Just wanted to leave a review. My optometrist Christina H is absolutely amazing. I look forward to coming here at Wallmart Willow Grove, Pa to get my eyes checked and prescription renewed each year. Mrs. H really cares and does her job very well. The supporting staff here are also very pleasant and professional. Another thing to consider is the prices for their exams are the cheapest in the area that I have found.

Overall this visit was a waste of time. When I called to make my appointment my information was already in the system due to an appointment I made in like 2014. My info & insurance was verified on that FIRST call by the way. Few days later I called Vision center again just to provide my member ID number (due to rumors of issues with my insurance and Vision center) during that call I was assured I was good to go & was specifically told “if there are any issues I will give you a call.” I arrived to my appt & filled out paperwork to then be told I’d have to pay out of pocket or I may qualify for a discount. I had two Drs. Explain my options but I instead I just canceled my appointment. Why would I pay for a visit when I have insurance? Why would I pay for a visit in full, glasses & all to quote “receive about $4 back” (I’m not sure the gentleman’s name who said it but he was explaining things to me before going to get a doctor.) Overall this was a waste of time, I could have been told prior to driving 25 minutes. They were contacted twice by me to make sure everything would be okay, but yet this happened.

Yes theres really inexpensive frozen foods but Scary Dark Deli, the coleslaw had green n blue ink in it! I read the ingredients n bam! They admit it YUK!!! T The Produce and Spices cheap too but...now you have to checkout, right?! 1 HOUR LINES ALL THE WAY BACK INTO CLOTHES N PILLIW SECTIONS, FILTHY BATHROOMS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THE CITY GIRLS GOT TUDE!!!

I loved the care I received. It’s time for my new exam. I’m going back! That’s how satisfied I was.

I was in a rush this morning, and the Sales person Jerimai was super nice; he helped me out with a temporary pair of contacts, because I already ordered a couple of boxes of contacts online; I also needed a copy of my previous prescription, and he handed me a copy, and I was able to upload this to my online purchase, and then my online order was processed. THANK YOU BUDDY for your help this morning!

They are a nice group of people I really enjoy the service.

Everyone was so friendly and professional. My prescription was expired and I was visiting from out of town and I couldnt be happier with the service I received.
