My wife bought a cooking pan in this place. The lid of the pan had issue that did not fit . I went to exchange there. The manager, a white old woman was so rude. As I explained, she got pesky and threatened me to call the security and arrest me for this. I also challenged her to call to the security. So she didn’t change or refund. She apparently a racist as I’m a minority and immigrant. She is bully as she threatens to call police for this. Pls don’t buy from this place! They are very poor customer care and they are rude.

Nice variety of kitchen stuff, outlet prices. Friendly staff. A nice change from the many clothing stores in this shipping Centre.

We really love this store. Its sad they are closing it down.

Love this place, all kinds of neat kitchen gadgets and all the regular kitchens items you could ever need.

Walked into the store, older white woman, blonde hair in a pony tail, did not greet me. I walked around got 5 things, put them on the counter. She came out from the back on her cell phone texting, walked right past me, didnt look up from her phone, so I stood there and looked at her for 45 seconds. Nothing still texting, so I walked out. Poor customer service, will not return. Do not recommend.

I drove from Va Bch to Wmsbg through all that road construction and was ready to shop everywhere. At Kitchen Collection I was greeted by BLARING LOUD ANNOYING MUSIC. I quickly scanned the shelves and bought one spatula (usually I would buy a lot more in a nice shopping environment). At checkout I kindly mentioned to cashier XXX022 that the music was way too loud. She looked at me like she could have spit in my face, took my money, gave me my change and NOT ONE WORD. You know how many more times I will come to this store(I have been shopping here for years and years)? The answer is NEVER!!!!! Hateful nasty employee(I only saw 1 and had to wait at the register for her to come back), LOUD, ANNOYING NOISE SCREAMING IN MY EARS. Yeah, the answer is NEVER. I can order anything you sell on line in the peace and quiet of my own home and not have to fight the awful construction on the interstate to get to your store. I have no wonder that so many retailers are calling it quits. It is their own fault!!!!!
