I have had a storage at this location for several years now. I finally got around to flying down from NYC to clean the storage out and get my items back home. I must say that this location is clean, secure and very well taken care of! The manager is amazing and she goes above and beyond always. Her customers are her number one priority, and it shows.

Went checking on size I would need, and what size available. The manager was extremely helpful, answered my questions, and said I would be notified when unit was available. Could not ask for better customer service.

Supposed to be climate controlled but its only a few degrees (cant really say cooler) less than outside, but doesnt seem air-conditioned like other climate controlled facilities, No moving/furniture dollies available for use, so make sure you bring your own.

My brother always considers the needs of his customers. He values cleanliness, safety of customers and valuables and has the upmost regard for employees and a respected name in the community

Changed from 24 hours to closing the gate at 10:30 but customer service was great at giving 24 access and helping with my situation

Cheapest prices Ive been able to find anywhere around here. Codes to get in AND out of the gates so pretty secure. No complaints here.

Great customer service and Management.

I have used a storage unit for here 6 yrs. I have a Controlled Environment unit. The halls are always clean and staff are freindly.The only complaint I have is lighting. There is no lighting for the back of the units. Maybe I could invest in my own spot light. I have tried flash lights, and battery operated lanterns. They just dont count for size and bulk of items. (If it were a big concern, I would have a spot light in the 6 yrs).I feel my items are secure, pest free, & clean.

Needed storage for my UWG student daughter on short notice and they set me right up - no fuss! The rates were very good, the facility is clean, secure, and 24/7 accessible, and the whole process was easy to start and to end when we were done. This is NOT one of those sketchy storage places - it was complete peace of mind. Highly recommend.

Gates are frequently broken. Our RV was stolen from the Villa Rica facility. Charlotte (lady who works in the office) was very nice but owner hasn’t even reached out. I would not recommend keeping anything at this facility.

Great place to store your valuables. Staff is very professional and friendly. 24 hour access is a big selling point for me.

Just got a storage building. Jessica was great at explaining all aspects of the business. Glad we found them.

They will lock u out before the bill is late and the owner seem like he just dont trust people because he lock ur stuff down found something else....The lady that work there is really nice and have to do the dirty work.....

I checked out many other storage facilities before coming to fortress storage. As soon as I spoke with Mrs. Betty I knew I wasnt in the right place. They are a 24 hour facility which was just what I needed. They were cheaper than all the other places I checked out before, and right now if you refer someone they cut you a check for $50. They were extremely nice people oh I almost forgot... My second month was FREE! Save some time comparing prices and just go to FORTRESS STORAGE!

Theyve worked with me on payments and have always returned my calls with any problems Ive had due to payment arrangements. Very well kept and clean. Excellent

Friendly staff, Ive never had issues when storing my things over at Fortress Storage.

My locker got broken into and things were stolen. Lady who works there said the video didnt show much just a car. I called the police and filed a police report. The police asked for video and lady said technician was working on it. I when back to get copy of viedo and same story. I dont believe there is no video. I was mislead in believing a camera was being used. No lock, no mess outside at all. Someone had plenty of time to go though my locker. No security at all

Video cameras are low quality, gates are broken most of the time and the owner, Chip, is a crook. Store your stuff elsewhere.
