Im always satisfied with the purchases I make, sometimes even more so after I get them home. The staff at the location where I made my purchase was very nice and helpful. However, the store was a little crowded for my taste. As an extra precaution I wore a mask. Other customers wore masks as well.

I just sold love the store I am just convinced that Bath & Body Works have all the most kindest people to work there and I was surprised I saw a couple of gentlemen working at one of the bath and bodys in Williamsburg that was impressive

Bath and body works is great but they really need to have some coffee grounds for people to inhale. After smelling a few scents, your sense of smell kind of disappears. A quick sniff of coffee grounds brings you back around

There are a few scents I wait patiently for, Vanilla Bean Noel and Christmas Candy Apple, then stock up to carry me through most of the upcoming months. I was impressed with the staff working hard to keep everyone safe in these COVID days, wiping, cleaning after each customer, offering hand sanitizer. Thank you, I felt cared for and prized as a customer!

I love this store!!! Always when I come in it is so clean and there the staff are very welcoming and friendly!!! Whenever bath and body works has their special deals going on that is the time to go in and get what you want and need!!!!!

I saw they had a sale today...2 for 1 free handsoaps...I was told my coupon for 20% would also comply with he sale....the register said i owed 19.50 and I re-asked cashier 2 for 1 and my coupon...she said yea...so ashamed of this for you since you are not.

They really have a safe system down for shopping. I was super impressed. Before you walk in staff open door for you and direct you to sanitizing your hands then you pick your own shopping bag. Kudos to Bath and Body Works located in Williamsburg at the outlets.

Today it was packed inside to outside the store. I was able to get my stuff and out of there in decent time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cashiers were fast and also friendly. I will definitely be back to the williamsburg, VA location. Loved my experience! And love my smell goods ❤

I go to Bath & Body Works for one reason and one reason only, there mens cologne. They have a cologne called ocean that I absolutely love. My wife on the other hand, Loves just about everything in there. The store is really nice any employees are really friendly.

The lady greeted us at the door was friendly, but when we needed her help with something else, she wasnt there. Sorta acting weird like she didnt want to be bothered, so we didnt purchase anything and left. Not good customer service for a great place like this one.

I love Bath & Body Works! I stopped in because we are on vacation & forgot to bring the handsoap. Needless to say, we were able to get some. I was running low on Bubble Bath & figured Id grab that too. Unfortunately, there was none to he had. Apparently, Bath & Body Works has done away with bubble bath. I am disappointed... The service was friendly & the products always small wonderful.

I really like their products, but I had a hard time getting any help. At most B & BWs theyre constantly asking if you need anything but here you have to hunt them down and beg for help.

Ive worn Cherry Blossom for years. Its what people associate me, with. Theirs is by far the best one. Winter Wonderland was one of my favorite seasonal scents. The ones this holiday werent pleasing to me.

I absolutely love this store. The aasociates are always so kind and helpful. Their customer service is the best Ive ever experienced.

Lots of great prices post holiday. I picked up two 3-wick candles for $10 each. Ive really enjoyed their fragrance even when they arent lit.

It was okay. The store layout was really crowded so it didnt leave alot of space to walk. I tried some of the new fragrances, but I only liked 2 of them since the fragrances were super floral.(reason I marked off 2 stars) The customer service is great (reason for 3 star). They helped me and were really attentive.

This bath and body works store at the williamsburg outlet is creepy. They have a new manager there named Mariah or something similar to that sounding nameShe was previously at the new town bath and body works store. Mariah stands in the windowof this store like a mannequin and watches and stares at customer s as they leave the store. Very Creeepy! She was like this at new town too and people made complaints about her creeepiness too. All of the good and friendly staff left this store and went to the newport news store when mariha got thereIf you dont feel Creepy when you enter the Williamsburg outlet store. Then please get yourself a new creepy detecter gizmo..

Other than sensory overload from all the fragrances, I love BBW! Love their candles, body washes and I even tried one of the bath bombs... wonderful!

Awesome place to shop for Your Basic needs of soap, body wash, lotion, spray. Specially during this time of the year, December. They have their semi-annual sale.

Compared to other outlet stores this one did not have sales or special things you can only usually find at outlets. I was disappointed that there werent deals and when I asked a store associate she said yeah we dont have any going on it was still very clean and full of inventory.

Ladies in Military Circle store are fantastic! Its like visiting a famiu owned store where the shop owners remember their customers. I only visit two stores in the mall and this is my favorite!

So many body solutions, it smells amazing in there.

I was surprised when I went in yesterday and was told the retailmenot coupons no longer worked on their system. I am guessing that means management said not to accept them anymore. So sadly, Ill be going to the retail store for now on since the prices and sales are all the same. I would understand this decision had something been posted prior to the decision or if the employee tried the code and it didnt work, but she refused to even scan it.

Aside from the older white employee with the short who quickly walked away once she saw me walk in the door and asked her black co-worker to assist me the store is great! As someone whos been shopping here for YEARS, the Williamsburg Outlet seems to be becoming very racist/ classist as a whole so I probably wont becoming back.

Customer service was painful. Thats how I would describe asking what was the daily sale items from the working clerk. Also there were hardly any customers.

So much to see. Always have a sale.
