Beautiful and cozy environment, but the drinks are even better! We ordered a brown sugar milk tea and it was delicious! I like how you can choose the sugar level of the drinks. Can’t wait to come back and try their food! Lots of options and super peaceful for a Saturday morning!

Terrific place. Friendly people. Great bubble tea. Very convenient location. Popular with students, tourists, and locals. Recommend if you want a refreshing break while visiting Colonial Williamsburg.

I often visit colonial Williamsburg and frequently stop here. My family and I always enjoy the tasty drinks specifically the frozen milk teas. Today when I went to get drinks for my brother and I there was a bit of a wait but not too bad. Some items were crossed off due to supply shortages which I totally understand. Once getting to the counter to place my order of something that was not crossed off, the lady taking orders stated that she was too busy to make frozen milk teas I had asked for. After waiting and no warning that they werent making them, a line behind me, and the worker rolling her eyes I just walked out empty handed. Its a bummer because it is an enjoyable product but with such poor customer service I will not be back.

10/6/21On a hot September day on the 18th of 2021, my family stopped by The Secret Garden Coffee Shop and ice cream Store.I have to say wearing Lume Deodorant did not seem to stop the sweat, but I did not smell odor...but I digress. Nevertheless, seeing vanilla cookies and cream ice cream got my attention. Yes, it was more sugar than I needed, but it did cool my body down.The guy I meet there was friendly and very helpful. The cold ice water helped cool us down too.The place was busy when we entered the building, but seemed to clear out not long after we sat down. A lot of people choose to eat outside, while coughing. Thank you for small favors.Stopping by this location was a great break from the hot day. I would gladly do it again if I got the chance.

I hate the taste of everything i tried it tastes so bad😢 but this is personal so im sure someone will like it if they have no working tastebuds. the drink in the picture is so bad. i woold have rated this one star if my sisters friend didnt ask me not to. this is trash

The owner of Secret Garden Cafe was super sweet, explained how to order everything, even providing a sample before we ordered, & followed the mandatory Covid precautions.. ❤️ This place in the beautiful Colonial Williamsburg Merchants Square! 🧋

Even during COVID, this place is still open and serving the public. Clean restaurant. Very nice staff. No waiting on Sunday. Open Sundays 12 PM to 7 PM. Good experience.

Not the best boba I’ve had, if desperate for a fix, I’ll settle for this. Boba was not sweet (not soaked prior) and the oolong tea was not easily distinguishable from the milk.

There is no better bubble tea in the area, so do not bother going anywhere else. The owners are super nice and the product is high quality. They definitely made a regular customer out of me.

Cute place, but the taro boba was awful. The boba was poorly textured and barely solid, the flavor of the tea itself was only alright, and it wasnt mixed very well. There were clumps of tea powder at the bottom of the drink. Im not from the area but Id never come back if I was.

New fresh juice & bubble tea place in Williamsburg!! Loved this new place when i visited :) Great service with nice staffs. Good for brunch and dessert. I had an oolong bubble tea and some waffles.

It’s very crowded there. My drink took a bit to come out due to how busy it is but the cuteness of the environment, the fair price, and the drink itself was worth it! I’d say my matcha milk tea is comparable to Kungfu Tea’s!

This boba place is clean, inviting, and spacious. A great place to stop and get a quick drink or snack. I received my bubble tea quickly and the owners and staff were very nice. I hope to visit more regularly!

Super cute place with delicious drinks. Highly recommend the wintermelon milk tea with boba or the mango green tea with crystal boba. Even their iced coffee is great. 10/10 would consume againP.s. the staff is super sweet, allowed me to sample and they filled up our water bottles.

The owner is extremely nice and the treats taste very good. I am especially impressed with the liege waffle, as I spent most summers in Europe growing up, and it is as nice as something you would get there.Also, google says ice cream shop but it is more than that, bubble tea and some food items as well.

Ok, WOW. My nephew was starving so we stopped for a waffle sandwich and drinks. He said the sandwich was incredible. He had an ice coffee which he said was really good too. Im not one for healthy fruit drinks because Ive had some pretty bad ones before and Im not the biggest fruit eater. But I ordered the lemon berry fruit drink and OH MY GOSH! I wish I could get this every day of my life!!! Holy moly! I wasnt even hungry during the day because it stuck with me. Im craving one right now just thinking about it. The owners are super sweet and just really glad we went here. I wish it wasnt 3.5 hours away!

Love the variety in bubble tea! Im glad Williamsburg finally has a good bubble tea place. I noticed that they have waffles and ice cream and other items as well, so I went back and tried their waffles too and they were AMAZING. They let you sample the bubble tea toppings and ice cream as well, which was very nice of them. Friendly staff, and they are willing to help you out with any questions you have. Highly recommend!!

Loved the boba tea, the tapioca had wonderful flavor in my mango smoothie. The guy working the counter was very friendly. For COVID, all of the indoor seating was closed, the worker was wearing a mask, and there was glass in front of the register.

This is the absolute best boba you can get within the Williamsburg, Yorktown and Newport News area. The milk teas are phenomenal and they even have some sweet treats! The owners are so kind & it is a joy every time I stop by.

It was really busy when I went on a Saturday afternoon, but they got my drink out very fast. The Thai tea with boba was delicious and I definitely wod recommend!

I had seen them on the list of local places on the official Visit Colonial Williamsburg website and stopped in real quick for a taro boba milk tea on our way out of Market Square. It was so nice that they had right on the menu that the sweetness and ice amount is customizable. And oh my gosh, it was SO good! Definitely the best taro flavor Ive ever had and the boba texture/temperature was just right. I highly recommend swinging by and trying one of their many options. I didnt stick around to enjoy it but the decor is lovely and if I had the time, I would have!

Its a nice spot for Boba, however its not only a place for Boba. Can get some sweet treats as well. When I went my order was messed up, but received both for the inconvenience and the error the employee made. Was somewhat busy on that Saturday, but still worth it and I can say when the ice melts its still good.

This place is so cute !! My friends and I are visiting from Richmond, Virginia and we found out about this place and checked it out. It’s very spacious and the menu seems very delicious. We got the lychee green tea with lychee, brown sugar milk tea with boba, passionfruit green tea with yogurt poppers, and thai tea with yogurt poppers and they’re all outstanding. They also gave us complimentary waffles, which was nice of them to do so. They just opened for about two weeks now. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and patient.
