I came to Sun Beauty yesterday and I needed help finding the right color of hair. I asked the associate on the floor and she was very helpful. The staff is very understanding and knowledgeable of what they do. The manager also came out here way to help my mother find the right color wig for her. I will definitely be shopping here. Happy customer

Read before buying! Customer service is a 0! Only because they don’t take accountability for what they do went to purchase a wig pointed to the one I wanted the lady comes and takes me to where the wig is I advise I wanted the hair color on the manikin she doesn’t even bend down to look my friend actually went to looking through the colors she finds it and the lady takes it out her hand and says “yes this is it and you got the last color” so I’m happy and purchased only to get out the door in my car! and finds it’s not the wig so I go back in straight to the lady who gave me the wig and she opens and confirms she thought it was the wig and she looks and sees the wig I wanted and color was only on the manikin and offers that so she says go to the front and let them know and I do so only for the manager to tell me sorry can’t exchange it’s not my worker fault if she would have bent down to get the wig it would’ve her fault! Really!!!!! I understand the policy but yet it was the lady fault because she directed me to the wig and advised me I had the right one she never said it’s 2 styles of wigs out of 6 boxes because if that was the case I would have been looking for the name of the wig and not just color the lady just stood there saying well your friend picked up the color smh yea she did because you wouldn’t bend down and look and we didn’t know to be looking for the name of wig so yea my last time shopping I would have settled for the one who hands been all it because it was what I wanted poor management

I always find what I need when I need it and always at a great price!! This hair store has more 2x or 3x packs of hair. Definitely my go to!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would! I had the worst experience ever . The associate gave us the wrong wig and once we went back to return it, the manager refused even though it was HER associate that gave us the wig! The associate even admitted that it was on her but the manager still refused because she stated the associate didn’t physically bend over to hand us the wig which makes absolutely no sense at all. It’s a shame that they couldn’t just exchange the wig for the one we originally wanted, the wig was not even opened and we had only been gone for not even 5 minutes. The manager and staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, the “manager” even had on a bonnet. I will NEVER be returning here. Luckily we were able to go to another beauty supply store not far away and they were so sweet and professional, they really made our day better. Do not shop at Sun Beauty Supply !!!

Good products and wide variety

I used to go here when I lived in Warner Robins. Its truly a superstore for hair and beauty products. The prices were very reasonable. I found several things to bring back with me home.

The women that work here are not nice. By far the rudest staff at any beauty supply store that Ive ever been to in my life. The store itself is nice. I dont shop here regularly bc of the poor customer service. Only shop here as a last resort.

Opening hours says they open at 9am, I showed up at 9:15am and the store was locked and lights off.

We searched 2 other hair stores in Warner Robins yesterday before coming to Sun Beauty Supply and finding what We were looking for!!!! Thanks Sun Beauty Supply!!!!!!

Black Friday is today. Unfortunately out discrimination, I was told it wasnt today. I still love the store but I was scorned cause of my size. I was born in Fort Campbell, KY. State of Tennessee. They thought I was born in Fort Valley, Ga. Including making ignorant remarks about me having a disease that is medically untrue. #TightenUpLadies

Very helpful staff that greeted us as we walked in! We had employee interaction to answer any questions and eventually gave us information that helped to make our decision. Their hair selection is massive and they carry a diverse assortment to choose from.

With it being such a large store I feel it could be organized better.

Although they didnt carry what I was looking for, the young lady that helped me was so nice and walked all over trying to find the brand I was looking for. I cant tell you how much I appreciate this level of customer service that is so lacking these days. Thank you for making my experience so pleasant!

Had picked up the wrong hair color wanted to exchange the hair .. remind you I have the receipt & the hair is unopened in the original package & they refused .. which is fine, but I will no longer be spending MY coin here . Too many other beauty supply stores in WR with better customer service .

The manager there is very rude and dismissive. The owner does not engage with the customers. Some workers are extremely good and others not very informative or helpful. The hair accessories are of poor quality for kids.

I personally always have a good experience here.

Make sure you only buy what you need - theyll keep you money by giving you a store credit and stock is always low despite it is in the backroom.

Customer service could be a lot better but they have a huge selection of hair products.

Used to love it. Since theyve moved theyve been overcharging for almost everything. Of course they can because theyre the only ones around with the hair you need.

Disrespectful waits and no acknowledgment from staff or customer service while I shopped. I was watched the entire time I shopped until I was ready to buy my products. I waited five minutes at checkout to receive disrespectful language and tone from the people in the store. Will not be shopping here again.

Most of the staff is rude. I bought a pair of sandals that broke when I got home. They would not exchange them. I didnt even want money back for the poorly made, sweat shop quality merchandise. Always go for quality, not price.
