Violates personal autonomy and rights by forcing customers to wear masks. We will never return. They are hardly a “medical” facility and the front where the store is most definitely is not a medical facility. No other optical center in the area requires masks.

I recently had my first appointment here, Brittni was able to get me scheduled and in within days! She was extremely kind and explained to me all the paper work and pictures she was taking of my eyes. The doctor was EXTREMELY helpful and explained the entire process to me step by step. Their customer service was beyond expectations-especially from Brittni. She answered all of my questions timely and never made me feel like a burden. Turn around time seems to be better then expected as well. 10/10 recommend.

The service in finding a pair of new glasses was great. What wasnt great was the competence of the staff member in measuring my eye distance which caused unnecessary delays in waiting for another pair. My eyes were measured with a new instrument and I was told the original was incorrect. When I did get the other pair a few days later, the right lens made my vision worse than not have glasses at all. They compared my prescription from Dr. Maurs and said that the script must be off in the right eye. I requested a refund, and was told that my insurance benefits would be reversed by the manager. I have followed up twice on this, but nothing has been done. They kept the $85 and I dont have anything. I question several aspects about their business practices!

Would 100% recommend All About Eyes! My sons vision exam was through and they went above and beyond helping my son pick out the perfect glasses. I will definitely be visiting them again for the rest of my familys vision needs.

I would not go anywhere else except All About Eyes. The doctor is great. She really listens to your concerns and makes sure she addresses them while filling your prescription. The staff is wonderful when helping to pick out your glasses. Melissa made sure that they fit my face and was very helpful with the specific lenses that are best for the line of work I am in. This was my wifes and my first visit to this location and all about eyes all together. While doing our paper work one of us was seen while the other finished all and all a very thorough eye exam and all of the people were really nice. We were told 10 working days but it only ended up being 4 or 5 days. Excellent job.

Best experience I have had at the eye doctor. From the moment I walked in they were ready for me. Dr Kuchera was very nice and really cared about making sure I was happy with the prescription she prescribed. They were also able to get me a $50 rebate on my contacts and had a great deal on new glasses. I would highly recommend for anyone looking.

I went in to get a pair of glasses, Brittni was very helpful. Then my husbands pair of glasses had a broken screw. the other girl at the desk tried many different ways to get the screw out. but we werent able to. so my husband said he had a new script for glasses, but did not have it on him. so Brittni called over to where my husband had his exam, and she got it for him and she was very patient with us both. and went thru everything our Insurance covered, and what our cost would be. I would definitely recommend this place. very nice and helpful, and very clean. smelled very clean in there also.

I had an appointment to see Dr Kuchera to check my eyes and get contacts again. She was super nice and professional, she helped explain the small change in my one prescription. Brittni then helped me find the cutest pair of glasses. I have trouble deciding sometimes so the extra opinion was nice. She also found the cutest frames for me for sunglasses that I hadnt seen anywhere. The price for everything was a lot lower than I thought it was going to be! There is definitely a reason that I keep coming here for my glasses and contacts.

I have been going to All About Eyes for 5 years now. The customer service has always been great. Last week I went in to fix my lenses and ended up purchasing a whole new set of glasses. I have been to see many different eye Dr. in the past but this place was the best, I was able to get in and after my exam I was treated with the up most respect and when it was time to pick out my new glasses I was helped by a young girl by the name of Shea she was very professional and sweet I had lots and lots of questions and she was able to answer them all. Do to a variety of issues primarily from the place that makes the glasses, as well as major changes to my eyesight, getting my glasses correctly took a bit of doing. The entire staff, Rebecca, Eric, Melissa, and Brittni all helped me at one point or another. They were all so patient, helpful and pleasant that it was a very nice experience, when it could have so easily not been. Both eye doctors were excellent I thought. I love visiting this place! My eyes can be picky. Like, 5 year old child refusing to eat anything other than Spongebob Easy Mac picky. When I had some issues with a pair of glasses, the kind staff at All About Eyes were happy to help and offer all sorts of solutions until they were just right. I love the selection of frames and the sweet tunes I get to listen to while I wait (which is never very long). Super friendly staff, my favorite being Eric (hes pretty cute). My only complaint is that the reading material in the exam room is a little boring. I mean, its like a total of 5 letters, so its hard to really get into the story line. Maybe its just a really fancy haiku that goes over my head. I dunno, its blurry half the time anyway. Regardless, Id recommend this place to anyone looking for some new frames or contacts !

I had an excellent experience. I needed an eye exam, fresh contacts, and as it turns out new glasses. The doctor was very friendly and answered all of my questions during my exam. She gave me a new pair of contacts to try out and checked for fit and comfort. The people at the store are great but I’m still waiting for my 250$ pair of glasses for two weeks. Last week they broke my frames at the lab and had to pick out a new pair. Ok fine it happens. Today they call me to tell me my new pair are here.came in after work to to find out there “lab” sent back the frames with out putting my lenses in. So two times in a row they messed up and I’m still stuck with my broken glasses for who know how long. Honestly its the best place Ive been to for an eye exam and frames. The exam was $59 and the frames were $150. The reason for 4 stars was there was not a lot of selection for just plain ole frames but the customer care was so good it didnt bother me too much. And they did all they could to help me out with purchasing the glasses instead of slapping me with a huge bill! Thank you guys!

The eye exam was wonderful and the people were very friendly. When shopping for glasses, the special was buy one pair and get the second for 40% off. Spent over $500 for two pairs of glasses which, while not ridiculously priced, is not as good of a deal as the buy one get one free I received two years ago at Vision 4 Less.

Thank you to the manager for fixing my glasses, sorry I can’t remember your name. I came in off the street and asked if they fixed broken nose pieces. He fixed the broken one and put a new one on the other side as well he cleaned and tightened everything else and wouldn’t take payment. If this is the kind of customer service I received for just walking in the door, I can imagine that they do a great job for others as well. Wish we lived in the area, I would definitely be back to purchase my next set of glasses. Thank you for helping me and being wonderful about it.

Dr. Neumann was is an amazing doctor, he made sure I was comfortable and was very informative durning the eye exam. Then, there was Melissa, she was so kind and helped me find the right frames. Arrived as a walk in for an eye exam on Saturday morning. Not only were they accommodating and courteous but they seemed eager to have me as a customer. It was a rather slow morning for them so I dont expect the same experience evwry time, but I was in and out in 30 minutes. Was 100% pleasant

Rose Wilson is a volunteer for Care Initiatives Hospice. She brought broken glasses into your office that belong to one of our patients. Your employee, Kaleb, fixed the nose pads and both bows.
