Our salesperson Travaris was great! We liked his style, no high pressure salesman tactics at all. Our final choice was a mattress at a little higher price point and we really appreciated his showing us many options to suit any budget.

The whole process was simple and painless. We called ahead to verify the mattress was available. They had it already out and ready for us. We went in paid and they help us load it in our truck. We will definitely use this mattress firm again!

I needed a mattress for my guest room in a second home, replacing a 16 year old sleep number. The salesman was very helpful. Started off more than I wanted to pay but ended up with one that was half price. Took about 15 minutes. And they had it in stock so I drove away with it! I saved $500 after spending two hours in a department store shopping for clothes!

My partner and I went here to look at getting a new mattress. The sales person asked us a few questions then just sat at the desk and ignored us. He also never weared his mask while we were there. We then watched as another customer came in, much older than us, and he put his mask on and walked this customer around the store helping them every step of the way. Needless to say we will never be going back.

We had such a positive experience at Mattress Firm! We walked in 30 minutes prior to close (we were just expecting to look)... Melissa greeted us so warmly, took her time showing us every type of Mattress there was, making sure we had the right pillows, even. We ended up falling in love with a certain mattress, and Melissa stayed one and a half hours past close to help us, and was completely friendly and helpful the entire time. We never once felt pressured, or rushed. When we told her of the problems we have had with her old mattress, she went out of her way to find our paperwork so we could look for warranty coverage since we have only had it a few years. I can’t say enough, how please I was with our service... our new mattress is scheduled to arrive tomorrow and we are thrilled!

Went in looking for specific pillows, with which we were disappointed to say the least. After a few tries we got different ones. It was very refreshing to have a salesman actually listen and help satisfy our needs instead of just making a sale. Great customer service.

Recently the managers of my local Mattress Firm shop in WINDSOR MEADE Shopping Center, Williamsburg VA came to my rescue. The corporate warehouse did not deliver my box spring that I had ordered online. I had gone over a month waiting for the redelivery all that time without a complete bed to sleep on. The Windsor Meade store took it upon themselves to deliver a matched pair of box springs and even included a frame, all free of charge and delivered in 3 days. I was amazed and couldnt thank them enough, except to leave this glowing review. Ask for Pat or Carter!

I wanted to get an adjustable base and was given the best experience and reasoning behind the benefits of an adjustable base.The knowledgeable salesperson (Spencer) answered all of my questions in regards to the benefits and my concern of it working with my Stearns and Foster mattress. Everything he promised happened as he said. The delivery was effortless as the delivery team was very helpful with the set up and removal of the box spring. They really did have the RED Carpet!!!I highly recommend the locations when you are in need of a bedding need. I will be purchasing a new bed for the spare room soon and will be back !

The manager made me believe that i was purchasing a Serta adjustable base with a zero gravity button but when it was delivered he had downgraded me to a different base. When i called he tried to tell me that he told me i was getting a different base. Thats not so. I would not have purchased it. Of course the receipt states no returns. This is total BS!

I originally went there in search of a cheap mattress for our guest bedroom. Was immediately helped by Ricardo. He showed us his cheapest options and explain their specials they were having right off the back. He saw that I kept looking at the pillow top mattress and asked me about our current mattress, which was coming up on 7 years old and would need replacing in the next 2-3 years, and asked me if I wanted to check out their new mattresses. After trying a few pillow tops with my wife he notice I was a little slow getting in and out of the bed asked if everything was alright. I explained that I have a bad back with two bulging disk. He then asked if he could make a recommendation and took us over to the tempurpedic mattress. One look at the price and I didnt even want to touch the mattress. Ricardo asked me to lay on just one bed and if I liked it he would work with me to make it affordable. I reluctantly agreed and was sold almost immediately. By far the best mattress Ive ever laid on. After some discussion he was able to find me a payment plan that made it very affordable. Got it done and delivered same day and slept on my new bed that night. Now my guest will have a nice pillow top to sleep on and me and my wife couldnt be happier with our new bed. Great company and service highly recommend them.

After a very disappointing experience at another mattress store, we fortunately did not give up. Our experience at Mattress Firm was outstanding. A salesman, Ricardo, immediately greeted us and offered to answer our questions. We were looking for a twin bed for our grandson, who had a very definite idea of what he wanted. Roberto was both friendly and patient as he pulled out a half dozen mattresses for our grandson to try. The one chosen was a much better quality for the same price than the one at the first store(which we would have purchased if the service had not been so poor). We were so pleased with the friendly, helpful service from Ricardo and the other salesman that we also bought a mattress cover and a quality pillow for our granddaughter.We will only shop at this store for future bedding purchases. Over the years we have been to at least three other stores in the Williamsburg/Newport News area. None compare to our experience at this store.
