The staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped my find the right frames for me. They adjusted them as needed and understood that I was looking for quality products without breaking the bank. I would recommend Target Optical to everyone I know. Their prices and deals are amazing. They have name brand products as well! I will definitely be going back!

This was the best service I have ever received probably anywhere. Cheryl/Sheryl and her associate who I will call Joseph (cant remember his real name), were so fun, and friendly. I chose my glasses super quickly with the help of their great recommendations and was well taken care of. They treated me like a friend and not a customer. Thank you all for making this experience fun and giving me a good laugh too, which I needed as a brand new mom who got out of the house to replace her broken glasses. Sending my husband in soon because he needs replacement as well.

Emily was extremely helpful and helped me with all of my needs. She made it easy picking the glasses I needed and was in and out in no time. I will definitely be going back to her if I need anything, thank you Emily for your time and helpfulness.

Somebody in the house knocked my glasses on to the floor, and then someone stepped on them. They were a mess! It’s a good hour’s drive to where I bought them, but my wife suggested I take them into Target’s Optical Department on Monticello in Williamsburg, which is close by. She was right! Sheryl went to work on my glasses and now they’re as good as new! No charge! Everyone in there was friendly and professional! I know where I’m going for my next pair of glasses!

Emily was great! I probably tried on 30 pairs and the pair I went with were the ones she recommended around pair 5. Very accommodating and pleasant.

I received great customer service from Emily!.She was efficient, friendly and kept me posted as to the arrival of my glasses, which didnt pass her inspection the first time. She called me personally to let me know they were ready. I witnessed her composure when another client stepped in line in front of me to asker her a question, he was rude and cut her off before she could complete the answer. I was really impressed that she kept her cool and responded in a professional manner. I doubt I would have!

Emily at Target Optical assisted me with picking out and ordering prescription glasses. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind and went above and beyond to make sure I had the best deal and received all the discounts that were offered. All I had to do was hand her my prescription, and she took care of the rest. I cant wait until my new glasses come in. :)

Great service is hard enough to find but finding great service AND genuinely good people is nearly impossible. Offering customers a carnation on the way out as a simple thank-you gift was just the cherry on top. I not only enjoyed Dr. Waldrons stellar service -- I left feeling as though I caught up with an old friend. Would 100% recommend to anyone in the area.

The staff is great. Always helpful and friendly. Jennie is good at helping find the most cost effective way to purchase your glasses. Good selection of glasses. I needed prescription sun glasses for an eye problem and she was able to get them in 3 days. Highly recommend.

I have been experiencing eye pain for a little over a week now (burning, itching, extreme light sensitivity, blurry vision, I can’t read books, etc) and I decided to make an appointment after trying various over the counter eye drops with no comfort or relief. I was able to work with my employer so my lunch break could be during my appointment time so I could get seen immediately. I don’t use my phone during work and I was on my way to my appt when I saw that I had a voicemail that was left on my phone that morning and said that I wouldn’t have an appointment because the time wasn’t “convenient for them.” I’m not understanding. I made an appointment over 24 hours in advance. Severely disappointed and will be taking my eye care elsewhere because it obviously isn’t important to the people here.

DONT GO THERE!!! The doctor, she is not care about your eyes. She is not professional and she never give you suggestions and she just want to finish the work as soon as possible. Feels like she is in a rush! The exam results miss the necessary details, only give the degrees and did not give me the eye pressure record. Moreover, she is not friendly to foreign people, keep asking me very very strange and inappropriate questions, which is rude. I usually not write this kind of comments, but I definitely not recommend you go there.

I think there needs to be two separate review sections to describe your experience with the doctors office (Dr Waldron) and the store optical. Because both deserve their respecive review. I personally like my experience with Dr Waldron but the store experience is quite inconsistent. The store has a very helpful person that will look at various ways to save money with your insurance, one that is very abrasive in personality and rushes you through your transaction. Then there is one person that really doesnt know whole lot about eye glasses, she maybe a fill in from the store but my experience with her was very unfavorable. I also think Dr Waldrons office area needs a remodel to have more space to accommodate customers and wheelchair people.

The optical is amazing! Great eye exam from Doctor Pietrowski. Already, my husband, father-in-law and I have been in for an exam. Inside the ladies that helped us pick out the frames were great and the glasses came quickley! Great service!

They are consistently running 1 to 2 hours late and they will cancel your appt. If you are 15 mins late...hmmm. You should go somewhere else. Customer Service is their last priority.

Please dont come here to see your eyes. The doctor here is very perfunctory and has a very strange attitude towards Chinese people. She keeps asking me strange questions, full of irony. She is not a doctor who cares about patients, she is just a doctor who is rushing to rush people after a perfunctory matter. It takes half an hour for me to do eye examinations in other places. She is only willing to spend 5-10 minutes for the same project, and she does not give me accurate assessment results. She only gives me myopia, not intraocular pressure, astigmatism and other records. .
