I tried to give this store a chance even though I read the reviews. All the reviews are correct. Rude manager, especially. Spoke to me in a condescending way the whole time.I went in to get a pen engraved. She looked at it and then wanted to know the price and then said no. I wanted 3 letters on it. The other staff member who was doing the engraving shook her head yes she could do it. The manager says.. Well.. It doesnt matter because Im the manager so.. No we cannot.I took my business elsewhere. So thanks.....

The store is tucked away in a corner. There were a bunch of people in the store and its a very tight set up which made navigating the store difficult. There are good products to get as gifts though.

I cant say enough about the great staff and particularly the Store Manager Sonoma. They understood my needs perfectly and were very considerate of my time. I have a busy schedule and they were extremely accommodating. Thanks so much again Sonoma. Hats off to you and your staff.!

Great service and Quinn the sales lead was a great knowledgeable help and multitasking is her specialty with a wonderful personality.

My favorite place to buy gifts, staff has always been super friendly, and its usually ready in about 1 hour.

Worst place ever. Please spare yourself from goin to this place. The service is terrible and the mahine for engraving is always breaking. On top of that they offer no gift wrap or anything. Also they just have terrible quality.
