The staff especially the management are truly customer friendly. A pleasant environment thats really clean

This ULTA is perfect; its the best I have ever been to (and I have lived all over the country). The staff is extremely friendly and highly nonjudgmental; if youre a snooty cosmetics snob, this is not your store. Go home!The management knows their stuff; this store is always nicely stocked, and the customer service is always wonderful. The Benefit Brow Bars specialists are the sweetest, as well. I wonder what processes this ULTA must go through to choose their employees as they are all variations of nice, sweet, caring people.I used to hate going to specialty beauty stores, as many specialty store employees tend to look on with disgust if a person walks in with no make-up and their hair un-done. This stores team doesnt want you to look acceptable even before they help you; they understand your beauty needs. There is no discrimination here.All of the above is the contrast Ive seen between this ULTA and others.
