Had my makeup done here for a wedding, by Christine (I think). She was so amazing and I received so many compliments that night. Even close family members were blown away by my makeup. All I had to do was purchase some makeup and I was golden. Their products are wonderful and so reasonable. Christine who was decked out as Poison Ivy made me feel so comfortable because I dont normally wear a ton of makeup and she made me look amazing. I would highly recommend you try a makeup session here. If I loved closer I would go back again and again!

I was extremely impressed with Angelas skill set and professionalism. I had an event to attend and really was not feeling body positive. I walked in and she immediately put me at ease. I got so many compliments walking through the mall and from different people at the event itself. Kudos!

My makeup artist Melissa was absolutely great Not only was she personable she was kind and knowledgeable she took the time to show me some new techniques. She didnt pressure me into purchasing any products which made me want to purchase more Melissa also made sure I was 100% comfortable and asked my opinion on every sept. Ive always liked NYX products but I will now be a forever Customer because of her customer service.😎

What a kaleidoscope of colors walking into this amazing professional makeup store. The second I walked and I couldnt decide what to buy because I wanted everything. NYX cosmetics is an amazing brand of makeup that is high pigmented for the eyeshadows full coverage in the foundations and concealers and has great primers and setting sprays for very affordable prices you can buy something for under $10 and it will be sicking (in a good way ). I live by their setting spray I also use all of their bronzers and I also use their photo finish translucent powder.check out NYX cosmetics as soon as possible if you havent worn their stuff yet because it is affordable yet professional its a game-changer for makeup artists and drag performers and also everyday makeup wearers

Went there for the makeup 101 session. Which was basically getting your makeup done at no cost with the purchase of items worth $50 or more. It was for my baby shower and not only am I generally VERY picky about how my makeup is done, I was also dealing with a lot of discoloration in my face due to my pregnancy. My makeup artist for the day was Melissa Falco and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service I received. Not only was she super sweet and made me feel comfortable, she was very patient with me and let me know if I didn’t like anything I can always tell her and she can switch it up. She finished my face and I was so happy with the results. I would definitely recommend

She did my makeup once and I could not have been more thrilled with the results. Professional, courteous, friendly, and such a capital BABE, her makeup artistry and customer service knows no limits. She is truly in a league of her own and always makes me smile from the first second I walk in the building. You feel like a friend from the moment you meet her. Plus, the fact that she looks like a supermodel does not hurt the cause. Shes wonderful.Angela is the third member of my fave trio and she too is so professional and super damn adorable. She did my makeup once and I got such fantastic treatment. She is one cosmetics expert of the highest regard.I cant walk in NYX and not feel like Im at someones lovely makeup room at home. Its that personal touch that everyone at NYX delivers. Whats more is that none of them shy away of saying I love you in return when a customer says it first. This place and these amazing women are in my heart and highest regard. Simply put, I love the heck out of this place.Did I also mention that Melissa, like me, is a huge fan of Pretty Little Liars? We talk often during downtime about our love for the show. As if you needed any more reason to become obsessed with NYX at Willowbrook.

I would not give this location one star. I am still waiting on my refund as I was told that my debit card purchase did not go through because they were having an issue with their registers. My card was still charged. This transaction has taken place on March 30th and here we are almost 45 days later and I still have not received my credit. I decided to pay cash for my purchase since the machine was malfunctioning. Frauds Btw, Rebecca was the employee that helped me.

So, I stupidly waited until very last minute to make a makeup appointment for a family wedding. I called Sephora’s only to be shut down repeatedly, when I finally got to calling nyx. The lady on the phone who booked my appointment was SO SWEET, which was a breath of fresh air after so many sassy Sephora employees, LOL. She assured me that they could take me the time I needed before the wedding, which ended up being perfect and I was able to get there on time. The lady who did my makeup, I don’t remember her name but she had curly hair and purple lipstick on, she was AMAZING. I literally felt so comfortable, and she really listened to what I needed and wanted. I don’t get makeup done so she really took the time to understand what kind of look I was going for, and before she did anything she asked me if I was okay with it. She did an awesome job, and I was so impressed with how much time she took on me and she wasn’t rushing at all. She made sure I was happy, and she was happy with the work she was doing. Before we were done she said “now it’s time to pick your basket of items” and I was confused. But apparently with a makeover you get 50$ worth of products!!!! What a pleasant surprise. I am so happy with the service I received and how friendly everyone was, and I am happy all those Sephora’s turned me down because nyx did an amazing job and exceeded my expectations immensely. Thank you!!!
