Very helpful staff. Just wish they were open maybe an hour longer or so since they do offer evening classes for the working class

This is the worst part of CGTC I’ve been waiting over two weeks for something that supposed to take 3-5 business days. I’ve been given fake tracking information and I’m at the point I wouldn’t buy gum from them.

When I called to check on order statys the guy only said its in process because the manager wasnt there to process it. So when will I get my books for class and other items I ordered? I normally dont have an issue getting orders on time however the new people seem totally lost

They have new people in there and they said they dont pre-order but they do and one of the cashiers didnt put my book in the bag when I checked out. I had to return to get the book. They should bring people in who know what they are doing because the ones in there now do not know what they are doing

Was flexible enough to allow me complete my degree and work full time.

Staff was friendly and helped me with everything I needed. Only problem was they only have 2 registers been open most of the time, so if it is busy and you are in a hurry good luck!
