I had a great experience at the Williamsburg store - Crystal was knowledgeable and friendly and a pleasure to work with. I am so glad I went in!

A young lady and a guy named Roger helped me when I came in for glasses. They were both visibly upset that I arrived at 5:30 pm and they closed at 6 pm.The girl would barely talk to me and hurried me through picking lenses then started to clean up as is she were leaving so Roger took over. He also hurried me through the process and failed to inform me of all the options. Im returning my glasses because I can barely see out of them. They never asked why I wanted to return them, they just started three process. Im taking my business elsewhere.

Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff. And no one tries to push you to buy more. They are respectful and professional.

They were also super nice when I couldnt pick new frames and helped me decide which ones looked best. Im definitely glad I came here!

Visionworks is the best optical store in the Williamsburg and Newport News area! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They offer lots of options based on your needs and price point. They are also extremely helpful with selecting frames and really care about you having a positive purchase experience!

Laurie took very good care of me and listened to what I wanted I came away with glasses for the computer and sunglasses that I am very happy with and excited to wear! Extremely nice and helpful. And capable. Carmine managed to fix some glasses that we thought were surely beyond repair. He was also very patient with my elderly father. We wiill surely go back when our next eyeglass need arises.

If you need glasses this is the place to go. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is SUPERB! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. You will not feel hassled or hustled into something that you dont really need.

Couldnt have been happier with service and early delivery. The sales person left me to search on my own which is what I prefer when I know exactly what Im searching for and not open for suggestions. There were so many that fit the idea in my head it was overwhelming so I stopped my search and selected from what I had already set aside. I will return to Vision Works for all of my eyewear needs and highly recommend to others.

Negative experience! I was late for my appointment by 3 minutes due to the traffic and was told i would not be able to see the doctor and need to reschedule. Note that I was the only one there
