Awesome experience. Tedd helped us buy a Ford Explorer and he was very helpful. Never pressured is to buy and handled the whole transaction well. Him and the owner gave us a great deal on a trade in and agreed to fix some minor cosmetic issues with the new vehicle. They even threw in some great service freebies.

Fiancé and I went just before closing expecting to be told it was to late to do any shopping. However we were led right to the car we had originally inquired about and given the go ahead to takeIt for a spin. Upon arriving back to the lot, we discussed our budget and decided to check out a few other vehicles. We were thoroughly impressed with the dealership and the consideration of our wallet during number crunching. Sadie helped us navigate the paperwork and details and got us into a newer, nicer vehicle than we thought we would be able to get. I bought a car on towards the beginning of May and to be 100% honest I thank God I found Ted and Sadaf, they were very helpful and I spoke to Ted the day before going into sign the paperwork for the car and when I got there he had me approved and everything just went smoothly and there were no “fast-talking salesman” they are good genuine people. ** PLEASE READ **** TAKE CAUTION **On Tuesday Sept.22, 2020. I was helping my aunt look for her patiental retirement vehicle. Salesman was inconsiderate and had no sense of humor. He was firm on the price but when asked to check tires( because it wobbled a bit, just needed air afterwards) wash the car ( because its been sitting on the lot all year, had dust and spider webbs on it) and add gas( because it barely had none). All he managed to do was an cheap oil change. (3,000 miles).The carfax and salesman show/said the car has been well *maintained* but tell me why does the car have a dirty air filter and cabin air filter??? Thats the reason i requested the oil change anHoneslty I shouldve checked that and its sad to say u cant trust carfax or the dealership either!On Friday Sept.25th He said he was going to pick me from work which we discussed was about 15 minutes away but when I called 35 mins to confirm the ride, he stated he was alone in the shop and it will be about another hour to an hour and a half before he would pick me up. I ended up taking uber there .And when I got there had the nerve to hand me the car so dirty, he said it was because it was rainy that day. But u had 3 DAYS with the car knowing it was going to be sold and was awaiting paperwork.. Im not happy with customer service AT ALL. Just the car. Was sold with dirt and spiders on the car. No gas and a heartless jerk to top it all off.THATS NOT HOW U DO BUSINESS TEDD AND UR BOSS NEEDS TO GIVE MY AUNT HER GAS MONEY AND CAR WASH!!

Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a dealer. About 2 weeks ago I was helping my mother-in-law find a car. When we first got there the man that was helping us out seemed to be very upset/cranky. He didn’t walk us around the lot or help at all. He just told us to let him know if we found anything we liked. When we found a car we wanted to test out, he went inside and grabbed the keys and instead of handing them to us, he TOSSED them to us. Of course he was too far away and the keys fell on the ground. When we can back, we heard another customer say she didn’t like the car she test drove because she could feel it shaking. Instead of acknowledging her concern, our representative told the lady, “I think the heat is just getting to you. You’ve been out in the sun for too long. The car is fine, you just have heat stroke.” Excuse me? What is that about? The should honestly train their employees on how to interact with customers and provide a proper customer service experience. If all your representatives are like this, I don’t understand how this place is still open or how you’re making any sales. If I could put 0 stars I would.

Honestly, this place just isnt worth it. TL;DR: read the last paragraph.There were several red flags when we went to this dealer. First, they falsely advertised a warranty included with the vehicle on their website; when I asked about it, they insisted it was just an old thing they had on their site that they no longer did. My advice: walk away and do not turn back if this happens. It is a red flag of unprofessional people.The sales people there are just not great; the people raise red flags. Our salesperson was somewhat pushy and unwilling to move on anything. Even if only 2-3 days, most people if you push them will provide a couple of days for you to take it to a trusted mechanic, have friends look at it, or just let whatever odor is in the car show itself. I should note that they were absolutely willing to allow us to take it to a nearby mechanic, but just not to our own. This is fine. The issue is an absolute lack of grace period, or absolute unwillingness to stand behind their product. Most dealers will allow a grace period, even for a couple days, if you push for one. Do not let anyone try to convince you (or dont convince yourself) otherwise.Finally, our car had a severe smoke smell in it. Again, this is something we probably should/could have noticed, but for whatever reason we didnt realize it until a few days after purchase. This is yet another reason to NEVER buy a used car without a grace period, even a few days, to let odors surface and to have friends/parents/family/mechanics also look at it. Mechanically, everything was fine, but given the other reviews combined with our severe smell, I do question the quality of cars on this lot. This might be fine at a lower price point, but this lot seems to be selling cars the low end of normal--around the 8,000 - 12,000 point. So ultimately, if youre going to spend even 9,000 on a car, there are just BETTER used car lots at this price point where quality isnt as much of a concern.Ultimately, everything else would be forgivable: some people are just a little more rough and tumble; some people are not trusting and have been burned before; and some people are unorganized. But if youre shopping at this price point, there are better options. Quality is questionable at best at this lot. Even other used car lots are better experiences: we dont need to compare them to major dealers. We decided to purchase a car from them, and we failed to recognize our own discomfort and red flags during the process. This was a mistake, and ultimately I highly recommend you just avoid this lot. I emphasize again: at this price point, and for the caliber of cars they are selling here, there are so many better options.

I came in with no car down and out and one of the best group of people I have worked with in a long time was able to get me out with two cars at a great price and I would leep buying from here

Test drove a 2012 jetta. During the test drive the clutch started sticking. Drove it to sheetz down the road, and tried to test the reverse gear in the parking lot, i found it very difficult to find reverse. At this point I decided return back to the dealer. But before I could get there the cars clutch completely went out leaving me stranded in the middle of capital boulevard. Called the dealer and they sent a salesman to assist. We had to PUSH the car close to a mile back to the lot.

My mom recently purchased a 2011 Ford Expedition from them on 2/13/2020 and the next day check engine light comes on take it by there they claim they don’t have a mechanic it hasn’t even been a week and we can’t even drive the truck! Don’t spend your hard earned money on them lemons they claim they don’t have a mechanic how and they are a car lot! Very disappointed on how they handled my mom who is 61 years old there should be someone we can call maybe wral 5 troubleshooter! At this point it’s ridiculous never buy anything from them not even a bike! Never I repeat never! She has a warranty but they have no mechanic what type of sense is that so how long do we suppose to wait!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They sold me a car that did not have a passed inspection and tried to trick me out of getting it fixed and fake a passed inspection, when it failed they told me to drive it and come back tomorrow and they will pass it (so the miles would be different and they would think that the check engine light had been fixed) when I threatened bringing a lawyer they immediately changed their attitude and “fixed it free” gave it back with a passed inspection for the check engine light to come on the next day and the car stopped driving. It needed an alternator and the car died while I was driving. Definitely would not recommend this place.

Drive 1 Autosale experienceDay one I find the truck and take it for a test drive about to ho to a mechanic to check it out and the receptionist is calling me r apparently they do not let people test drive the vehicle longer than 20 minutes ( should have been a red flag but I complied) fast forward After reassuring me their vehicles are all backed by a 12 month warranty i get approved... happy when going to do finance ppwork I asked Ben what kinda car he drove he casually mentioned he drives any one on the lotI did not know that the BMWs trunk was supposed to be automatic I just know that it was very heavy to lift so I didn’t mention that it was not workingDay three my check engine light came on I called the shop and told them that I will be able to bring it inThe first time I bought it in Ben checked the codes and said it does that sometime when you leave the gas cap loose... reset the code and I left... this was at the end of the night so by the time I stopped to refuel and the CE light came back on it was too late to doubleback...I brought it back in waited a few hours and they looked at it and said it would be an all day job... fine. I will bring it in on a day I had someone to help me get around..I brought it in they had it all day they said that the part didn’t come in until the last minute so he wasnt able to complete the job. Put the car back in drivable condition and said bring it back the following day...and also said DMV would not release tags until the problem is resolvedI returned two days later because that is when I had someone to help me and left it 1st thing On Friday morning... after not hearing back from anyone all that day I called at 5pm and Ben hesitantly said I may get my car back Monday or Tuesday..(mind you no one called and was planning on updating me at all to tell me what was going on) It was even too late to rent a car if I wanted to go that routeI called back around 5:30 and he got irate insisted his mechanic had been working up until 5:45 and did not work weekends... although that was a future time (so he deliberately lied to me) he was not compassionate to my situation at all it was pretty much you’ll get the car back when were done figuring out what is wrong with it so figure out how to get around in the meantime because they at no time will ever give a loaner car.Today. 3/25/19 I called 4different times I spoke with front desk... told me someone would call back, Nasir (Owner) said someone would call me back Ben someone would call me back it is 5:25 and I am still waiting on that update I have now been without my vehicle a total of 6 Days and I have not had the car a full 30 daysI receive a call 10 minutes to six to come get a loaner because the car needs a totally new engine and is not safe to drive... They are now willing to provide me with a “loaner “I get so relieved because atleast I have a car to drive while we figure this out. I get ti the dealership and they give me this run down Toyota Sienna 2004 thats old and stained but hey its something Then I go roll down the window and it Broke! Completely broke not to mention it was well over 240,000 miles and it was pouring rain by then Im almost in tears so he proceeds to go to speak to the Owner whom they have been saying is gone for the day but was clearly still in his office and then came out to give me a 2010 Chevy Impala 2 weeks later I get my car back with a nice unexpected balance

This place was listed on Facebook under a Bad apples page, complaining about the owner or a employee named Ben Omar I simply left a one star review inreguards to how he treats people and selling Lemon vehicles. I got cussed out on the Facebook page by Ben, calling me traitor trash. I actually have a 800 credit score and a brand new 4Runner from Leith Toyota with 100 miles on. Ben Omar treats customers like trash. DO not buy from the Lemon car lot as you will be sorry and read the reviews as they speak volumes.
