secured and very clean. If you are looking for a Storage facility please keep the Villa Rica storage facility mind. Just stop by and check it out you want be disappointed at all.

There were no problems or delays in the preparation and execution of the lease; property agent was very efficient and professional.

Great service and I really enjoyed interacting with them. Management staff was awesome and I was able to see Mrs. Smith promoted three times within having my storage unit.

They have a RODENTS!!! Do not leave your belongings here. They are not helpful at all. Me and my fiancé went by there to check on our stuff and seen rat poop and our brand new mattress had pee on it. They want us to leave our stuff in there and wait on cooperate to call us? We have not heard from anybody!! Why should I leave my stuff in there to continue to get messed up? The insurance they expect you to have on your unit doesn’t even cover rodents I found that out yesterday. I made a claim on my belongings that were damaged and they told me they don’t cover rodents so now I have to go through CubeSmart. This is ridiculous. Nobody is helping with anything it’s like they don’t even care. Just don’t use them they have rodents. We did exactly what we was suppose to we had insurance on the unit and since we have came across this issue nobody has helped us. I’m just warning you if you have your stuff here or if your thinking about going there, don’t because they have RODENTS. I’m removing my things from storage and am going somewhere else. I am still talking or trying to talk to whoever I need for my things to be replaced. Damage has been made and it’s there issue cause they have rats in the unit.

DO NOT USE This cubesmart, Management is very unprofessional and does not know how to run a business. They will nickel and dime you with raised rent rates and ridiculous fees. Save yourself a head ache and money by using a different storage facility.

Terrible, terrible storage experience. Rented there a few weeks ago. We were told wed have access 6a - 10 pm. Last week we went there with a fully loaded UHAUL at 9:45 pm. The door to the climate control wouldnt open. I called Customer Service, who seemed to be the only ones who cared, the Manager was unreachable and the District Manager was pitiful. I explained to her that my time is valuable that I dont punch a clock at Walmart that my wife and run 4 businesses. When we arrive at our storage unit it is because we are in a very limited window of time. This company has exhibited very little respect for their customers time. Come to find out, that day, the assistant manager knew the door wasnt working but decided not to leave any kind of note or sign to let customers know.This morning I arrived at 7 a.m. and again the door wasnt working. I called Customer Service and again the manager was making excuses about how a tenant mustve done something to the door ..... whatever! They cant live up to their promises of gate access and I cant always come during office hours. Sadly, the rent on the unit is $259 per month!!!! And we cant even get the access we paid for???This is what I believe in, in this life....Once is happenstance. Twice is coincidence. Three times is enemy action. This is twice for you, CubeSmart.... trust me... there will not be a third time!!!Consider yourselves fortunate that Im forced to give you 1-star. You deserve ZERO!!!!!

Rented a office space and was ok until a water leak that they wouldnt fix that cost me over 5k in inventory then turned to black mold .I was told itll be fixed and rent comped until fixed, but then told by DM that she never said it and I was to eat my losses and pay rent. Insurance refused to pay losses after I was charged for it. Here we are 8 month later and Im moving back in from the nasty building I was forced to accept and Jessica the DM says I cant move back because she vacated me in January without my concent and since my other nasty building rent just came due if I didnt pay it now (even though Im within the grace period) she would throw out my 80k worth of inventory because she doesnt like me. I ask her why her office was discussing my account with people not on my lease and she says to me....((( we dont care about your privacy or care that your upset and Ill be there tomorrow with officers to throw your stuff away)) I went and got the police myself and then the harassment stopped. I am now talking to a lawyer about the mold and my ongoing lung problems, loss of inventory, wrongful vacating my lease on h1100, threats made by onsite staff, slander by onsite staff, violations of privacy by onsite staff . If you rent here expect a nightmare from Jessica the DM, and have a attorney ready because trust me u will need one!!

While this location is convenient, it is obvious that they are not customer oriented. I have never been late on a payment, I brought a customer to them and they went up $25/month on my rent. I was told that it went up to make it the street rate and it will go up again every year. And since the new ownership, it doesnt have a welcoming feeling that it once had.
