Dr Cologgi was amazing and thorough. Both she and the tech are great with children and helped put my daughter at ease. I was able to schedule quickly and efficiently. The entire place runs like a well oiled machine from the amazing receptionist Destiny to office manager Alicia to the doctor. I would highly recommend to my family and friends. They have given us hope and a path to success for the first time in years. I’m so grateful

I took my one year old for her first eye exam here. I had no idea what to expect or even how they would check her vision at such a young age. All the staff were FANTASTIC with my daughter and were great about explaining along the way. I would highly recommend!

My four-year-old had his first eye exam at The Solution Center. He is not the most cooperative kid, which is why we went with a child-focused eye center. They did not disappoint!Everyone we encountered did an excellent job with my son. They were patient and able to coax him into participating in the exam, which was thorough. We are still awaiting our new glasses, but Im pretty confident the prescription is correct, and if it does need tweaked the Solution Center does follow-up visits to ensure it is working or adjust as necessary.I highly recommend this center for childrens eye care.

Dr Zach was great with my son Tyler during his contact lens fitting appointment. Tyler was a little nervous, but was out as ease when everything that was going to happen was explained. Abby then taught him how to get his lenses in and out. Great experience for us!

This was the most amazing experience- I have a 4 year old and was quite worried about someone so little - and they were so good with him! It was easy and they had so many ways to make it fun/easy for him, even to dilate his eyes (child hd no idea!!) The amount of info I got was very helpful and by the end I wanted to be an eye dr there!

They always get me in immediately when I have eye issues! I tend to get a lot of stuff in my eye because of my job and they are always professional and caring! No other place would I ever go but to them!

They were kid friendly and even checked our daughters dilated eyes in a timely manner…something that usually keeps us in the office forever!

We love the professionalism and personal care provided by Dr Burns and her staff. They truly demonstrate care towards their patients. I love that Dr Burns takes time to clearly explain everything during the examinations on a level that is understandable for both me and my child. I have complete trust in their expertise and why we have been, and will remain clients of theirs for years.

Cant say enough good things about SC. When Childrens pediatric opthomology told me my son may not recover from complications due to a brain tumor, solution center gave us hope. His depth perception, esotopia, 20/20, and nystagmus have all improved steadily over 2 years in their care. Especially love Dr Jenny!

Doctor and staff were friendly and professional. I gave 4 of 5 stars because price of visit. I wish we would have been provided with those details ahead of the appointment. I was a little sticker shocked, have never had co-pays over $30.

I’ve taken both my kids here and have never had a bad experience. Always a positive experience and the doctors are great with kids.

Both of my children had a great experience at the Solution Center. They really do specialize in pediatric eye care. The only thing that a parent should know is that they are thorough, but you will spend about 2 hours there if your child needs glasses.

The staff and doctor were very friendly and the doctor spent time explaining things very well.

Despite the current pandemic, I still felt comfortable bringing my 4 year old son in for an exam. They followed all the proper protocols and were constantly disinfecting surfaces. Yet, he still “had fun.” They didn’t make it scary, and he still talks about how they let him watch his favorite YouTube video while seeing the eye doc. If he had a positive experience- then you will too!

Dr Burns and her staff have unending patience and understanding with individuals with special needs. They never give up on someone making progress and celebrate every small step along the way. We don’t mind driving over an hour to experience such great service!

Such a positive experience

Such an amazing office full of wonderful people! They play movies in the waiting room and even have a popcorn machine! Its definitely not your average eye doctors office! They offer vision therapy, which has helped so many people. Its a truly wonderful place, doing wonderful things!

We had a fantastic experience with the Solution Center. The staff was kind, patient, and accommodating with our nonverbal 3 year old. Our normal doctor visits leave us stressed and our son in tears. This was such a nice experience. We have already recommended them to a friend.

Children’s was the most horrifying experience we’ve ever had for my son to check his vision. After 4 hours and a doctor welling is he needed glasses but won’t prescribe them until he is in a “typical school setting, not a special education preschool” we left crying, frustrated, angry, and lost on what to do next. We were recommended by another special needs family went and sure enough my son needed glasses. The doctor, staff, vision area was AMAZING. They looked at our son as a person not his diagnosis. Such an amazing experience!!

EXCELLENT!!! My child is on the autism spectrum and struggles with new environments/experiences and following novel directions. That said, we had the BEST experience we have ever had at any doctors office at the Solution center with Dr. Carole Burns! The entire staff from start to finish was kind, patient, friendly, warm and understanding. They were able to perform a vision exam and discovered a significant need for Glasses. They were thorough, efficient, and professional all the while making the experience fun and engaging for my child. Truly amazed by Dr. Burns expertise in her field and with special needs children. I cant praise this office enough! I actually look forward to seeing each staff member again at our next visit!

We take both of our sons (9 months and 2yo) to The Solution Center and couldn’t be happier with the care we receive there. I was in a mountain biking accident in New Zealand 4 months ago. It was as if Dr. Burns and the staff at Professional Vision Care were an answer to my prayer. They professionally diagnosed my vision issue, and I felt like I was in great hands. Highly recommended if you want some sense as to your problem.

We began working with the auction center in the early part of this year and now it is December. Although the vision therapy caused my daughter migraines every time for the first few months that finally began to lessen and she was making great progress. Her driving and her perspective in drawing were dramatically improving and she had hopes of soon being able to begin studying for her GED perhaps even without the reading causing her future migraines. She was feeling great hope about moving on to further education despite the very hard road shes had to travel all her life and all the educational stumbling blocks shes always suffered. However after a trip to Florida we discovered we had gotten bedbugs (possibly from the trip or maybe I suspect from something else before that) and my daughter happened to mention that to her therapist when she went in. (She is a beautifully open and honest and trusting person despite so much hardship.) The solution center decided they should refuse us services on that basis. Of course its been an insanely difficult thing to face as everyone fears that it is and has caused tremendous other stresses on its own with it without doctors refusing care to my daughter.I do not know if they see vision therapy as not being truly needed care or if they simply dont think it matters ethically to cut it off and refuse future services to those they had been previously been providing services to because of the level of hysteria and fear they may feel (as so many of us feel) about the return of bedbugs to our country after the end of using too dangerous chemicals to kill them in the past.Given how hard bedbugs are to eradicate and all the conflicting expert advice out there we have no way of knowing how many months we need to not see one before we can finally allow ourselves to feel relief and wonder if the doctors at the solution center have any shred of integrity that can be trusted to go back to them.Because of the interruption in progress in my daughters progress and her not being able to return to her education she is likely to soon lose her medical insurance and then we will have little hope of providing her similar care even by seeking out a more ethical doctor who does provide vision therapy even to the poor and the suffering. I was too wrapped up in my own fear and disgust of the infestistatikn and the lack of sleep at the time to see the whole situation clearly. But now after a few months of hard work and neverending research I know the danger is out there everywhere and I know that my daughter and I have successfully prevented ourselves from spreading them from our life to other places where we must spend time. And now that we can sleep and have had to live with our work and research and vigilance for over two months I can see clearly how unethical the solution centers actions have been. And now I realize I too must publicly face the reality and not participate in a cover up of the problem or of the ethical problem in the medical community.Real solutions must be found when people are suffering so much.

Dr Carole Burns and the rest of the staff at the Solution Center do an incredible job of engaging their patients during appointments and therapy sessions. I cant say enough good things regarding how they have cared for my son and how much they have helped him. A couple of years ago, he struggled reading. Today, his favorite store is Barnes and Noble and he carries around at least 4 books everywhere he goes (even football practice). I highly recommend the Solution Center.

Dr. Stutler is a top notch doctor, and the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. Very knowledgeable staff and would highly recommend them for anyone seeking vision checkups.

We had our child scheduled twice for an appointment and both times were turned away, stating he was not on their schedule or at an incorrect time. We have now taken off time from work twice and rearranged child care for our other children unnecessarily. Very poor organizational skills at this office.

This place is the best! My daughter needed glasses and vision therapy. We went here for about 5 months for therapy. Yes, it is expensive and insurance will not cover a lot of it in most cases, but the gains and confidence my daughter now has with school are priceless. ThIs is not voodoo- the test results from before she started therapy to the end of therapy are the solid proof it works. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating- from the front desk, to the therapists Valerie and Cassie who are awesome, to Liz who fits the eyeglasses, and to the wonderful Dr. Collogi. Just went there yesterday for her annual exam. We had interactions with all these people, who now seem more like friends. My daughter loves them. Go here and you will not be disappointed.

I took my autistic son here for his eye exam, the eye exam itself was not bad, it was the process of picking up his glasses that got them one star for me. This place was absolutely unprofessional in the fact that I called asked where my sons glasses were, was told to go to the Polaris office to pick them up, weny there, it was not there was sent to the other location, watch the girl called them on the phone and tell them that Im on my way and when I get there at 4:59 the woman locks the door in my face! I will never use this I eyecare facility again, unless those eye doctors move to another place! I have never been thus treated after I pay over $600 for a pair of glasses in my life you have lost my business!

My 21-yr old sons visual and brain development progress at The Solution Center in Westerville has been incredible. He has made huge improvements in reading stamina and visual processing. He can interpret 3D images accurately and read long pages of text with much more ease. His social skills have also improved because making eye contact is not nearly as difficult as it once was. He is more relaxed and happy than we have seen in many years. Best of all, he is doing well in his classes at OSU Newark. Prior to this, he was struggling to make it through one class. He was not able to keep up with a more rigorous course load because he required so much energy just to see. He now has hope for a productive future. We are so grateful for all that Dr. Burns, Valerie, and Cassie have done for him. This experience has changed his life! Its so hard to imagine where he would be if he were not recommended to The Solution Center in Westerville by his doctor. Thank you so much for all that you have done for our son!
