My wife and I got our Senior Flu Shots. I am compelled to give 10 stars to Demetrie Sezibera; the pharmacist; who despite attending to different tasks and taking calls was one of the coolest pharmacist, I have seen so far. We both felt blessed that we were so well taken care of.
This pharmacy is by far the best in the area they are helpful and the time they always h e prescriptions filled way before the quoted time. I’m sure they continually bail out the cvs locatied in north Naperville on Ogden Ave who for years now have a poorly ran pharmacy team.
Nice store however prices in the Walgreens across the street are much lower.
Customer service is horrible and don’t plan on using the restrooms due to Covid they are only allowing employees access! Stick with Walgreens customer service is great and restrooms are always open to public there’s a reason why Walgreens is always busy and cvs parking lot is always empty
Today I had the pleasure of dealing with LISA who is a customer service representative at this CVS on Naperville Rd. LISA went above and beyond to locate different versions of disinfectant wipes for me which we are all using in our lives with COVID running rampant. I was happy to have one but when I arrived at CVS after calling first, LISA had a few variations of wipes I’d never tried before for me to choose from. I would definitely call this going above and beyond the call of duty. Thx LISA! And while I’m here......kudos to the CVS Pharmacy at this store. Everyone in that dept is awesome!
Always have quick service here, but today the pharmacist that helped me went out of her way to check for a generic brand for me so I didnt have to pay $100 for a prescription that is usually covered by insurance. The extra care here is noticed and appreciated!
Extremely rude! I called the store ahead of time asking about helium because the Naperville location ran out of helium. The customer service agent did not understand English and kept transferring me to the pharmacy 3xs. The pharmacy agent walked up front and confirmed there was a helium tank and helium in it. I drove 10 minutes in distance and the same agent who doesnt speak English called the manager. The manager was rude from the beginning. He wouldnt let me explain that I had just left the Naperville location who charged $.75 per balloon. Extremely rude.......wouldnt hear me out. Honestly felt as if he was discriminating. 5-30-19 2:45p
They made wait 20 min to tell me that I have to pay cash for the prescription even though I had blue cross blue shield insurance, he just didnt want to look me up or call my insurance I came to cvs in Arlington heights and in no time they looked me up and my insurance covered the meds.
Great customer service. Pharmacy staff are exceptional!
If I could give zero stars, I most definitely would. I usually would stop in here on my way to or from classes I was taking over at College of DuPage and 9 times out of 10, the staff was super nice, super friendly, always asked if I needed help finding anything, and constantly greeted me. Well I went in tonight with my family because they are CVS rewards members and had coupons they wanted to use up before they expired. From the moment we walked in, the associate Lisa gave us a very unwelcome feeling and just a horrible attitude. My stepmom was curious about a certain display about whether or not if it was just a display or if they had it as a buyable product. Lisa had replied “well it’s up there so it’s obviously a display” in a very snarky manner. My stepmom had felt so uncomfortable that she put back any products she had so that she did not have to interact with Lisa again. When it came time to pay, my grandma and my stepmom had given me one coupon from each of their accounts and I was completely unaware that I couldn’t combine the two. So when Lisa rang me up and scanned the coupons, and since the coupons wouldn’t go through, she rudely said “you can’t use these coupons together. Each one ends in a different account number so you can’t use them.” So, I just asked if I could do two separate transactions and Lisa got all huffy puffy about it. We continued with the first transaction which was three lipsticks that were all on sale for 50% off. I noticed that while she was ringing them up, one of them was full priced which wasn’t because all of them had a sticker underneath it that said 50% off. I asked Lisa why the one lipstick was coming up fullpriced when they were all supposed to be 50% off according to the sticker. She gave a disgusted look and said “well obviously these two are on sale and the one is not so it’s coming up fullpriced” This clearly did not answer my question and I was so fed up with her disgusting and disrespectful attitude that I didn’t end up buying any of the products and walked out. Again, this location is usually full of really nice staff but it was just this one experience with Lisa that tipped me over the edge and she is the reason why I will never return to this location, terminate my CVS rewards account, and probably never shop at a CVS ever again.
Lisa is very rude. I hate going to that Cvs. They should fire Lisa.
Good place to shop
