Arrive at the drive through with a full tank of gas and plan to spend an hour or more in line waiting for service. Happened to me twice for COVID testing (can’t go inside for that). At least the personnel at the window were pleasant and professional.

I wish i could definitely give this place zero stars. We are now on 3 days of no meds and no answers from anybody in the pharmacy as to why or when they will be ready. I have waited in line for 2 hours to be told 20 minutes then after 45 minutes told one of my meds had to be ordered last month. This month i put in for refills a week before needed. They still are not ready. If i ever get this months supply thats it for our family and friends.

Used to be reliable and service friendly. Now there is a huge wait, almost anytime of the day, whether in the drive-thru or standing in line. I do not see this at other pharmacies. Too many govt service related people go here with Tricare, so I guess that is the problem... (they have the tie-in contract with Express Scripts which, BTW, never get you your meds on time and you end up missing dosages. Very Angry customers the last two times there. The government/military needs to split up dispensary service to include other contracted pharmacies. Not give all to Walgreens. Also, now...due to Biden and Harris, we (retired military) can no longer get cost free meds from the Navy Pharmacy at the Yorktown Weapons Station. And the Veterans (VA) Med Center in Hampton is worse. They practically cut off, or cut back...depending who you were culturally speaking (You know what I mean) all opioid pain meds to patients about 5 years ago...and 80% of patients waiting in line at that time were there were for opioids......(No waits now..LOL) Thanks Biden (sarcasm).

Hard to tell the difference between drug stores or the same brand in different cities, but this Walgreens is a notch above the rest. Seemed cleaner inside and out, extremely well stocked, very friendly staff.

Poor customer service in terms of curbside, pharmacy drive thru, and photo center. The only reason I come here is for the occasional free photo print. There is no other reason for anyone to shop here for anything.

The wait was unbelievable 30 mins. and counting in line and it is always like this, unacceptable, then when you get up there they have an attitude with you, we pulled @ 1:00 on 3/18/2021, so disappointing wish I could go somewhere else but because of tricare cant which is our secondary

No comment on the wait line or anything (it was bad but what do you expect), just wanted to say that the doctor who gave me my shot is CLEAN; the needle was only in me for 2 seconds and it hurt way less than a flu shot. To whoever gave me the vaccine on Tuesday 12pm, idk your name, but ms doctor you have the Touch.

Came directly to pharmacy after leaving ER for my meds. 2 hours wait for my prescription to he filled and an additional 30 minutes in the drive through lane. I called and had them verify that I have text alerts. Never received any alerts. Horrible system they have in place.

I did enjoy the store the items were easy enough to find and the manager in the back was helpful but the front cashier was coughing everywhere and wasnt fully covering their nose. Plus it made me feel rushed.

I am normally a fan of Walgreens, but as we were traveling and had an illness, we had a prescription called in. It took over an hour and 15 minutes. Poor service. Didn’t seem to be customer centered. Hopefully, this is addressed.

I just came out of this store, and I am NOT happy! This is the second time I have been to this store, wearing my mask as mandated by the state, and encountered the same employee, a young man, wearing his store I D, and moving around the store wearing no mask. There was no mask in sight on his person (for example, temporarily pulled down under his chin). He was simply completely ignoring the mandate altogether, while all other employees and customers that I saw were masked.But even more disturbing was my observation on a previous visit to the store to pick up a prescription at the pharmacy counter at the back of the store. On that occasion, I saw that all of the pharmacy assistants were masked as they should have been, but there was one person behind the counter in close quarters with them who wore no mask-- the pharmacist himself!This is a place that provides auxiliary health care services to the public, yet allows its employees to flout the most important safety mandate for preventing the spread of Covid-19! I am seriously considering taking my patronage elsewhere, and I urge others who are concerned for public health in this pandemic to do likewise.

Amazing; the pharmacy tech worked for over 30 minutes trying to get the insurance company to authorize my Zofran. It’s well worth the 30 minute drive :) I can’t thank them enough for working tirelessly to get the issue fixed

I can here on Sunday to fill my 1 year old prescription. On the labels it’s stated to give 3ml 3 times a day for 10 day. A few days later I noticed that there won’t enough medication for 10 days. I called Walgreens to ask if they made an error an give me less medication in the bottle. After the person on the phone took my information an looked-it up in the system, she realized that there was an error an I should of only be give my baby the medication twice s day instead of three times as stated on the medication bottle. I was furious, they had me over-dosing my baby for 3 days an no one caught it. I have to called poison control an they informed me that my daughter current behavior is due to the extra dosage I have been giving her. An I should stop an follow up with her doctor. My daughter has been very sick an wont eat or drink anything, she has diarrhea constantly an rash on her body because of this pharmacy. It could of been worst an I thank God it’s not. Needless say I will be writing to Walgreens head office an I will never go to this particular Walgreens again.

Made an appointment for a flu shot online here for 4:10pm. They were very busy when I showed up, and I didnt get seen until 5:15pm. I dont think making an appointment helped at all, because people came and left while I was waiting. Drive a little further out of your way and get your flu shot elsewhere! Youre too important to waste your time here.

Was told my prescript would be ready in 20 min. Waited in the pharm, listening for intercom. No announcement about prescrip. 40 min later, I inquired and was told, oh yeh, been ready. I asked why no intercom announcement as usual and was stood down that there was. I have the app but had left my phone home. When I got home and checked it, my prescript was actually ready before I got to the store. Cashier was unprofessional, and very close to impolite with her short curt attitude.

Friendly pharmacists--- but its true about the wait time. Waited an hour for a prescription (but in their defense, they seemed somewhat busy). Always end up passing by them though-- so for an every other day grab of a beverage its just fine. (on a side note, their pharmacy is open until 10 unlike most that are 9)

They never seem to read my profile to get my meds correct. I transferred alot of prescriptions here based on my needs when Farm Fresh changed hands but they seem to ignore their customers requests. I call and explain before coming in and everyone says yes mam but get here and things are not correct. Asked for the medical name since generic changes and they said yes we will add but nothing has changed. A complete disappointment.

My friend and I stopped by walgreens very late one night to buy some food. After we got done and went to my car, we realized that the battery was dead and the car would not start. I went back into the walgreens and talk to one of the employees. He helped me find jumper cables and then moved his own car over and helped us jump my car. He then gave us detailed directions and advice about what auto repair shop to go to. He went out of his way to help us and was very polite. This was by far one of the best customer service experiences that I have had anywhere.

Communication breakdown, it’s always the same…received my covid testing appointment with detailed location, instructions, and number to call if something was amiss. I waited 30 minutes at what I thought was appointed place then drove around the store to look for clues I thought I had missed. As I was getting a covid test I was hesitant to go in but finally after another 30 minutes called pharmacy number. That resulted in an AI ‘logic’ loop to no where. I finally went inside to ask where COVId text was and they noted it’s through the drive through. Simple suggestion: fix your communications: either state where you’d actually like potentially highly contagious people to wait, or put up signs, or adjust you AI algorithm so people don’t have to guess.
