Everyone was there is awesome.. Ive been going there for years and I really dont have any complaints.. its easy to schedule an appointment and get in and all of the staff are wonderful.. the selection of frames is fairly decent and they have hours that very accommodating.. parking can be hectic but its completely worth it..

Using the word PROFESSIONAL in their name is not a gimmick!! Very much true!! I have been to all 3 locations and received the same standards at them all!! This is a top notch business.

A major improvement from my former optometrist! Dr. Wyndham always makes me feel comfortable. She is very knowledgeable. All the staff are friendly, the office is very clean, and we’re in and out within 30 - 45 minutes. Thank you guys for everything! 10/10 recommend.

I cannot begin to explain the frustration of being told multiple times I had an appointment and confirmed, only to walk in and told I was wrong. All of this is after getting the wrong prescription to start. Then opps, I did have an appointment, but with another Dr. Front staff is rude and dismissive. Scheduling is confused. Simon was the only polite staff member. Find another doctor.

It was truly the best eye exam I have ever had. I really received an explanation of the condition of my eyes. What I should think about and possibly consider. I was extremely impressed.

Had not been to an eye doctor for awhile because of COVID. Enjoyed my visit and felt as if the team was very helpful and informative. Great experience compared to my last optometrist visit in a nearby mall. Never felt rushed to get out or pressured to spend money.

I was having an issue with bright flashes of light in my right eye. I was given an appointment on the same day that I called. A full medical exam was performed and the diagnosis for the flashes of light was found. It was not serious and I was given tremendous peace of mind. A very wonderful practice with tremendous, professional doctors. Highly recommend

I like the optometrists. I trust them and learn a lot when I am there! I am also pleased with the service I received from the other employees. The only thing that irritated me is that I couldnt use my current frames for my new eyeglasses. It would actually be more expensive than the package offered to me that includes new frames, but they are plastic and not as good-looking as the ones I already have. I did take the package; maybe next time there will be a different selection of frames.

Our whole family has been going to Professional Vision Care for years (yes, all four of us are “blessed” with pretty terrible vision LOL). Staff are always very friendly, great with kids and attentive to your specific needs. Every doctor is easy-going and pleasant. You never feel rushed and are encouraged to play an active role in your vision care. Other offices may be closer to home or work, but there is a reason we continue going back to Professional Vision Care-quality of service. Can’t beat the office with the giant dinosaur!

Best eye care I’ve ever had. I called them on a recommendation from my neighbor as I’m new to the area. From the first phone call with Michael, I knew I’d made a great choice. His kindness and down to earth nature translated across all the staff. My doctor is kind, caring, and gives me full explanation of what is happening. If I could give a zero stars I would. They Rude, only care about the money no the patients. VeryMisleading . Recommend treatment that most of the time is not even needed. They charged you fee if you buy anything over the phone and not at the office but never tell you about the additional fee (once they sent me the ledger I noticed?. They called me one day to cancel appointment due to the therapist was stuck on Trafic, but if I miss appointment they charge me $40. Is all about them not you . No flexibility to work with your schedule as working parents You have to drive for this 30 minutes (more like 20 mini minutes “Therapy sessions”, usted of doing 1hr, Awful overall customer experience. You can get the service they offer for your child at children’s hospital if really needed and for less

Everyone was warm and helpful. Dr. Burns explained clearly about my cataracts and was incredibly kind all -around. Max was great in helping me pick out glasses.

Dr.Lay has helped me in my journey with my eyes. He goes above and beyond in trying to find ways to make my eyesight better. He has been a God send to me for recommending vision therapy to correct double vision and always trying to find the correct lenses to give me corrected sight. I can’t thank him enough. Also Hope was great yesterday with determining the best way to get the new lenses that I needed. Always the best place to go!!

We have been visiting Professional Vision for over 10 years now but lately it feels the new doctors are not qualified.My sons prescription incorrect, so we went in to do a prescription check with Doctor(Zachary) who made adjustments and again provided incorrect prescription. In following up with them they gave another prescription stating that some wrong information was put in by mistake. Doctor did not call up to apologize. Now we really dont know if the prescription is REALLY correct. This lackadaisical attitude is unacceptable!!!

Dr Lay and all of the staff are amazing. They are very attentive and thorough, as well as proactive in their care. My son has been a patient with them for several years and their patient care has always been exceptional.

My husband needed an in-depth test, and accommodations for his mobility issues. The staff bent over backwards to help, and the doctor was thorough with the explanation of what they found. We will definitely see them again.

Dr. William Lay had me try his trial contacts (that were close to his recommended prescription for me) while my eyes were dilated. Even with my eyes being dilated I could read the eye chart better than before being dilated and with contacts from another eye doctor. The fit and comfort was so much better too. Now I’m excited to order glasses.

I had a very bad first experience at their Lewis Center location. The tech who was working with me had no idea what she was doing and most of their machines werent working so she was taking measurements manually (I later found out during my re-exam that this tech was no longer with the company.) This error ended up messing up my prescription with my readers making my eyes go cross-eyed. After my call to the Westerville location, they brought me back in for a re-exam and found that the previous exam had many flaws. I was hesitant in returning for my eye exam this year but Dr. Zach and staff treated me with such great care that I had no issues this time around. Thanks everyone!

We went for a pediatric appointment. They were very patient and praised my son for good behavior. We will go back and am highly satisfied. I am giving four stars because we waited 45 mins for staff to return after dilating his eyes. We were there for almost 2 hours. When I told them I needed to leave for work soon, they allowed check out while my son was finishing his pictures.

This wad my first visit to this eye doctor. My appointment was ready when i go there. They got me going rigbt away. Explained almost everything. The doctor was awesome amd explanation of my eyes and the visit was great. Didmt tell me about having to pay for pictures of my eyes till after. It was only $40 but i hate hidden charges! I also felt alot of resentment when I tell them that Im not purchasing glasses from them. The glasses they have are way overpriced. The technion was not very nice about giving me my prescription and pupil distance. Ill be going elsewhere.

Since Dr. Burns moved to the Lewis Center office we have had a couple of new doctors and they are young, beautiful, and professional. Thats my husbands opinion, however I will confirm that they are very professional and have that great see side manner.

Doctors are excellent the front desk help is not. Have called 3 times just to get ahold of someone to order the glasses I need after my appointment...First 2 times I’m told someone would call me back so I could get my glasses ordered and never received anything...Still waiting to order will probably pick a new doctor soon if I don’t hear back

This was my second appointment with Dr. Bradley Johnson. He was very thorough in evaluating the status of my glaucoma. What I appreciated most is that he allowed me to ask questions, listened and answered, addressing my concerns.

My eye had been red and hurting for a couple days and on a Saturday I knew I needed to see an eye doctor. My eye doctor isn’t open in Saturdays so I looked up some places near me and found Professional Vision care. I called them and explained my situation and they told me to come over right away. I ended up having an Ulcer on my eye and can be very dangerous. I was going out of the country the following day so I’m glad they could get me in in such short notice. I got Meds and was able to enjoy my vacation with a peace of mind. The whole entire staff was amazing!! I couldn’t express this more!! My doctor was so sweet and explained everything to me about what I needed to do and not do!! Thank goodness for them!!! Highly recommend!!

I had a good experience here. The staff was professional and friendly. Wait time was acceptable, less than 10 minutes on a fairly busy Saturday. They gave me a good deal on a 2nd pair of glasses, they cost about $100 less than I budgeted for, so I was very pleased with that rare occurrence!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, I called to schedule an appointment and I explained I wasn’t the primary holder the lady said it was ok she could look up my benefits with the primary holder name and date of birth, which she said she found it once I provided that information. Then I received a text saying they couldn’t find it so I called and the woman who answered was rude. I asked her to call the insurance to verify my benefits she said she couldn’t, I work in insurance so I know they can call plus how did they lose that information if they already had it.

The office was extremely friendly and helped me with my needs. ( and save money) Dr Lay was outstanding.

Technician Aaron was very thorough, explained the testing process with a friendly and patient demeanor!

Doctors very good explaining eye health

Update to my previous review, I wish I could give no stars. I can’t see out of my glasses and after taking them back after the young Lady in the boutique fumbled with them a while I ended up leaving them. I scheduled a follow up visit only To be called a few days later And told that I need to see the Dr. and I may be charged an additional $98. I am more than disappointed, this is the 2nd pair of glasses that are over $1200 that my insurance and myself have paid for that I can’t see out off. I know what the deal is, they don’t want to remake them but I’ll be darned if I eat another $98 Dollars.I wish I would have known about the long waiting period for my glasses. I went to Dr. on 10th and I’m still waiting. Eyes are in a strain and need my glasses horribly. Staff seems unconcerned when I call. My insurance paid over a thousand dollars for my glasses and I added an additional 190 you would think for that much the service would be better. Take your money and go elsewhere

As always, I had an excellent experience at Professional Vision Care. The receptionist was courteous and respectful, Reilly was kind and polite, and Dr. Wyndham (unsure of spelling) was thorough and kind and said that since I was uncomfortable with having dilation since it was raining out and it is difficult to see even with glasses when I have the dilation. I was able to make an appointment for later and there would be no additional charge. Very professional. Thank you.

Pro VC is well-organized, minimal waiting. They have a good selection of frames and lens options. Finally and most importantly, I trust their eyecare; the optometrists and techs are gentle, courteous, and know their business. They found a very small issue that couldve progressed, and now check on this each exam. Thanks, Pro VC!

I had an excellent experience. Im a new patient and went in for my contacts and glasses exam. Dr. Windham was great; she was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and really took into consideration my 20+ years of wearing contacts and glasses. I ended up buying a new pair of glasses there and the staff was incredibly helpful. My glasses were ready in 1 week, far less time than they even proposed. I would highly recommend this place.
