This Meijer has THE BEST CAKES!! I posted a few of the adorable Halloween cakes but we ordered a custom cake for a friends party and I never expected it to look like the picture I gave them. Not only was it better than the picture, it was amazing!! The flavor, the colors - including the gold leaf accents, everything was absolutely perfect! I never thought a grocery store could/would make such a phenomenal cake! Would recommend to anyone!

(TL: DR) Definitely cost effective, beautiful and great taste when it comes to the cake department and great customer service!I had a wonderful experience today at the bakery. I unfortunately missed my baby girls first birthday due to being in the hospital and still wanted to get her a smash cake because… well it’s like the best thing ever! I went in today to ask what they had. We got a sunflower smash cake, and another small cake with pumpkins, sunflowers, and other floral decorations on. The lady who assisted us was so nice and helpful. She then offered to write “Happy Birthday” on both cakes for our little one.Needless to say the smash cake was smashed successfully and was gorgeous. Not only was it in incredible detail, beautiful design, and a awesome price, it tasted beyond its worth. The icing tastes like M&M’s! Both cakes were gorgeous and tasty. Our little family enjoyed both cakes.Definitely cost effective, beautiful and great taste! We will be getting our cakes and hope to do something more custom in the future! Thank you to the sweet ladies there that helped us. It helped this my little girl, a mommy going through a tough time have a very special celebration! Thank you!

Great clean place to shop but there is absolutely NO HELP on the floor ANYWHERE to assist when you need it!!!At this particular location, you have to send up a smoke signal in EVERY department except the Bakery if you need ANY kind of help... I have NEVER seen anything like it!!!The only help I was able to get was during checkout... The young attendant applyied a $5.00 discount to my purchase! Smh... How crazy is that?!

This location was so clean and organized It made me wish I lived on that side of town. The store manager has an amazing team. Only thing I had a problem with is the lines were way too long. Peak hours need more workers.

It is so hot in this store I will not return! I was pouring sweat so bad that the cashier was nice enough to turn her fan on me. She had 2 fans blowing on her. I was ready to shop but couldnt. I left with 2 items.

They usually have everything in stock. The employees are nice and friendly. They always have carts. Ive never seen the store empty in that regard

Store had a peculiar odor but I am assuming that was from the renovations they are doing. Had a return to do, process was simple and quick.

The store is in the middle of a remodel and theyre doing a great job of managing that. There are also some really good deals in the clearance sections!

Their in the process of improving their layout,so general merchandise is moving around.

Been going here for 10 years. Prices have increased. They have sold me spoiled fish. The prawn shrimp are freezer burned. The fruit and veggies are still good. Customer service is good.

Fast, convenient and truckers can sleep overnight

The team members were kind and helpful even when the store is going through an up grade in the store that was long over due.My advise is if you cant find anything that they carry ask a team member its likely they either moved the items to another location or they put them in the back temporarily till the up grade is completed .

I drive over an half hour just to go to Westervilles Meijer. Why, because they carry a variety of different things that you cant find at other Meijers. Major plus ; the only one with King Crab Legs. The employees will go out if their way to assist you with your needs

Meijer is the lowest cost grocery alternative in the immediate area. Still the staff is very friendly and the selection is just as good as the surrounding stores. The departments are each more than adequate, though few are remarkable. They do have a larger selection of wine than I would expect, but virtually no liquor. Its probably the best local alternative for toys unless you want to go near Polaris mall. Produce quality is as good as the other surounding stores as well.

The past two times that I visited this location of Meijer, the pricing listed for an item in the aisle was significantly higher than the price at the register. A lawn chair was listed in the aisle for $49.99 and rang up at the register at $69.99. A small make-up brush was listed at $0.99 in the aisle and rang up at $3.09. These aren’t the only instances of misplaced items. Items are always misplaced in a way that makes them appear less expensive than they are. I will not return to this location.

Another good place to get my walking in and I always find a good deal! Very friendly employees too!

It was a cute little meijer. It was laid out more like a Walmart but seemed to have most everything. Large produce department. Outside was very different from a typical meijer

Ms. Joyce(produce) always a great and always willing to help!! She will go to the back and see if they have what you need and bring it to you, where another just says were out of stock!! If I have a question I look for Ms. Joyce!!

Excellent shopping experience! The produce was fresh and firm, the flowers were happy, and it was easy to find everything I was looking for.The staff were very helpful and very friendly and well versed in where everything was.I will definitely be coming here again to shop :)

Literally 20 minutes and counting in line to check out, slowest cashier ever only one person in front of me. Seriously is there any kind of management here right now? Only 2 lanes open and this guy is a snail!!!!! Im glad I didnt buy ice cream, my milk might be spoiled though. Ill go to another location from now on

I typically enjoy my visits to Meijer, however, this trip didnt follow suit to that. I was shopping for Easter items, and even small toys were upwards of $10, which was insane to me. In addition, I purchased a candle warmer and some wax melts, because it was prominently marked that those items were all 20% off. When getting to the register (Self-Checkout) I noticed the discount wasnt applied, so I asked the attendant about it. She looked in the ad and it wasnt shown, and then my fiancé showed her where it was marked discounted. She came back with all kinds of attitude saying the sale was over. I told her it didnt say anywhere on the sale markers that the sale ended and if they had it advertised that way, they should honor the sale. Its not my fault they made a mistake, right!? Apparently wrong on her mind! She huffed and puffed when I asked if we could get a manager to verify what she was saying, and before getting the manager she stormed over to my register and started marking down the items. I said thank you to her as she was doing it and as she walked away, and she ignored me the rest of the time. COMPLETELY unprofessional. Im glad this isnt my regular shopping store!

Very nice store that has so many items from food to clothing, spoting goods, electronics, office supplies, pharmacy, and much more. Most items are nicely priced however some items seem a bit over priced. Overall a great store for one stop shopping

Love the smile is the prices the variety through the clothing customer service is a so-so thats the only downfall in it is their customer service department but everyone else and everything else is great they had to mess up to where they didnt give me the right change back and instead of making it right they just wanted to keep trying to prove their point and to make it to where it came to it was right for them I dont agree with that at all but the cashiers and the people that are on the floor are very helpful and kind and considerate this even the customer service was late its just they did not deal with the issue the way they should have so if you have a problem Id say its a no-go but if its something that youre looking for food clothing or whatever thats great

Im a night owl & sometimes I happen to decide I want/need to grab a few things right when Kroger & Walmart are about to close so I love the fact that theyre open sightly later! (This location currently closes at midnight!) I REALLY hope they go back to being open 24 hours soon!

Wonderful free service with minimum purchase. Ready on time. Had a couple of changes due to items being out of stock. The shopper went over them including one that was not Gluten free as the wrap I had ordered. No other item was available and she wanted to be certain if the replacement worked. Fantastic service. Note pickup up is on the side of building grocery side.

I always enjoy shopping at the Meijer on Polaris Parkway. Their employees are friendly and knowledgeable—patient, too! Several times I’ve needed extra help, and they were very happy to assist me (well, they at least managed to APPEAR that they were!😉). Pharmacy employees are great too. Also, their fruits and vegetables are fresh.

Dirty supermarket EVER! If you have little kids shopping with you. You better watch out. It’s my second time see the opened beverage on the shelf.First time it was coffee in the paper cup. Second time, as you see in the photo( soda something)...Had report to the manager twice.1/2/2020 manager Don.V replied that they will pay attention the cleanliness blah blah blah.Guess WHAT?! HE DIDNT EVEN ASKED ME WHERE THE SODA IS?!Obviously he didn’t want to clean it up.Just let the trash stay there.2020i wish this supermarket could be cleaner! If some kids have accident by drinking it in Meijer westerville. Wait for the sue.

My first time there, I was surprised with the great selection they had!

This used to be my go to Meijer...not any more. Every time I go to get groceries the produce, meat, and dairy have empty shelves. Whether I go on Friday, Monday or Wednesday, they are empty. So I took pictures of the store and posted the on Facebook. As I was doing so, two other customers thanked me for my initiative. I won’t be back...I’ll go to Kroger first - which is across the street. Come on, get it together!

I honest to goodness hate this particular store and, if it werent for the fact that Im boycotting Kroger down the street, I wouldnt go!For example, the produce section is sprawling, but is overstocked yet doesnt have a lot of organic items - which is an incredibly small section off to the side. It does have the Taylor Farms stir fries that I like better than Krogers, but that still arent that great. It also did have a tube of lemongrass paste, which was appreciated. At one time, carried a bag of Opal apples, but now doesnt have a single one.The meat / seafood department doesnt carry any shrimp in the case - and the frozen shrimp is halfway across the store.Which is my main gripe - the store layout! That and it doesnt carry but one type of organic oatmeal and it didnt have my favorite orange peach mango juice. (Although to be fair, neither does Kroger. I get it from Amazon Fresh or Whole Foods.)The lines were also incredibly long - and my cashier seemed to be working in slow motion and a trainee. Despite the long line, management didnt intervene for the longest.When lines finally did open up, instead of grabbing the next person in line, the last people in line benefitted. Good stores have the clerks escorting the next person in line to be first in their checkout.I think next time, Ill go down the road to Aldi.

Pretty dirty and then we reported a bird in their meat section and they didn’t seem concerned. Then when checking out we needed help with the self check out but the employee was too busy on her phone to recognize the register needed her attention.

Always has a great selection of everything. Constantly restocking their shelves and friendly workers as well.

Low on stock, couldn’t find anything. Staff don’t wear masks! Never again.

This Meijer is my favorite grocery store to shop at it always seems clean and I appreciate how they are careful about sanitizing the carts as I have a kid. The only suggestion I have is maybe put the cilantro in individual baggies, so people cant pick through it as easily.

A worker spent half an hour trying to help me find a game for my nephew. At times Meijer can be over priced with lacking stock, but that display of excellent customer service meant a lot to me! I appreciate workers looking out for customers. She works in the toy department and she should be commended. :-)

This Meijer is huge! Great variety of keurig cups. Prices are great, and they have a good supply of the things they sell. Cashiers were very pleasant, even complimented my pink coat!

Customer service was AWESOME!!! They helped me find a hidden gem in the store. I was looking for a particular coffee cup and just could not find it. Two workers helped me comb through the shelves until we found it. It was great!! Kudos to the women that helped!

The bakery did an AMAZING job on my daughters 3rd birthday cake. I asked them to put a llama on the cake and they totally knocked it out of the park. It was better than I ever could have imagined. I will never go anywhere else for future cakes! The cake decorators are incredible!!!

It was pleasant. Masks are required, which is great with me. I found what I needed quickly and was on my way.

Store has a large variety. Prices are lower than other store chains. Very clean. Plenty of gluten free, vegan items to choose from.

Nice pharmacy staff. Helpful with questions. Most customers are considerate. Store greeter will provide a mask if you forgot yours. Flower dept was well stocked with lovely flowers. Roses came in their own vase. Other floral options & mixed bouquets looked healthy. Store has good selection of produce and other items at decent prices. The auto dept has the basics well stocked today. The stockers are pleasant & speak English. Mens wear is mostly work wear and casual wear. Toy dept is ample. Outdoor section is varied and well stocked. Good school supplies, printer ink, etc.. Small sewing & craft area. Large card section. I was in Tues about 6 pm. Not overly crowded. Only con was Quick Trip is only 15 min. parking. The parking lot feels generally safe, but space is limited anywhere near the entry doors, although it was 6 pm.

Its a nice store, but organic produce here is limited.

Disapointed with the gluten free good in the frezzer at meijers. It was suppose to be gluten free only, instead there was a lot of wheat products. Should not be mixed up. It was hard to find what I needed to get.

Today I had a really good day at Meijer. Found a couple of things hard to get at another store that Ive been wanting

Im a regular at Meijer. Good produce section. Mperks allows for digital coupons and savings through rewards. The convenience of grocery shopping with pets, household, toys, outdoor, and pharmacy cuts down on trips to several stores. A little more upscale than Walmart. Clean. Friendly staff.

The store is clean and big enough that I am not surrounded by lots of people like at some other stores.

This store is really nice and really big and really clean. It had a disappointing amount of sleds as it is about to snow in a few days. However, most of the reason of this because they were sold out. Also, I went to Dicks Sporting Goods and they had the same amount of sleds and there a sporting good store! But I did get some salt and a snow block maker. On a previous visit I bought a bottle of wine and some shrimp to cook for my wife. I like the color blue, but green is better. FIVE STARS!!!

Picked up and online order and there was a substitute item for the pain cream I ordered. Fine, no problem. Except I went in the store to pickup cold medicine and found the pain cream I wanted on an “end cap” shelf. The customer service line was long and with one person working so I chose not to wait and exchange the item. I’ve never been in this store until today but if I can find and item, I expect the actual store staff to find the item as well. The store is bright and well stocked. No employee spoke to me other than the pickup person. No greeting upon walking in and no thank you as I left. Im unlikely return to this location.

Just very easy to shop there. I can usually find what I came for, the prices are right, the staff is friendly and helpful. The frequent sales are good. And they seemed to manage the whole COVID experience well, with only a few items disappearing from stock shelves for a long time.
