Very professional excellent knowledge of product friendly and courteous service I highly recommend Hear again center

When I get to the center in West Hartford being a 67-year-old baby of course I was nervous. Never thought I would need a hearing aid. I registered with the receptionist was very polite and knowledgeable for the reason that I was there. I then met with Aaron who is a hearing specialist and she was absolutely phenomenal check my ears went over hope bunch of things,We went through everything and yes it was determined I didn’t need a hearing aid. She went through all the financial options the types of hearing aids that were covered by my insurance and I was really pleased. I would recommend the hearing and CENTER to anybody thank you again for your professionalism

Dr. Varricchio and her team have helped me to overcome one of the greatest hurdles in my life- losing my hearing. I lost part of my hearing in a car accident in June 2019. I remembered how apprehensive I was at first and the difficulty in accepting that this was my new norm. Dr. V and her team didnt just assess and give me a device. They also took the journey with me. The staff is very professional. They answer all questions and helped me out with anything I didnt understand. They dont nickel and dime you if you need a few extra supplies. They are thorough with adjusting the hearing aids to work in the best way to obtain maximum hearing.

I have been going to the Hear Again Center in West Hartford for two years. They have helped mewith my hearing loss, and I can hear my granddaughters again. They are very professional and caring.

I checked in with Hear Again Center quite some time ago. Although I did not purchase a hearing aid at that time, I know this will be my go-to place for future needs. Dr. Sarah V. was great. She was patient, understanding and did not try to force feed me with a sale. Follow up calls from Lisa were always patient and understanding. The entire visit and follow up calls were pleasant and offered and met a high degree of customoer service. I know when Im ready, theyll be there and Im imagining their follow up service and care, after the sale, wil be outstanding. By the way, I was referred to Hear Again Center from my family doctor. Usually when I get a referral from him, its a winner. This referral was no different.

I have spent over 30 years of my life being unable to hear a significant amount of things and after getting my hearing aids from the hear again Center my life has completely changed for the better and I am very grateful for the time that they took and how considerate they were and gentle and very good bedside Manner and they are very competent and they do amazing work and I would strongly recommend that anyone that needs hearing aids should go through them

Waste of my time. I went in there for ringing in my ears. They acted as if they could help and then I was told that I just need to learn to ignore it. Really? then why did you have me come in and do a hearing test?
