They closed the location in our area and visiting Bed Bath & Beyond reminds me of what were missing.I really enjoy shopping here.

Clean and neat. I didnt purchase anything but it appeared to be short staffed.

We did find what we needed but not much else. There was no one on the floor when we had a question, so that made this visit very frustrating.

Staff worked quickly and everything was really organized. Was able to get what I needed and get out swiftly.

Shopping experience was ok. I would give more stars but there was an older couple in there. Dressed in Sunday best. They had no mask, no appearance of a mask.No one told them the werent allowed without masks. Thanks, Beth

Its very attractive store. I went looking for sheets but found them to be a bit expensive and couldnt get the color or pattern I wanted in queen size. I ended up only buying one item in kitchen wares and I probably wont return.

We went all the way up to Williamsburg to get a Ninja Foodi Indoor Grill which we ordered online. It was already paid for we just had to pick up, it was fast and easy. Love this store. They were the only place around here where we could purchase one. I love it, we have used it 4 nights now and the food is cooked perfectly. I totally recommend this grill.

Went here hoping to get an Instant Pot, but they only had one type on the shelf that wasnt the one I wanted. When I found an employee on the sales floor I had to say excuse me? in order for him to give me the time of day despite me standing right next to him. After he grunted at me, I asked if that Instant Pot is the only one they carry. He said yes, there may be more online and went back to what he was doing. I walked away feeling pretty dumbfounded. BB&B employees are usually eager to help, and I know that they can order an item for you that they dont have to pick up in store so you can still use your coupons, because its been done for me before. Id rather not return to this location. The one in Newport News is bigger and seems to have nicer employees.

Lots of great shopping where I almost always have a 20% off of most expensive item. I get them by email and regular mail.

Very helpful. Asked at the register if they had a certain product, the cashier called an associate to check and had them bring it to the register. I was very appreciative being i was walking with a cane. The store associates are always helpful, willing, and ready to assist.

Store is packed with stuff....and then some...only problem I had was physically moving around in the store because the store is overstocked and leaves little room to maneuver or walk in the aisles. Prices are a little high because I suppose they anticipate customers using their coupons! Overall, always a good shopping experience and I found what I went looking for!

I worked here. The store manager Mike Wilson didnt follow policies. When it was brought to his attention that another employee was constantly drunk on the job, I was told that I just had to deal with it. He told me that I was Never to come to him with any problems or questions. When it came to helping customers, I was told anything that they needed needed to take less than a minute to solve. That resulted in bad customer service. Another employee spent her entire time just standing around talking and never working. When that was brought to the store managers attention he said that was not his problem. Daily meetings were supposed to be held but never were resulting in employees not knowing what they were supposed to be doing. I worked at an Ohio location 1182 where I was in charge of shrink and safety and held meetings daily about those topics. There was a clear understanding of what everyones responsibility of the day were. Unfortunately, store 1027 fell flat when it came to taking care of their employees.

Fun place to shop. This is where I go to get someone a gift if j have no clue what to get them. They accept expired coupons and you can bring one coupon per item purchased. Very convenient.

A great store but dont buy their cookbooks. I just purchased the cookbook featured in displays this month: Crock-pot, Best-Loved Slow Cooker Recipes sold for just under $10. The pictures are great but there are problems with the ingredients and flavors in the recipes Ive tried. This cookbook was produced in China and Im just guessing that thats where the recipes were also produced.

They have pretty much every item you could ever convince for your home at a reasonable price. The amount of items are stacked floor to ceiling, so I dont know how anyone would not be able to find at least something similar to what theyre looking for.

Like any Bed Bath & Beyond store, its jam packed with all the bed linens, bath towels, kitchen gadgets, small appliances and home accessories that one could ever need. Seems I always manage to leave with something I didnt know I needed. Be sure to bring your coupon for the current discount savings.Also, like any Bed Bath & Beyond store, the lack of managed checkout and return lanes often leaves me wondering whos going to get served next, especially at busy times. A two star mark down for that.

Nestled near the back corner, this BB&B is stocked about the same as any larger city store. I actually forgot how many made-for-TV type products are here haha. They dont have as many luggage-sized, giftable things as we were hoping for like bath & body scrub liquids surprisingly, but still found a few other things. Got a frame for photos too.

Generally speaking Im usually happy with the service I receive but on today Tuesday May 14, 2019, I didnt have any coupons. So I went to retail me not and asked the cashier if she could recommend which coupon to use. She told me she had no idea and then gave me the impression she didnt want to help me. So she didnt.I only learned of this website via another associate who assisted me me in the past. Not everyone is made to give good customer service because obviously this young lady wasnt. Thanks for making me feel as though I interrupted your day.

The 20 percent discount is a great deal

Today I went to this store and brought my two children with me, my four year old boy and my little girl in my arms, my child suffered an accident in the store the floor was slipping and my baby fell down and he hit his head and faint, my friend went for help and a young girl came very kindly and gave us water, but it turns out that the store manager arrived well offensive and saying many things, the girl gave us a water but the attendant turns out to be placed as a hungry dog ​​he does not know how to help is a bad old man I just said an accident to anyone who happens to him and he said to me he does not pass me those accidents he became like a rabid dog. Lets think about an accident if you had an accident in that store and it was serious there, they would not give you any help. I will never set foot in that store.

Get your household items at this well stocked store. You can also order online and pickup in the store. If the store doesnt have an item, they will order it and have it sent to your home.

Bed Bath and Beyond is a home goods store with many locations. We visited one in Williamsburg. It carries small appliances, bedding, dishes, kitchen gadgets etc. Be sure to bring coupons. They do not expire.

Their system was down all day & couldnt take coupons. Everything in the store is over priced! Turned around & walked out!

Find one of their coupons and their prices are very competitive.
