Great experience this morning at T-Mobile with Francesco and Tanner setting up our new phone service. They found us the best deal available. Would highly recommend this store. Five star service.

I was tired of the run around sprint had been giving me, so I left for another competitor awhile back. I saw that T-mobile and Sprint had merged so I figured Id give them another shot, was very pleased with the service Dan and Frank gave me. They helped set our new phones up and we were on our way. I will be recommending this specific location to my friends and family because of how awesome the staff was.

Store #823D Has one of the best customer service manners I have seen in a very long time. His name is Frank. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. I asked him if he was the manager and when he said no I was surprised. I cant say enough about my experience with this person.

My husband and I were in the T-Mobile on 813 Main Street in West Bend for the first time yesterday and we may have gotten the best customer service we ever had at a cellphone store. We were helped by Frank, who found us everything that we were looking for, answered all our questions (and we had a lot!) transferred all our info for us, and did it all with impressive knowledge, friendliness, and a great sense of humor throughout the entire transaction. Oh, and we love our phones and we saved $35 a month by switching to T- Mobile!

Completely ripped us off and stole $500. Went into store to do a deal of exchanging new phone for old. They confirmed the deal, did the exchange and then we left. When the billing came in we were charged full price. I went back in and the manager who had helped us said the deal wasn’t in place and said there was nothing he could do. Now stuck with contract for another 2 years. Have been with T-Mobile for over 12 years. Will be leaving, stay away from T-Mobile. They are crooks! Would give less stars if I could.

Dan, the manager, at this T Mobile store is amazing. He went way above and beyond to help us change our phones over to T Mobile. He single handedly makes me love T Mobile already.

Erik was very knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond to help us. He actually cared about saving us money!!!! Welcome T mobile...you are a breath of fresh air in the sprint family!

We received the best Customer Service from Dan and Tanner. We visited the corporate store in Germantown and got the worst Customer service ever. Coming to this store made our experience a positive one. Job well done.

Finally got aay from Spint rip-off, never thought robbery took place in phone stores, till I met the folks over there. But don’t think just because T Mobile, is in charge now that you won’t be lied to. T Mobile sells themselves as real pros but, when it comes right down to it, you will find yourself picking up the pieces and dealing with the odds and ends. So, expect to end up paying extra one way or the other. Also when I called the store number, I got someone’s personal voicemail. I had 411 connect me to the store. Is that stupid or what?

Switched to T-Mobile today and went in to get help setting up and switching over our new phones and numbers. The experience was GREAT. Frank helped me out and answered all of my questions, was kind, and really supportive. He and his coworker Tim made the experience great while we went through the process. We are happy to finally have a phone provider who is HELPFUL and not trying to stick us in a contract we cant afford. Definitely recommend switching!

Tanner and Dan were super helpful All 5 members of my family were helped and were out of the store within 15 minutes. Fantastic service, and very curious.

I worked with Dan to open a new plan with T-Mobile. He was awesome. He had one phone in-stock and placed orders for 5 other phones. He is very knowledgeable and answered a lot of questions for us. Definitely recommend this store for service.

Went to T Mobile today to get a new phone. honestly not something i usually look forward to doing because of the time, money and hassle. the manager erik was very knowledge and wanted to take the time to help us. very nice and helpful staff. thank you !

Stopped today 11/9 from Fond du Lac to see if any information could be retrieved from other phone that wouldnt power up properly. They tried and just as I thought, software was no good. Like to thank Matt and think Tim, sorry if wrong, but these 2 guys were super and enjoyed time there. Think a 10 rating is in order. Thank you you 2 guys.

My boyfriend and I went in to add him to my plan. Frank was extremely helpful and went way above and beyond to make sure all went smoothly. There were a few bumps, but Frank’s amazing customer service skills truly made everything feel seamless!! We also had an opportunity to speak with Katie, who is very friendly and knowledgeable! This is the absolute best customer service I’ve ever experienced with T-mobile in the 15 years I’ve been with them.... Best Customer experience I’ve had in a very long time!! Keep up the great work!!!

Tanner and Frank did a great job. They switched our four lines from 3 separate plans in a professional and efficient matter. Best cell phone store experience ever.

My old phone broke and Verizons customer service is VERY lousy. So I decided to call T-Mobile in West Bend and look into getting the new Note 10+. Frank answered all my questions. As a matter of fact, even though I never met Frank before, it felt like we were lifelong friends. I explained I needed a phone ASAP but didnt have a lot of time as I had other appointments I needed to make. Frank said it wouldnt take long at all. When I got to the store Frank and Dan the supervisor already had the phone at the counter. The whole process took about 10 minutes. We talked and joked some while getting the account setup. It honestly felt like I was hanging out at a friends house. I bought a TV recently and that whole ordeal was stiff and awkward... This interaction with T-Mobile and the staff was VERY comfortable and pleasant. Frank even helped me install the liquid screen protector. I know some people dont write reviews unless theyve had a bad experience, but I needed to send this review in because my experience was great! Thanks guys for making me feel like I was part of the team. I appreciate what you do!

Very helpful staff that got multiple family members switched from both US-Cellular and Verizon. Service has been great so far especially on my OnePlus 8 5G phones.

Frank was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Samsung phones. Got me set up in no time and made sure everything worked properly before we left. He was able to answer all of our questions!Pro-tip: Dont take your phone into the Pacific Ocean... itll likely die. :(

Back in Feb, 2019 I walked into the store to upgrade my phone, the salesmen were very friendly BUT- the salesman that helped me offered me a free android tablet (I have all apple products) and told me there was a promotion on this tablet all I had to do was pay the taxes on it. I thought WOW what a great promotion! I bought a cover for the tablet, accessories, upgrade my phone and upgrade to the Apple Watch. My second full bill came and it was 202 dollars!!! I was freaking out. I called T Mobile, and they informed me i was paying on this tablet and there was NO Tablet Promotion during my visit and has said this isn’t the first phone call regarding a salesmen offering a fake promotion. I was seriously irritate and feel completely disrespected by this salesman. I had to cancel the tablet line, insurance and have been reimbursed for the tablet cost. Very disappointed in the dishonesty just to up their sales.

The staff were knowledgeable,polite,and even talked to my toddler as she wandered around looking at the pretty lights and signs. I highly recommend this location to any T-Mobile customers that are on the area!!

Received the best service at T-Mobile store in West Bend WI from Fracesco Antonio Mastrocoln-Kochan. So good I wanted to put his entire name, but I dont know if I spelled itcorrectly. He was knowable, fast, and super helpful and very friendly. I got to the store almost closing and he never rushed me once and was very patient. I have already got 3 of my family members to switch to T-Mobile and go to this store for any of their Phone Tech needs. Thanks Frank you are AWESOME!
