My wife and I had just left us Cellular to come over to Verizon and our phones were giving us lots of problems. We came in to the store several times with many different problems. They never seem annoyed with us and helped us out with all of the problems. They definitely now how to show customer service. Soup phakeovilay was our service guy. He did an out standing job. Highly recommend going to him for any help.

NY experience with Adam G is every time I have any problem is he goes out of his way to help me in a very timely manner. Your company is lucky to have him and then one time I dealt with Mitch was how much enthusiasm he has.

My wife and I came here to switch from another carrier, and it was hands down the best experience either of us have had with any cell carrier store! Everyone on staff was friendly, helpful, patient, and kind not only to us, but every person who walked in while we were there.We mainly worked with Jake, who frankly was just down right fun to deal with the entire time, but also professional and skilled at his job. He went above and beyond to make us happy. I think its easy to tell when someone is truly happy in their work, and proud of what they do... Jake is one of those people!

My husband and I have been debating finding a new carrier and leaving us cellular and I’m so glad we did! Katie was so helpful at giving us information and letting us knows the perks and deals of us switching. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me pick out a phone that was right for me and my uses for a phone. She was super helpful in backing up my old phone and getting the new phone setup along with connecting my watch to cellular. She also made sure to let me know about discounts such as the nurse discount and automatic, paperless bill pay and made sure it was set up correct. Besides having an amazing experience with Katie, the other staff in the store were friendly and I could tell they enjoy work and working with each other. The store was very clean and well maintained too! We are so happy already that we made the switch from us cellular and have already sent several other friends to this store to make the switch too! Keep up the good work!

Had the BEST cell phone experience at this location. Katie was very knowledgeable and helpful and went out of her way to make sure that we were all taken care of for our billing issues. We tried to go to the other store in town and the doors were locked and they wouldn’t help, they just told me to call 611. Katie communicated with us and the customer service team to make sure this issue was resolved without needing to stop back again. I know exactly where we will go next time we need to get new phones. Adam G was awesome, helpful, and has been the best customer service we have ever had. Verizon would be wise to see his performance and show other associates how a true professional conducts oneself.Everyone at the store was great on a busy Saturday. No pressure, no being talking down to. We switched to Verizon from spectrum and every aspect is better.

Was finally time to update old iPhones for the entire family. Walked right in, no appointment needed, and no having to wait outside until a representative was available. Dan O. greeted us right away, listened to all our questions as well as needs. Made suggestions on all makes/models across the board as well as current promotions on each. Spent all the time with us that we needed, helped set up new devices for entire family (all lines), including hiding the IPad in the bag, so our son couldn’t see it and we could surprise him. Top notch knowledge, and customer service hands down! So great to have an amazing store in West Bend close to home and with an amazing staff. Will be back for sure.

Dan. O. helped me to save a voice mail from my recently deceased husband. I was in quite a state when I called and he had me come in and took care of my issue completely and helped me to set my phone up so I could find it whenever I needed to hear my husband. I dont write reviews often be it a good or bad experience. However this shopping experience was above and beyond my expectation. I usually dread doing purchases like this, this time i was surprised. I went in to this location today to switch from a different provider as i was getting sub par service at an unreasonable price. This transition was seamless. Jake was beyond helpful and explained everything that needed to be done and added no pressure to the process. I was also made aware of all current promotions without overcomplicating the details. If you are looking for a solid Verizon retailer in the area look no further. Go see Jake at this location, not at state farm.

I came into the store hoping to just simply talk about the thought of switching from Sprint to another company. I have been to other carriers this week needless to say.When I walked into the store I was pleasantly surprised by jake and Katie who greeted me with a handshake and a warm welcome!!! I am already impressed because they were so happy to greet me with enthusiasm and catered to my questions and even took the time with my kids! 🙌🏼🙌🏼With all the promotions I was able to get 2 new phones and on the best unlimited plan and it was way less then what I paid and was quoted everywhere else! Came in with my sister to pay bill, look at new plans and see if i can replace my flip phone. Charlie showed us how we were over paying for our account and even bought out my sisters pixel phone. Now me and my sister have the same phones lg g8 and he even got us a new tablet. All for just stopping to pay a bill. Charlie is awesome. The other man Dan? was very helpful too. I will always ask for them when I come in.

Clean, nice, but strange contract rules

I went in and bought a new phone a couple months ago! I do not remember the name of the sales associate (maybe Jeff?), but he was very helpful. He gave me lots of good information and helped make the transition to a new phone easy. He even helped me put the glass screen protector on my phone!

Love this new store. Its clean, the team is professional, and super knowledgeable. The location is great and very convenient for me. Im so thankful to have this store so close to home! Katie exceeded our expectations! Came in for a new phone and expected to be pressured into spending more than my daughter could afford, but she suggested a perfect fit that was on a promotion... even less than we planned to pay. Then my daughter was able to buy the accessories she needed for the same price range. Plus, Katie reviewed our bill and saved us an additional $70 per month!! Will go back!!

We recently switched over to Verizon from another carrier. With Travis’s help, it was a great experience. He definitely went above and beyond to say the least. In other experiences I’ve had, switching to another carrier has been be challenging and frustrating, but not this time!!! 5 stars for sure! The team seems all good, when you buy a device, upgrade, etc..when you need help, or have a question..thumbs down, they dont return phone calls or messages. And they advise you to always go through your insurance, fir a replacement device, and for us, that wasnt accurate. Our device was under warranty yet, and its a bummer, were out a $100 bucks, because they dont follow through, and give you inaccurate information. Bummer, I really believe better companies are out there..

As a recently returned VERIZON customer, I came to the West Bend north-side (Hwy 33 West Washinton) store to clarify my entries on a “Family” bill. I met with Travis, who assisted me quickly & efficiently in better understanding my portion of the bill, & provided excellent information & customer service.I left VERIZON at the suggestion of a family member to move to S****t to better control retirement costs: unfortunately I gave up reliable phone service, in & around my home in West Bend WI.I’m thrilled to come back a few years later with a bill I can now afford (family plan) AND exceptional phone service!Thank you VERIZON, & Thank you Travis!

Save your time and go to the Paradise Rd location. My MIL stopped into this location for help troubleshooting on an issue on her phone. The salesman established that she wouldnt be purchasing a new phone and lied to her that he was unable to help her without a password to the account. This location works based on commission and isnt willing to help a customer once the sale has been made.

We usually drive all the way to Menomonee falls for our Verizon needs but not anymore!! We were welcomed at the door by Katie and she was more than willing to help us out with all of our needs! We had a phone that was no longer working as lll the charging port was damaged! Not only did we get a new LG phone but she paid off our old one so our bill didn’t even increase!! She also helped us get unlimited data while saving us some money thanks to setting up autopay and paperless billing!! We have been in store TWICE at other locations and never once was this offered to us even!! We will never go anywhere else and Katie will always be our go to going forward! Thanks again!!

Do not deal with Jake! He treated my parents with a lack of respect and has no customer service skills. My Mother called me to ask a question and when I asked to with him he refused, and also refused to let me call him at the store! This is a disgrace to the Verizon name!
