Excellent service. We recently moved into our new home and were looking for a furniture store in the area where we could buy all of our furniture from. One of my friends recommended Furniture Plus, and we bought our living room and bedroom set from them. They were honest about some of furniture being backordered, which is understandable with the whole covid-19 situation. The salespeople worked with us in finding something that was available in stock and could be delivered to us all together for our new house. We are very satisfied with the purchase and the customer service we received from the Furniture Plus staff.Thank You guys!
Horrible. bait and switch. order something, they tell you it will take a couple weeks to come in (dont sell something you dont have in the first place or cant get). then they call you and say it will be another two weeks once the two weeks is up. then they offer you $50 once those two weeks are up and say do you want to pick something else? you pick something else and they tell you that they dont have that one either. lol these guys are a joke. go to sohomod - much better service and can get you what you want

I purchased a sectional from your website. I couldnt see the piece in person as I live in VA, but purchased anyway based on the photo that youre advertising. Evidently, I wont be getting what I thought I purchased. The sectional youre advertising is showing 4 pieces, however youre sending me a sectional with only 3 pieces. Its very misleading as I may not have purchased if I knew what I was getting. Definitely wont be doing any business with you in the future.Overall, a pretty bad experience. I requested a full refund after being told my furniture was damaged from transit. I move to DC in less than a month and now I have to scramble to get a couch. This company cannot be counted on for reliability.
RIP OFF, I placed an order for some Wakfield Chairs I paid a total of $1750.00 11/11/20 and was recently told by the company a week ago that the chairs are no longer in stock and that I would receive a refund ok I said great, and today 01/19/21 I receive a check in the amount $1289.97, where in the HELL is my $460.03 because I paid thru PayPal and according to them they had to mail a check instead of refunding me the way I paid. Im going to report this company to the BBB and have legal action brought up against them if, I do not receive the remainder of my money via PayPal dam a check I want all my money back as its not my fault that they couldnt produce the product but, you dam sure dont get to keep my money when people are struggling due to this pandemic and even if Im not I paid it and want it all back because I did not receive anything from this company.
Spent weeks going from store to store looking for the perfect bedroom set only to get my spirits crushed each time. Finally found what I wanted here. First place in WEEKS that listened to what I wanted and was able to deliver it. They got it to me pretty fast and helped work out a good price. Extremely happy and relieved I found this place.
I had been looking for a couch and even had one set up. They said 7 weeks, I said ok. I texted, they said next week, I said ok. I texted again and they said middle of December so I said no. Then I went to furniture plus, the sales person (dang it I didnt get his name) was very nice and informative. I ordered my couch on Wednesday, he said he would call me when it came in and he did, then I picked it up on Sunday. What a great place, I recommend 100%.
Receptionist was very rude and bob the manager was also no help either ...did not resolve my issue.. ... we ordered chairs for our island .. paid cash .. suppose to be delivered and assembled and now they’re saying we did not pay for assembly and asking for $175 to assemble... my advice to others do not pay cash now we can’t do anything abt it ...very poor service

The abundance of furniture choices, styles, and sizes is so dramatic, that there is not way to display all of them on the floor of any store. You need an expert, well-versed in many product lines across the entire business. Chis was able to quickly digest our needs and point us to the right pieces within the store and in catalogs. His comments on style, quality, and value were spot on. The furniture and delivery were as promised. The delivery guys assembled everything and condensed a huge amount of packing material, leaving zero mess behind. AAA professionalism and service! Highly recommend.
My wife and I have been using their services for sometime now but recently decided to overhaul our entire living room. As always we went to Furniture Plus, because honestly, they have Consistently demonstrated themselves to be Incredibly knowledgeable, with attentive service that makes you feel catered to even when buying the smallest of items.As in our previous interactions/experiencewith them, they were astute in their ability to accurately grasp and help guide us in what we were looking for style-wise (as they can accommodate a variety of tastes I believe) and quickly provided us with high quality yet Reasonably priced options. Ultimately, we could not be happier with our new sofa, armchair, ottoman, andCoffee table.I will also add that though, (as I’m sure many couples would agree) furniture shopping can be quite stressful, our sales associate (who I think may also be the owner?) has such a skilled approach that one is immediately put at ease.Could not recommend these guys highly enough!

We ordered online from northwest Texas and our furniture came in about 3 weeks which was much quicker than expected. The furniture is as beautiful as the pictures depicted and we will definately shop Furniture Plus again.
We searched online for furniture... Specifically, a black stone coffee table. We checked reviews for three stores...calling two of them to see if the table was in stock. The first store we called said they would check with the manufacturer and all us back, failing to do so. The second store, Furniture Plus, said they didnt have in in stock but would call the manufacturer and call us back. Within 10 minutes, they called us back and apologized, as the table was discontinued. Because they made the effort to find out the information and get back to us, rather than disregarding us, we decided to order a new sectional from them as well. Reading the negative reviews, it seems the only real issue is long wait times and customers not having their order numbers to verify... So we knew going in the sectional may take some time and made sure we kept our order number handy. We placed our order and were given an estimated delivery time of 4-6 weeks. After four weeks, we called to get an update on our order, and they were prompt with their response... stating the sectional was delivered to their location a few days earlier, and a delivery company would be picking it up the following day to bring it (cross country) to us. A week later, we had our sectional...and we absolutely love it!In short... if you order from Furniture Plus, do so understanding they are not a massive chain of furniture stores like Rooms 2 Go. Order, be patient, and keep that order number handy. Waiting for furniture isnt the end of the world, and you really cant beat the selection and prices. Keep up the great work! Looking forward to ordering a new bedroom set soon. :)
TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL; DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have called them at least 10 times about the delivery of my mattress which I purchased in June and expected to arrive mid-August. I paid for the most expensive white glove delivery and the mattress is 10 days late. First the shipping company claimed they never received the mattress, then truck broke down, then they had problems with the driver, and I am left sleeping on the floor of my new apartment. They refuse to even refund the shipping fee and I still don’t have a delivery date for my mattress. I am considering filing a complaint with the BBB soon.
Not only were their prices exceptional but their delivery team was stupendous! These two men were absolute pros! They were quick, neat and professional. Great company to do business with!
I ordered a mattress and furniture for my mom in Florida. Couldn’t believe the price!! Everything came in on time as promised. The delivery company was very professional and set everything up where she wanted it. They even called us 30 minutes before. All in all a great experience!Thank you Chris!!

We ordered a king size mattress called “Nadia” Sept 1st 2018 and I said the shipping was 1-4 weeks. Which is standard. The payment went through so we figured it would be soon. We called within those 4 weeks to get an idea of when it would arrive. We received answers like “it’s still being processed” or “were waiting for the shipment truck”. Well after the 4 weeks we called and they told us that they don’t even have that model in stock. And that it could be another 4-6 weeks or more for it to arrive. But in fact they didn’t even know when they would get that model in stock again. I called after week 5 and told them our order number and they said “someone from customer service will call you back within an hour”. No call. No call the next day. I called three times within their business hours and no answer and no call back. So they took my money for a product THEY DONT EVEN HAVE. Still to this day waiting to here about the where abouts of our mystery mattress or even get a refund.
I don’t know how else to get a hold of you. I ordered $1500 worth of furniture weeks ago. I put my order number in and it tracks nothing, it tells me nothing exists. And you don’t even have a legitimate phone number. An automated answering machine picks up at announcing a completely different phone number where I have to leave a message. I have no idea what is going on and I want somebody to respond to me immediately. I understand that the delivery can take weeks but I can’t even track it and it makes me feel extremely uncomfortable. And on top of that you guys don’t even have a legitimate business phone number that rings into the store or even acknowledges that you’ve reached the store and need to leave a message. I feel like I’m calling some cell phone number.
They are selling used mattresses and did not disclose that to us. Good thing I found ahead of time! Dont waste your money! They list a 10 yr warranty but it is not from the manufacturer, so when these guys go out of business warranty goes with them.
Glad I found Mattress Expertz site -- bought Serta Blue 1000 Firm mattress for considerably less then I could find in any Department or specialty mattress store + got my delivery within a week . This is the perfect mattress for the adjustable frame I already have. Guys - thanks for recommending this mattress to me .

We have purchased many items for several different rooms in our home, from bedroom pieces, electric beds and beautiful media chairs to living room furniture, area rugs and decorative accessories. Chris is knowledgeable, patient and a pleasure to deal with, no matter how often I picked his brain or changed my mind. Deliveries have always arrived on or close to the dates promised. If I ever had further questions along the way, Janicel addressed them immediately. In the event she had to check with Chris, Janicel got back to us with the answers very speedily. I can not say enough good things about our experience with Furniture Plus. They have become the go to source for our furniture and home decorating needs.

Absolutely the worst service ever, just moved into my house and payed to have the walls painted and the guys delivering the furniture trashed my walls from the first floor up to the third. Then they tried to get my wife to pay them extra for carrying it up to the third floor plus delivery fee, which was already included. This place is a scam stay away
Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolute scam. Do not purchase anything from this company. They will lie and say their internet is not working after you call them dozens of times. They will hang up or block your number for asking about a purchase. Reported them to the FTC.
The shipping does take a while and its a long wait. But you know that going into it and cant fault them for what they are upfront about. I bought my daughter a bed and got a very good price on it. Jani was excellent through the process. It was delivered and the trundle was completely damaged, the sides of the bed itself dented and warped. The delivery guys (Andrew was one, I dont remember the others name) were fantastic in setting what they could up. I called Jani immediately and sent pictures of the damage. New pieces went on order. Jani stayed in communication when the manufacturer was dragging their feet. Finally got the rest of the bed this weekend and it is beautiful. Worth the wait and frustration. Jani and the delivery guys (Andrew and the other guy) were awesome. If you want to save money - here is where youll do it.

Just got the Nicanor couch and loveseat. I was leery about ordering online site unseen but they came through. They have a physical location so no worries. They shipped all the way to the Allentown PA area. The movers even attempted to get the furniture right inside for me. Anybody complaining that the movers damaged their walls or the furniture cleary bought furniture without measuring first. I did the same. luckily is was also wrapper with plastic and light cardboard. The furniture is beautiful and their customer support kept me updated on the shipment (two weeks from california then a day until i received it) and answered any questions I was having. would certainly tell anybody looking for furniture to see what furniture plus has, because they were cheapest for identical sets by about $200.
Was shopping around for a bedroom set and stop in the store to see their selection. I was greeted by Janicel who was extremely helpful by answering all of my questions for me to make a decision.
Staff is very friendly, the chairs I got are beautiful, they have the best prices out there, shopping took a little longer, but it was well worth it, Ill definitely will shop here again,

From the bed room set the double dresser provided came with imperfections, had conversations back and forth about the issue until they decided not to respond to my e-mails. To date it has yet to be fixed.
