We stopped in to evaluate which provider to give our business to. T-mobil decided it was too close to quitting time to bother with us. Kyle not only patiently answered our questions for about an hour, but once we decided that we wanted to go Verizon, he helped us set up our phones staying 30 minutes after the store was supposed to have closed just to make sure we were comfortable with our new purchase!

Very helpful service. No waiting and helped save us money. Just wish they had internet service for the town I live in.

There is help for seniors at Verizon West Bend! So many years of stopping in the store and coming out more confused than ever, but NO MORE! Not only did Tom Olson help us with the problem we were having with our smart phone but he also explained it in a way that we could easily understand. Then he told us about a way to get more data for less money. This is a young man who knows how to work well with non-techie seniors:)

People drive from miles away just to visit this Verizon store. Nobody there is trying to sell you things you dont need; rather, they are truly interested in your needs and match products to those. These guys are my go to for anything mobile - phones, tablets, chargers, etc. Go here for some great advice and the newest coolest gadgets.

This Verizon outlet is locally owned by Good Karma Brands, a communications company, and has provided us much better service and more accurate information than corporate Verizon. Staff are knowledgeable, personal, polite and helpful. We received absolutely no up sell pressure. One note--now with plans changing (February, 2017) arrive very early as they are likely to be very, very busy.

I went there today to give my mom my old phone and to get a different phone for me. There was only one guy in there who was helping another customer. So my mother and I waited. No problem. Finally another guy came out and completely ignored us. He walked to the counter where the other re was who told them we needed help. He then came over to help us. I asked him if we could switch my phone to my moms number and if I could get a different phone. He said he wasn’t really sure he’d probably have to look it up. And then we stared at each other until I said okay. Basically every question I asked was answered with an “I’m not sure”. Very resistant to actually helping. Then he started to clean his sunglasses... totally unprofessional and really unhelpful. I’ve never had this type of customer service from this store. I ended up calling Verizon directly and getting the phone through them. I won’t go back to the store because of that experience.

I had a great time shopping here. Every staff member we talked to was pleasant and helpful. When they didnt have the phone I wanted in stock they had someone run it up from their Mequon store for me while I finished up other errands. Thats the kind of service that will keep me coming back.

This Verizon Wireless location (West Bend, WI) is privately owned and has an entirely different corporate personality than the other locations. Staff here does not work on commission and yet are always helpful and attentive. As dog lovers we greatly appreciate their dog friendly policy. We recently visited for a problem that my daughter was having with her new IPhone and they not only fixed the issue (which took over an hour of their time) but replaced her cracked screen protector at no charge! It is so rare to be surprised with exemplary customer service these days that it reallly makes an impression when you encounter it!

A few years ago it didnt feel like anyone there cared about their customers, and all they wanted to do was take a much money from you as possible. But, now since it is privately owned, when I walk in it seems like they really care. They really care about your needs and what you want. It has improved drastically!

The representatives are very unprofessional at this location. I had an issue with changing my plan and he just yelled that I needed to call Verizon. I was trying to explain my situation so I could ask him a few questions but he just kept cutting me off and telling me I needed to call. I understood that I needed to call but still had a few other questions. He would not allow me to talk. I was in the store for probably 3 whole minutes and stormed out. I went to the Hartford location and they were so nice as they always are. I will never step foot in the West Bend location again, and I would advise others to do the same. If you need a store, go to the Hartford location!!!

Absolutely no concept of good customer service. I will never use this Verizon store ever again, and Im considering cancelling my entire plan AND letting all of my friends and social media know to never again use the West Bend store if they actually need assistance with something. Anyone looking for GOOD customer service, I would recommend the Hartford store.

I switched from sprint and they were all great here. I loved everyone they were so nice and they made everything so great. I got the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and I am loving it. I also got a case from here and they wireless charger which is also great.

Manager has no clue what is going on, just wants to charge more money. Bought the s9+ and s9 at a different Verizon store, paid all fees and went here to change a number. Now he wants to charge another activation fee because the phone was not purchased at his store and would not get anything out of it.Thanks to a Verizon representative he credited account right away.

The sales consultant answered all my questions, was pleasant, knowledgeable and not condescending or full of techno speak.

Our experience at Verizon West Bend was fantastic!! Marvin was extremely patient (as we had a difficult situation with our previous carrier) and very pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend this location!

The sales associate took the time to introduce the product upgrade (new iphone), explain its use and set up the phone. They were not unconcerned, too busy, rushed, etc. It was a great and easy experience where new phones can be confusing.

Worst service ever. Been a client for more than five years. Relied upon erroneous advice from sales rep which cost me nearly $600 and store manager could not have been less concerned or interested. Rather than a keep a customer, he opted to save a few hundred dollars. I have permanently moved my business elsewhere and will caution my family and friends to do the same.

Ordered my new phone. It was very close to closing, but I was preordering. They called me when it was in. Pretty happy with my experience. Bonus: they even tried to help find ways to lower my bill.

Angelo was patient and answered all my questions. I did not feel stupid because I am retired and not techology savy. This was a very painless process and I would recommend him any time. I got very lucky today.

I have gone on to another company and filing complaints with both the BBB and Consumer Protection. I tried for the last 5 months to resolve this issue as I told the 6 different gentlemen I spoke to the 5 different times I came in that I was having complete knee replacment and I needed a working phone. When I came out of surgery they had disconnected my phone and left me for two weeks living alone with no phone and unable to walk.. Thank you for showing your true colors, No one there cared about my issues all I ever heard from each one was = WELL YOU SIGNED A CONTRACT!!! I signed that contract and was paying for a working phone after all the reps looked at my phone all had agreed it had issues yet I had to go to another company to get a phone that worked,RUN DONT WALK IN THE OTHER DIRECTION AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!
