First time going to this Krogers I was just running in real quick but visually inside well-stocked customer service is pretty good clean. Although I shop at Krogers all the time this was not my regular one so I hate it when I go into a new store because I dont know where anything is but overall the store is what I expected 🤷😁

Large, well-stocked, organized and clean. Great variety giving you the opportunity for choice. Store presentation represents quality and pride in store and the quality of the products.

We were Camping and we went to Kroger to get a few things! The people were really nice just an old store we have newer ones.

Love this Kroger. Its one of the smaller ones and seems to not he as hectic as the others. Everyone is friendly and the store is always clean. Produce is always fresh and the items I need are always stocked.

The parking lot is a nightmare or it would be 5 stars for me. Its a nice clean store, and they do a good job keeping stock.

Picked up a few things at this kroger. Its one of the largest ones i have ever shopped at. Very clean and organized. Recommended

The plaza is nice, there is a lot to offer. But the entrance off route 3 in front of Kroger is a bit of a cluster.

Great for grocery shopping to dining and home repair. Kroger, Home Depot, Jersey Mikes, Ray Rays Hog Pit, Nothing Bundt Cakes, and Romeos Pizza to name a few

Always out of stock on numerous items. They rely too heavily on self checkouts, many of which are also closed. Or, they cant accept cash. Frustrating when someone has a cart full of groceries trying to checkout in that tiny space. Kroger needs some competition in this town.

This is my Kroger, we never have any complaints, this location and Aldis is where we get our groceries 100% of the time.

Menards has everything for home improvement jobs. We love to walk around and get ideas for the next project. There are always a large variety of things to choose from. A variety of Colors and styles means something for everyone. And I love the theme song...Save BIG money at Menards!!! Has a ring to it. Thanks for the awesome experience!

Clean store, just dont go in without a mask as they go beyond whats necessary to force you to wear one than most places. Ive seen multiple people get humiliated by the staff there..

Scan Bag Go at this location was via a separate app, so I had to keep switching back between that and the Kroger app where I had my shopping list. Ive used curbside pickup at this location and there were many items in my order that were shown as available online but turned out not to be in stock. Occasionally I went inside and found the item sitting on the shelf.

Volunteers of America thrift store this ones great because they take returns! Just keep your sales slip its behind Krogers

I was actually at the Home Depot at the other end of the Kroger. It takes a couple trips to figure out the best entrances and exits, but it is conveniently located, and probably cuts down on traffic cutting through, as the speed bumps are no joke.

So good to be back home and now I can go Krogering!!

I like this location as it is close to my house, however the parking lot is a disaster. If you go there during any kind of peak hours its impossible to pull in and out with any ease or speed. Yhe staff inside have always been kind and helpful

Everything was fine until checkout in the self serve line. Something was messed up and it froze to say help was on the way. Unfortunately someone else needed help which took at least 5 minutes to straighten out. There was nothing wrong with my transaction, it just froze up and took 10 seconds to fix. Kind of ruined the trip.

My hometown Kroger...always terrific staff and everything I need when I need it..

Better than your average Kroger, this location features an outstanding deli and sushi bar for prepared foods.The center store is average, though, but you can find pretty good deals using your Kroger App.While COVID has sidelined the wine bar, the wine selection remains fairly extensive...and it is also important to note the this location has the only State of Ohio liquor store for about a 3 mile radius.

This store is always so clean and well stocked every time I visit here. Employees are friendly and courteous.

Always helpful; organized a little differently than my regular store.

Great place to shop. But you have to get there early in the morning to get all your groceries. Because by the time its midday,lots of essentials will be gone.

I picked up some merchandise from Home Depot that was pre-paid. Customer Service helped me immediately and were super friendly! Awesome experience!

Someone had broken or spilled some cooking oil in the aisle. I saw it and avoided it but was trying to find.someone to clean it up. Shortly after I found the spill, a Kroger worker stomped through the oil, stopped for a moment to look at his shoes. He looked around and then he kept on walking not caring if someone could get hurt. This man continued to walk to the shelves were he was either putting food on the shelves. Very disappointed.

After shopping at this Kroger for over 15 and going through the major remodeling, while open, I really wish this store was never remodeled. It looks unfinished and dirty. The produce department is out of products often. Ive purchased salmon that was mildewed on 2 different occasions in the seafood department. After calling the department manager and never got a call back I thought I would write a review. It very serious to eat bad seafood. The seafood department and all departments needs to be clean and employees knowledgeable about the products they handle.I have been a very loyal Krogers customer almost 28 years and its just disappointing that Krogers take cares of this store in this manner.

Restocking of shelves is pitiful at this Kroger. If there are s specific personal/sanitary needs, go south to the Sunbury road store instead

Northgate plaza seems to have everything I need, home depot, kroger, trek bike shop (who provide excellent service), Ray Rays barbeque, and even a Panda Express nearby. I seem to be there often.

Great service even tho we were there about 2 so lunch was over. My meal was very good tho was delivered at different times. Everyone else got their food all together and it was correctly . Wed definitely return.

Great plaza with great location. a wonderful variety of stores that can match just about any needs that you could have. The Home Depot there has just about everything you could think of and need. The Kroger is getting remodeled which is a pleasant surprise for any of the grocery store shoppers. Although currently it is inconvenient in the long run it will be very nice

Stopped by Home Depot for Critical Care materials to Repair our Chicken Coop following Attack by a Motivated Predator. Helpful Sales Staff took us Right to the Items we requested! After visiting Home Depot we Stopped next Door for a Hot Coffee - 29°f outside - then Picked up Chinese Carry Out. Northgate Plaza just seems to have something for Everyone!

Food is absolutely delicious! They are very accommodating, and the beautiful lady up front is so sweet! We love coming here!

Store is clean but parking lot is hazardous. The design puts main traffic flow from a very busy state route right in front of the store where people are trying to cross to get to/from their cars making it a bit dangerous. In addition the entrance distance from the street is very short so when people come out with kids and carts theres not much of a buffer. Ive seen kids almost get hit.

Visited the Kroger store. Nice clean store. Not enough handicap parking.

Went in on a slow day, staff were in there own little world, which I didnt mind, they were attentive when I needed them. My eggs were cooked perfectly toy liking. Music may have been a little extreme for some, but I thoroughly enjoyed it.Only thing I would change is ask me for a drink order prior to my whole order, I had just sat down and had no idea.
