Don’t Buy GE Cafe Appliances

Great service in purchasing a water heater. Took awhile to get it, but we had time to wait for what we wanted.

We went in to shop, but found out we had to have an appt which was over a week out, just to get towel racks. The lady at the welcome desk was not overly friendly. We will just shop online or go somewhere else.

Great (and only) to the trade showroom in the Williamsburg area for high end lighting, plumbing, kitchen and bath. They carry some if the top lines in the industry. It can be difficult to walk in and browse without assistance, but most of this type of showrooms are like that. If you have seen something in a magazine, dont be afraid to ask if the carry the brand. There is only limited space in every showroom to show best sellers.

Awful costumer service! I was really looking forward to getting some help from professionals but customer service was disrespectufl and down right belittling... rather buy ‘cheap’ plastic from wal mart than go back!

I had already been told at Lowes, Home Depot, and Camping World that the part I needed to fix my plumbing would need to be specially ordered online. Being a plumbers daughter, I decided to stop at the plumbing store and 5 min later walked out with the parts I needed. Thank you so much!

EH, lighting, fixtures, tubes and kitchens. It gave us some GREAT ideas!

Very helpful staff, broad range of products, nice layout of displayed wares.

Wholesale lighting store with middle market lighting lines. Bought a couple of hall lights but everything else was available online for less.But at least you could see actual product in showroom setting.

Margaret was easy to work with. Good selection of products!

If you don’t mind the delivery of your appliances being more than a week later than promised; if you don’t mind the installers not arriving at the time promised and when they do arrive it’s too late in the day to complete the job; if you don’t mind those same installers not returning at the time promised two days later; if you don’t mind unreturned phone calls during this same period; and finally if you’re okay with the installers driving their truck over your newly re-sodded lawn, then this your company.
