This location is consistently very busy, I’m sure partially because of its proximity to campus and the low quality of the other locations nearby, but these employees handle it with grace and kindness. When their line is wrapped around the building and their lobby is full of people placing huge orders, they keep their cool and are pleasant to all customers. They certainly deserve every reward Dunkin can provide for them. My order is correct every time and the employees are respectful and nice even when they are busy out of their minds

I’m giving this review 4 stars because there have honestly been too many unpleasant experiences I’ve had here in the past. Lately, however, a very nice young woman named Katie has been at the drive thru window and is so helpful, kind, and fun! While I waited for my coffee, she asked about the music I’m listening to and I thought it was great she took the initiative to do that. I wish I saw more of Katie when I visit DD in West Lafayette!

I have been going to this location routinely since they first opened. First few months there was great service. Unfortunately, the service has declined so terribly I will pay the extra at Starbucks across the street. Cant make simple drink orders correctly, cold breakfast food, forget hashbrowns often. Do a better job training your staff or hire more competent workers...maybe in need of a new manager.

Always have great service from the young people running this store. My son worked for dunkin downtown so I know what a fast paced business it can be.They always give exemplary service when I stop in, with smiles and thanks no matter how busy it is.Plus they make the best mocha lattes in town.

We had ordered a donut with white icing and one with pink icing. We were given two chocolate donuts instead. When I inquired about the ones we should have, they immediately fixed it and told us to keep the others. Thank you so much! You made my 4 year olds day with all the donuts she was getting!

I just went to the store. I wish I can upload the picture. The girl put my all 3 longjohn in a one paper bag and all the toppings are smashed up. She acted to rudely. I always go there from the opening. Never see that rude behave. She said well I am manager, thats how it works. When I was asking about the dozen box. I didnt see her before. I dont know how long she is manager. The worst customer service ever!

I ordered from the lobby. It only took a few minutes to receive my order. The iced coffe was delicious. Friendly staff and nice, clean environment.

Okay. This is ridiculous. Two days in a row this “manager” is so rude. Went yesterday she handed us random drinks then snatched it back when it was the wrong order and wouldn’t let us speak to say we had a pick up. She must have just been put on management cause she sure has a big head about it. Treat your customers better. If she’s treating us like that I can’t imagine how she is with employees.

Donuts? No, you should have come in the morning if you want a donut. No wonder you dont have donuts in the name anymore.What types of cold coffee do you have? Frozen and iced okay, is it really frozen, or how is it served? Its frozen. Its solid? Its just frozen. Okay... Ill have that I guess.No, its not frozen. Not really blended either. It was served like a runny shake. Tasted good, but just tell me its basically a thin shake when you actually dont know how to make it.And then dont be super rude when I pay you and you dont offer to give me the receipt.

I’ve been going to this Dunkin since the day they opened and for months we have gone in through the drive thru and done two orders. Today, they closed the lobby and only allowed people to order through drive thru, but declined any request for more than one order. The manager Hayley said “They’ve never done multiple orders before”. She was extremely rude and wouldn’t communicate with us in a civil manner at all.

I always favored Dunkin Donuts coffee verses the other big coffee house competition but after visiting the west side Dunkin donuts, I will now choose that other coffee establishment. This Dunkin donuts has the poorest customer service ever, hands down! The employees do not even acknowledge your existence when your in the lobby, at least 5 employees with their backs to me for almost 5 minutes is UNACCEPTABLE in my book, at least let me know you will be right with me guys, and I was only picking up a paid for mobile order, I would have walked out otherwise! Save your time and hard earned money for a better place please!

Their avocado toast is cold (or room temperature?). Liked their matcha latte. Make sure to always check you got all you’ve ordered, as they may miss some items. And like other people have mentioned, no napkin provided by default it seems.

Ordered 4 bacon egg and cheese wraps and all of them came out completely cold. went inside to get them remade and what do you know cold a second time! DO NOT order any breakfast food there! had my boyfriend pay for a crossaint, which wasn’t even hot. room temp to say the best:/

Love their old fashioned and cruller doughnuts. Their coffee is also amazing.

Worked here for a few weeks and the management is absolutely horrible. Most of the managers did not do their job correctly and didn’t train new staff. Loved the coworkers, but some people’s way of treating customers did not satisfy anyone. Wouldn’t recommend applying here, they don’t treat people with respect and give people reasons to quit the job. They need new staff.

Waited 7 mins to have my order taken which caused me to be late for work and when I open my sandwich there is no bacon on it. Highly disappointed.

The Dunkin near the mall is so much better. The donuts here are just not as good nor is the service.

Was excited for Dunkin to finally open, but there have been numerous issues. Staff is always fast and friendly and the drinks are always good. But they are seemingly always out of some of the basic donuts. It doesnt matter if I show up right when they open or hours later when many people are already at school or work, I cant seem to get any vanilla iced with sprinkles donuts. They are always replaced by vanilla iced long johns. The sprinkles add a texture I like better than just a plain iced donut. Ive never had this issue at any of the Lafayette locations. I also had a box of donuts with several put in upside down, so the icing got everywhere. :(

Had a wonderful person serve me today. She made my whole day with her kindness. Ive had a very rough day. She was polite and made sure it was correct. Thank you

Not the best service or quality, they handed this dripping with coffee drink out the drive through window didnt even bother to hand me a napkin but yet she had to wipe her hand after giving it to me lol.

Do not order the Breakfast food. I ordered a sandwich and it was so old and over-cooked that I could not eat it. They also forgot to put the egg on there. This was such a waste that I cant say that I will ever go back for food. Doughnuts, yes. But food, no!

Poor customer service went in yesterday and said Hello 3 or 4 times no response could hear them talking and laughing in the back waited a few mins until they came up which was only because a customer had pulled up at the drive-thru. Very poor management going on here.

Very busy but service was excellent.

Went for donuts at 8:30 am. Cases were practically empty already and was told the lobby was closed. The front door was open but all employees were around the drive up window. Think I might have to find another source.

I ordered a doughnut and a sourdough sandwich with ham and 2 eggs with cheese with hash browns. I got thru door dash, a bacon egg sourdough. The sandwich was cold and difficult too bite due too the bread being hard as a rock. A small bag of like 6 hashrounds that were also cold AF. THE BEST THING I RECIEVED FOR THE 25 BUCKS I SPENT WAS THE ICE COFFEE ... NEVER AGAIN. The one star is for the one thing that was actually good. My advice is never eat here just coffee.

Not what you expect from Dunkin Coffee!!!UPDATE:It has been several weeks since I wrote my original review below and no improvement. I LOVE Dunkin coffee. This location is NOT Dunkin coffee and if it is, it is not prepared correctly. I just drove away with a XL coffee, it tasted like drinking warm water. There is no richness or flavor to their coffee at this location. It is really bad. Sad, because I love Dunkin. The coffee often is served luke warm, which tells me they dont brew frequently enough. Feels like my coffee has been sitting in the cup for 20 minutes adjusting to room temperature. Finally, give the customers a stopper/plug to keep the coffee warm when in transit. This is a little thing, and the only reason I can think not to do this, is to cut corners. Based on the taste of the coffee, I am guessing they use 1/3rd of the prescribed amount...either that, or they overfill the water. I was hoping they would see my previous comment and make adjustments. Sadly, this has not happened. My rating remains the lowest possible rating.ORIGINAL:I am a huge Dunkin fan and was excited when they came to W. Lafayette. But, I have to say the coffee is inconsistent. I am a daily drive thru customer. My experience: coffee luke warm/cold 75% of the time. Coffee: Weak, watered down 100% of time--you dont taste the coffee. I now prefer McDonalds coffee to this particular Dunkin establishment. I hope they read this message and take corrective actions.

Funny how my last one star review was deleted. I decided ro give this place a 2nd chance. I ordered the breakfast croissant and the egg was cold and the croissant was hard and cold. 2nd horrible experience 😢

We were so excited to have donuts around the corner from our house. When we went inside, the person taking our order was rude. There were several employees either not wearing a mask or not covering their nose. There were dirty dishes on top of the donut case and bottles of cleaner on the case and counters.We ordered 2 chocolate covered donuts, 2 apple fritters, and 2 blueberry donuts. We were given 4 chocolate covered and 2 apple fritters. We had to ask for the 2 blueberry and she ended up only charging us for 2 chocolate and 2 fritters.Then... the donuts were stale and not even worth it.

Terrible! How do you mess up half a dozen donuts? 3 of the donuts were the wrong donuts. ALL of the donuts were hard and seemed to be very stale. The icing on the donuts was thin and cracked. One of the filled donuts had zero filling. Won’t be back. Meijer is across the street, larger, cheaper, fresher, better donuts.

The eggs on our breakfast sandwiches were still frozen. Every time I go there something isn’t right and the staff there seems to know absolutely nothing.

Every single time I’ve gone in there, employees are always rude. Never give you time to place your order, as if they’re in a rush when there’s nobody else even there. Service is TERRIBLE & they can’t do their basic job. Please hire new people. We were so excited for this Dunkin. I will never be coming back.

I just went to the store and ordered a bacon egg and cheese Croissant found a big wide of hair in it it look like someone had clean the hair brush out went back inside the older lady working the drive-through a.k.a. manager I guess was very very rude told me that they were going to remake it that I could’ve put the hair in there I told her why would I go through that much trouble this place is ridiculous I wouldn’t recommend my dog going in here getting a dog biscuits if they serve them
