This office and especially Dr. K is phenomenal! The office is clean, staff are nice, and give great customer service. Dr. K is very professional, nice to work with, and addresses all of our health concerns. We appreciate good Doctors and they are hard to come across. Thank you Westerville Eyecare!

Westerville Eyecare Center obtains a 5 stars from me. I have been wearing glasses since I was 2 years old and experienced lots of Eyecare centers. They were personable, patient, efficient and welcoming! I brought a pair of glasses that were 2 years old here and they fixed it without a problem in 2 weeks max. They fit even better than before when I bought the frame. Thanks to very knowledgeable Dr. Kiener. It was because of him that my eye got proper diagnosis and care for an ailment (something that is quite rarely seen) that I have had for past 25 years. Teri is just so amazing with her expertise in eyewear and Allison is the sweetest coordinator I have ever come across! Much love to you all❤️

We have used Westerville Eyecare for several year and have been relatively pleased. Today one of the staff was not wearing a mask and I mentioned I recently lost an aunt who was exposed to COVID19 by not wearing a mask. These words were not said in an unkind manner,, but just stated as fact. This seem to upset the young lady who has always been friendly and helpful. Even though I was willing to go ahead with the appointment, the doctor ask me to leave for respectfully voicing my thoughts. If you are not concerned with COVID19 protocol or the rising number of cases, this is the place for you. The young lady may have had a legitimate health excuse for not wearing a mask, but never offered that information. Despite being encouraged to report Westerville Eyecare to the board of health by other health care providers, I did not do so.

Dr. Kiener is very thorough and professional. He took the time to figure out what was going on with my eyes. I also got an eye exam and new glasses! The ladies at the desk are so helpful and friendly as well. Definitely a nice, clean, inviting office. I recommend them for sure!

First eye doctor visit I actually enjoyed!!! The staff was friendly and inviting. Dr. Keiner was thorough and encouraging. He spent time making sure I understood everything. He understood my humor and that made it more enjoyable for me. Westerville Eyecare is awesome!!

Very satisfied with my eye doctor, which is why I continue to go there even though I live in Gahanna. The new front desk girl is extremely nice and helpful. She helps you figure out the most cost-effective options even if your vision plan is complex!

Money hungry people. I went there with my 15 yo daughter and took pictures of a pair of glasses she liked so we can show them to her working mom later on to see if she likes them too to buy them later. The owner did not want me to take pictures of my daughter wearing the glasses. He lost my business and I will let other knows to stay away from that place. In todays technology cellphone camera world people take selfies and pics of how her new glasses WOULD look on her so she can show to her friends BEFORE buying them. I still took the picture and will buy the glasses somewhere else!!!

I have been to several eye specialists around Columbus over my 17 plus years of needing glasses. However, Ive stayed with Dr. Keiner for the last seven. Professional. Thorough. Courteous. Patient. Honest. My many questions have been patiently answered. I have never felt like I am being marketed to or manipulated to buy more service or features than I need. My options have always been explained with both the benefits and risks. Ive found the good doctor stays current on eye care technology & trends available. Even the whole office staff has complimented Dr Keiner to complete the experience of picking new glasses with a warmth and delight, while maintaining a professionalism. Ive sent my wife and oldest 3 kids (14 and up). Never heard a complaint from any of them. In response to the negative posting, several of my family have taken multiple selfies to review with others before simply calling in our final choice. The staff took no issue with any of us taking selfies. I dont offer many 5 star ratings; I typically have high expectations for professional services. But this is one that has consistently earned the respect and appreciation of every one of my family at every visit.
