Excellent service and reasonable prices are what this business supplies, every day. I called on a Tuesday and my vehicle was serviced and ready to go by noon on Wednesday, and for LESS than the quoted price!

Honest and up front. I went in with misfires in my engine and told them I thought it needed way more work than it actually needed. The mechanic stated he doesn’t replace things that don’t need fixing. Other mechanics would have jumped all over my ignorance on the situation. They are well priced and very worthy of your trust! Give them your business you won’t waste your time or money with C&G automotive.

Ive been taking my vehicles to C&G Automotive for years now. They are honest, professional, and fast! Dont let the bare parking lot fool you. They dont believe in making the customer wait days-on-end for repairs, unlike some of the more well-known garages in the area. I have never had to wait more than a day for a repair. Granted, Ive never needed an engine rebuilt, but I have had a number of repairs that wouldnt be deemed quick fixes by any measure. Most recently, my truck needed to be towed to their shop after hours. I went in the next morning to talk to them about it. John asked if I had an appointment, but of course I did not. It didnt matter. He walked out to take a look and told me hed call after he determined what the issue was. I got a call within 2 hours to let me know that the water pump had locked up. It would take several hours to replace it because its not easy to get to, so I thought it might be my first wait lasting more than 24 hours. However, they said itd be fixed by the end of the day, and it was. Top notch!

I was told by another mechanic shop that I needed rear breaks and my rotors turned $300 + for it to be done..I called Tim and asked for a price $220.00. I take my car there today and Tim tells me my brakes and rotors are fine! Not only does he save me money by not replacing something that doesnt need replaced. BUT he didnt even charge me for looking at my brakes!! 5 STARS AINT ENOUGH!!! AWESOME PLACE...HE WILL DEFINITELY BE RECOMMENDED BY ME AND DO ALL MY WORK ON MY CARS!!

This post may be seen as biased as I have known the two gentlemen for many years, but I have also trusted their abilities for as long. These are two very knowledgeable and skilled technicians and take pride in their work. Several days after replacing a master cylinder on my Chevrolet truck the master cylinder was found to be leaking. Upon inspection it was found to be a defective part and they changed the part under their labor warranty and had my truck back to me by 1:00 PM. Overall they provide a hassle free experience.

Good, Honest and quick! I was referred by a friend after a water pump failed and left me stranded. I took my car in at 8:30 on a Monday morning and was back on the road by 10:00. Replaced my water pump, cooling lines, and did an oil change for less than $300. Awesome service at a very reasonable price. I will go back and recommend to others.

They were referred to me about 2 years ago and at that time they let me know that the work I thought I needed done to my 20 year old car did not need to happen at that time.When the work finally needed to be done it was done great and very good price.So now I am back for them to fix what another mechanic (who charged an arm and a leg) did not do right and do a few other things. I know the price and work are always the best here.I can not express enough about the work, the cost, and the customer service is.

Initially they were great, I needed a clutch and an e brake for my mustang. They were able to get my in immediately for the clutch, but needed to order the e brake cable. No big deal, I was informed that I would receive a call the next Monday when it came in. Never received the call, I ended up calling them that same Friday. When the man answered I asked if it was there, he said “I don’t know, I’ll have to check on my lunch break” (I called at 8am when they opened) and that after noon I had to call back again because they still never called me. So if you use this place don’t expect for a call back if they say they will call you back. They just write your number down on a spiral notebook, throughout this whole process they took my number down each time I called them.

Love! Love! Love! As a woman Ive been treated in so many different varies degrees at many places. Mostly negative. This place however was beyond expectation and the guys that work here are honest and upfront. Plus their prices are practically HALF of the competitors! Ill never go anywhere else.

I have to give a massive shout-out to C & G Automotive in Warner Robins. Tony and his crew saved behind when my vehicle went down with a faulty fuel pump. I brought my car in today after a decent amount of time dealing with another shop. Not only did they get me in AND fix my problem within the day, they did the job at a significantly lower price. Straightforward, honest, friendly, fast, the superlatives could go on and on. My car is now running like new. It really does pay to get a second opinion on car issues! I HIGHLY recommend C&G if you are looking for good work done at a reasonable price!

John and Tony have always been up front and honest which is a hard trait to find these days in a mechanic shop. All of the work they have done for my family and I has been reasonable and well done.

These men are knowledgeable, professional, and do honest work. They quickly identified and fixed a critical mistake that another mechanic made on my car and had me back on the road within hours.

My mother went here to get her Camry repaired. The guys didnt even bother to repair it, claiming it was too old to repair. Mind you it was a 98 Camry and I saw cars/trucks much older than that in the lot. Theyre sorry and always have been a sorry business. I would avoid this place at all costs. Theyre cheap but not worth your time and money.

I now drive to Warner Robins for car service. I was referred by a friend to try them and now i will only go there. It is hard to find an honest mechanic and they have two. If you are sick of being lied to about how much your fix is going to cost, try C&G. I did and I am happy.

Im giving this business 2 stars. The reason being theyve not done a good job, I dropped my pickup off to get main steering parts replaced and also an alignment, I got a call later on from Tony saying the tie rod ends looked good and my alignment was okay, so they only did the drag link and idler arm and took the price down by half and I pickup it up the next morning, everything looked okay untill I drove It and was surprised to find that the steering wheel was cocked 90 degrees to the right and one of my tie rod ends was indeed loose, so they DID need to be replaced and were written off, and my truck definitely DID need an alignment done, I called them and explained this and they said they dont doalignments ! Different from what they said before. my trust in them has deteriorated. And they have lost my business.

Great customer service and great work from experienced people. Literally swaped my trans and engine in 2 days and was done flawlessly will defiantly be back.

Had work done and warranty work done twice on the same problem. They will no longer speak with us about the problem and I still have the problem. They hung up on my husband when asking questions for someone else to attempt to correct the problem. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I heard one of them specializes in toyotas, i have a tacoma that needed work. i knew what needed done and how much it should cost. being a young military member, they took no advantage of me. they were professional and told me exactly what the problems were and exactly what they would do to fix them.charged me a hundred dollars for the service which i was expecting to be at least two hundred. they took the minimum profit to fix my truck and did it in a day.glad to know theres an auto-shop in town i can trust to fix my truck. i recommend them %100.

Good honest people. They checked my car and let me know up front I could end up spending $3000 trying to repair a 2000 Kia Sportage and still may only get another year out of it. They did an oil change for me and all of the clicking and squeaking noises that Ive had an issue with for the past few weeks stopped.
