Very comfortable with Dr. Dix. She isnt my regular eye doctor, but I previously had an appointment with her and my primary eye doctor. She knew my case, was personable and I would be happy to see her again.

2021 Update-My vision has improved a bit and Dr. Dix was just as thorough, compassionate and caring as ever.2020-Just had my annual visit and, like my vision, nothing has changed since last years review.2019-I have been a Dr. Dix patient for several years and look forward to seeing her every year. Not only do I receive a thorough and comprehensive examination, Dr. Dix explains what is going on with my aging eyes in clear, easily understood terms. She answers all of my questions and never leaves me wondering about anything when it comes to my vision. On top of that, she is a genuinely nice human being who cares deeply about her patients. And last but not least, she has a great sense of humor! I am so thankful she is several decades younger than me and hopefully is still practicing when worms are filling my field of vision, 6 feet below.

I had my first exam with Dr. Dix last week. She was very efficient and answered all my questions. She was personable and I look forward to my next yearly exam with her. All the employees I have encountered have been very friendly.

All of the staff were courteous and (I hate to admit it) I appreciate the fact that they speak clearly and loud enough that you know it is you they are calling. No wondering did they say my name or a similar sounding one. They also verified that I was the patient they were calling. Each person introduced themselves and stated what part of my care they would be doing. Eye exams are nothing new to me, but I appreciate being treated kindly and courteously.

From the time I walked in the door I was welcomed and made comfortable. There were no long waiting times. When Dr. Dix walked in she was very nice. She answered my questions and took time to explain things. Dr.Dix was very thorough and understanding.
