Very poor experience at the walker store. Went to this store where the manager (Derek, I believe) took time with me and determined what the difficulty was with my newly purchased glasses. Walker didnt take any time to try to figure it out, Derek did and I am now pleased with my ourchase.
Lisa,Was great!!!! She adjusted my glasses not just to my ear but to the contour of my head. Never had that done, but love the way it fits!!!!
Horrible customer service, treated me very disrespectful. Throw your money out the car window before you give it to RX optical.
Very disappointed in my treatment at Rxoptical today. Usually they are pretty great but I went in today and about four people were working and Lisa told me that they’d be with me in a second. Two more people walked in and one of the girls came out and helped them and ignored me. She then helped a third person. By now it was 40 mins in and I had to get back to work. The other reps were in the back just talking. Felt completely ignored, bad service unfortunately and I’ll be switching to somewhere else from now on.
Dr. Beuker was excellent, knowledgeable, and efficient. Excellent bow-tie style. Lisa, the head optician, was fantastic! We laughed, we filed out paperwork, and getting just my prescription, no glasses, was no problem. When I come in to get nose pads adjusted or for anything else, Im definitely going to ask for Lisa!
The staff at this location clearly have a lot of fun at work and that makes your experience so much better! Josh is particularly great to work with. Hes fun, but also knows what hes talking about.Love this place.
Been 2 months and still cant wear my glasses. They refuse to make a new lens and to do another recheck they want to charge $79 after I had to pay another Dr to get the prescription right. Will never be back.
I had a wonderful experience at this RX Optical! The Optometrist was very professional and nice as well as the staff. Amanda, the optician, was VERY helpful and has a great personality! She really made my experience there great. Thank you!!
Had a 3:30 appointment, came in 10 minutes early. Was greeted said I had an appointment. Was told they would be right with me. Four walk-ins came in as I was waiting. At ten to four when I still hadnt been helped but all four walk-ins were helped, I left. I will not be going back. Very poor service. Why have someone make an appointment when you are going to help all walk-ins first. Again very poor service.
Shoutout to Lisa! Before seeing her, I spent months dealing with poor fitting glasses. Theyve been adjusted multiple times at another Rx Optical location but they still did not fit right. Lisa spent 5 minutes working on them, and now they fit like a dream!!! Thank you so much! She even fixed my prescription sunglasses. Properly fitting glasses are a life-changer! P.s. Amanda is awesome too!

Terrible service,was early for 3:30 appt. and watched them do walk-ins til 3:50 and then we left. Very poor service. We will take our business to a more professional company.You have lost our business for good and well refer our friends and family to a better vision company that knows how to run a business.Rx optical on alpine ave. you suck!

Great service, need more selection on frames. Big frames might be in but I dont like them.
