I had a vision appointment this week with Bistline Vision Care. It was my first appointment in 20 years. They were very knowledgeable with all the most advanced equipment. And for me, the best part was the cleanliness. They cleaned each piece of equipment in front of me, which is better than a sign saying its been cleaned. Ill be back again. Sooner than 20 years this time.

Great experience with Dr. John and the team at this LensCrafters - very quick, kind, gave clear explanations of the results of my eye exam. Sanitized every surface before use, and were able to get my sample contact lenses in the same week for fitting. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new optometrist!

I have been seeing the doctors at Bistline - Willow Grove for some time now. I have seen many of the doctors there and they have all been GREAT!!.. Most recently, I went in for a simple stye. In doing the routine exam they discovered a horseshoe tear in my retina. Dr. Russell did an amazing job of explaining the situation and discussing the options. Took as much time as we needed with us before suggesting I head to the Wills Eye ER where they confirmed that I needed emergency surgery. May have saved the vision in my left eye!! Thank you Bistline and Dr. Russell!!

I had been going there for many years mostly with my husband and never had any issues. I why in my own this time and everyone there was courteous and helpful. Everything was explained perfectly. Didnt wait long at all. Actually, I was the first patient which means even during this pandemic, everything was clean.

I had a great experience. Quick and efficient, and the staff were not detached and cold. Very professional. And they did a great job cleaning everything in front of me which was good. Finally, it is worth the $39 fee for the retinal scan - they are requiring this due to COVID so patients are lingering in the office for an extended time - It made for a quick appointment, and I didnt have to have my eyes dilated and could function the rest of the day. Sebastian helped me go outside my comfort zone and found me a pair a frames that not only look well on my face, but ones I actually like. Im also very happy with my experience during my eye exam. I have been wearing glasses since middle school (20 years plus, lol), and I have NEVER been elated to go to the eye doctor. I came in today for a last-minute appointment for an eye symptom that was concerning to me. My eyes always blink non-stop when it is time to do the tonometry (air blow) test. Bastion (I hope I am spelling your name right) was excellent and very patient. I did not feel rushed and even more anxious because my eye would not stop blinking lol.Dr. John was superb. She answered all my questions and was very friendly. Overall, todays eye examination was the most thorough eye exam I have received thus far.As a healthcare professional myself, it was nice to see all the COV-19 precautions in place. Every piece of equipment was sanitized before use. I will be back for sure.

This was my first time getting an eye exam in a while so I was a bit anxious, but Dr. Cohen was super quick and explained everything so thoroughly. This doctor and his whole practice are all about profit. Not about the comfort and care of their patients. Dr bistline and his team promote certain brands and push their products on to their customers instead of meetings the needs of their patients.While I was in for an exam I explained that I had seen a specialist in the past due to a struggle I had with contact lenses. I finally found a brand that works for me. I told them this during my contact lenses exam and I walked out with a prescription they wrote me for a company they advertise for. I called back and told them to correct it. When they did correct it with the brand I prefer, they left important information off the prescription to make it impossible for me to place an order to fill the prescription. Not very customer first.Dr Bistline works on the side promoting Bausch and Lomb lenses he if you see him he will most likely try to put you on ultra or dailies so that you buy from him.Go to someone you can trust!

Ive been going to Bistline @ Lenscrafters in the WG mall for years. They are always courteous and have taken any of my concerns seriously. They use the latest technology, so my prescriptions have always been extremely accurate. They currently follow all the CDC and PA Covid19 recommendations.

I could not have asked for a better experience. The office staff is friendly, very efficient and competent. Dr. Russell is an eye doctor superhero! He was extremely thorough. At 47 I was just at the tipping point, struggling with my near vision and not wanting to wear progressive lenses or sacrifice my far vision. Dr. Russell recommended multi-focal lenses and explained the pros and cons as well as how they work. I am thrilled and grateful for his expertise and the time that he spend with me!

We were at the Lenscrafters in the mall (Not the one in Macys). We literally had the best experience in a doctors office - we have ever had. Both the doctor and her staff (sorry I cant remember his name - but a nice young man) were completely friendly, patient and professional. You should both teach other professionals. You really were both outstanding.

Overall, I would give a 5, but the customer service given by the receptionist Ashley is horrible. Everytime I call. which has only been twice, hasnt been pleasent. However Dr. Kevin is delightful and a pleasure to be around. He explained everything and the overall exam was a breeze. I would totally refer anyone to this practice, just hope Ashley doesnt answer.
