Great customer service from 4 of the salespeople there today. They were very helpful. There was a product I needed that was not available & they contacted the dealer to see if it could be added onto the next shipment. They then took my phone number & said they would call when it arrived or if they were not going to be able to provide me with it.Besides that, they have many hair products at competitive prices, as well as the actual hair & wigs that they have a very good selection of. This is my new favorite beauty supply store!

The wig prices were expensive even though they had some for 50% off..wasnt a fan of some of the wig selections. The braiding hair, twist and locs were reasonably priced... ive seen lower at other places with some of the selection. Each store is different. the store was compact yet cleanly and organized. A staff member did offer to assist which gave made me give it the 4th star. Good customer service is important🥰

The staff was friendly and they have a huge selection of haircare products, accessories, and weaves at a beyond reasonable price. I will definitely be back. It reminds me of Beauty Master in Atlanta.

The ladies were great. They helped me purchase everything I needed for my first wig and even showed me how to wear it.

The worst ever. I went to buy a wig and was given the wrong one than the one I showed them and tried on. They wouldn’t correct it and I was basically stuck with a wig I simply told them I didn’t want and that the staff made the mistake not me but they didn’t care. Money hungry Indians. Support black owned businesses!!

Not very goodA lady attempted to help me with wigs, so when she felt like she was unsuccessful she radios for another who I recognized as having been working there.The next thing I know everyone who works there was lined up down the wig aisle???It takes me a while to decide so not sure what to make of that other than they thought I wantedsomething I couldn’t pay for?? I have purchased there several times before they just didn’t have what I was looking for on February 5, 21.Not sure why the employees act this way. Apparently, the owners don’t trust them either since they don’t even allow them to ring up their sales, yet they are acting as if they have some type of ownership in it.Bizarre.Not a recommendation if you are a picky shopper and want to take your time before making a purchase.

So, I walk in and almost immediately I had an employee asking if I needed help finding anything. Then, a really nice woman I assumed was the owner jumped in with an offer to help as well. If that aint some amazing customer service idk what is. Then the prices and selection were outrageously good. Like...they made me realize I hate corporations. Small businesses like this one have soul and a strong sense of community that corporation-owned businesses lost ages ago.

Excellent selection. Great customer service today. The young lady on duty today was very helpful and assisted me in locating everything I need for my braid style.

There was one gentleman who was very helpful, but other than that it was very apparent that they follow you around to ensure you don’t steal anything. The cashier didn’t even greet me, so this will be the last time I ever visit this store. I’ll take my business elsewhere. One star experience from a one star store.

The clothes were a lil high priced for my pocket but they have a lot to choose from. The buy one get one free for shoes was good but they didnt have a lot to choose from. I dont wear slides so it was useless to me.

I truly had the best experience ever in a beauty supply store. The two ladies YoYo and Latosha was very knowledgeable they knew exactly what I was looking for. They didnt waste time and the continue to acknowledge other customers as they came over. I truly appreciate those two ladies on Saturday. Will return soon.

The first thing I appreciate it about this location is how very neat and organized it was. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and the people there were friendly. I also like the fact that they have everything organized in sections and very accessible for you to look at. there were a lot of hair samples right on the floor so if you wanted to get an idea of what was in some of the box items you could get a better opinion of the product before you purchased it.

Great deals and generally friendly staff. They have a great variety of hair from crochet, to braiding hair to weave. I enjoy their assortment of front lace wigs that usually are 30% off. I have yet to leave there disappointed.

Best prices in Warner Robins Ga. so far! Being from out of state it took me a while to find a hair store that came close to what Im used to where Im from. I must say this place is the best. Theyre not over-charging consumers like most of the hair stores up here (5) that Ive been to up here thus far.

Lovely place with hair and clothes products. It is close to another place in alabama called solid gold. This place is unique and the people inside are friendly and want to help you find anything you are wanting.

I loved this store when it was in Macon but now I am IN LOVE with the store in Warner Robins! This store has different varieties of hair! Good hair at really GREAT prices! The customer service was GREAT and the Owner *Femi* was really sweet and VERY helpful! I love this store and it will most definitely be the store that I recommend EVERYBODY to go to!
