Bought a piece of jewelry for mothers day... Sales staff was extremely professional and friendly. My sales person was very knowledgeable of their offerings and not only showed me a few pieces that I was looking for but one special piece that was a step above. I had to get it. I will be returning again.

I came here to buy an item and the employees told me that if I bought $300 or more within a year, I would get a free gift on my birthday, but when I went to redeem it, they said that there was no such thing. This is misleading and lying in order to get customers to purchase their items

The place was well maintained but customer service was terrible. We went in there to purchase a necklace but the lady just kept chatting with another worker (or maybe customer) the entire time without even acknowledging us. There were no other customers in the store either. After about 20, minutes we just left.
